  1. Hey guys, Sorry for the inconvenience and late reply. I would like to share that currently, Enpass for desktop can open a viewer for text and image files only. Viewers for other file formats are already in our roadmap for the future version. Thanks for your co-operation.
  2. Hey @da_benji, In case if you are trying to restore your Enpass Pro purchased on macOS on iOS, then we are sorry it won't work. It is not technically possible to share in-app purchases between different apps. As mentioned by Apple "Every product is associated with a specific app. Products created for use by one app are not available in other apps. Companion apps on a different platform are different apps—the products of the Mac app are not available in the iOS app and vice versa." If Enpass would have been an online password manager with your account and data with us, we could have restored your subscription across the platforms.   5. Hey guys, I would like to share that unlike Enpass v5 there is no Restore option in the Enpass v6 settings. In v6 'Restore' option appears only in two scenarios: When the app is newly/freshly installed. Creating a new vault. (The app is already installed and contains database). So if you want to Restore an existing Backup into Enpass v6 then follow these steps: Restoring data from PC to Mobile Step 1: Taking Backup from PC Open Enpass on PC and take a backup via Menu > File > Backup > Save it. Step 2: Restoring Backup into Mobile Open Enpass on Mobile and go to Settings > Advanced > Erase Everything. The Welcome screen appears. Choose WiFi under the Backup option and restore the database. Restoring data from Mobile to PC Step 1: Taking Backup from Mobile Open Enpass on mobile and take a backup via Settings > Advanced > Backup > Wireless Network > Save it. Step 2: Restoring Backup into PC Open Enpass on PC and go to Settings > Advanced > Erase Everything. The Welcome screen appears. Choose Files under the Backup option and locate the saved backup. Repeat the same steps whenever you want to restore a database. Also, we are working adding WiFi sync and will be available in future updates. Thanks!

  9. Hey @irobm, Since Enpass 6 is based on a new architecture, it will only sync with Enpass 6, and not with previous versions. So, to test the sync functionality, you’d need to install the Enpass 6 on your other devices as well. Thanks!

Which Enpass version are you using? Does autofill work fine on any other App? Have you imported data from any other software? Thanks for your co-operation.

Hey @meites, I would like to share that in the recent update v 6.0.6 we have added a new feature Always run Enpass Assistant in docked mode: From now onwards, you can stick the Enpass Assistant on the screen, and it won’t disappear when you click outside it. You can enable it from Enpass General settings under the Behavior section. Also, once the Enpass Assistant is opened, you can use the Keyboard shortcut Shift+Ctrl+ D to stick it on the screen. which will fulfill your requirement. Thanks!
  15. Hey @Ashbert , We have tested this issue in our lab and were unable to reproduce it. To investigate further on this issue we want a little input from your side so please let me know: On which device (along with OS version) are you using Enpass? Which Enpass version are you using? Are you using the same database on other devices? If yes, please share the device name and it's OS version? Which cloud services are you using to syncing the vault having these items? How many vaults do you have in Enpass? Did you move these items from one vault to others? Have you created these items in Enpass 5 or any previous one? Have you moved these items to Trash/Archive folder and lately restore it again? Do these items displayed in the main app when you select 'All items' in the sidebar? Thanks for your co-operation.
