  12. hey @mXm-Jochen, Sorry for the trouble you are going through. Please follow these troubleshooting steps: I. App downloaded from Mac App store: Quit Enpass (If running). Go to User --> Library Folder--> Containers --> in.sinew.Enpass-Desktop --> Data folder--> Library--> walletx.db--> Rename it as oldwalletx.db. NOTE: Usually Library folder is hidden, so make it visible by pressing and holding the Option key. II. App downloaded from Enpass website: Quit Enpass. Go to User Documents --> Enpass folder--> Rename it as OldEnpass. Hope this helps!
  13. Hey @jjkjjkjjk, For quick troubleshooting please disconnects the sync from both the devices and re-connect it again. Now do some sample change like mark any item to favorite, add a new item, in any one device. Now check does the changes are reflected in other devices? If your problem persists, please share the following details so that we can investigate where the problem could be. Are you getting any error message or code during sync? If yes, share it with us. Does the Date and Time setting set to automatic on all devices? Does the last synced time get updated on the sync page? Thanks for your co-operation.

  17. Hey @skylark, Thanks for writing in. This issue has already been fixed. As I can see you are running the older version of Enpass, so please update the Enpass app V6.0.6. The premium features have these extra features which are not in the free version. Unlock using Windows Hello Dark theme Create your own Categories Create your own Templates All standard features Lifetime license and same is being mentioned on our website: https://www.enpass.io/pricing/ No! I would like to share that Enpass charge one-time fee platform for the lifetime license. To restore the pro version on the other Android device please download Enpass with the same Google ID with which you have purchased Enpass earlier. Hope this answer your question.

    Hey @DavidL I would like to share that we do have plans to release the beta version of Enpass portable by the end of this week. And the Portable version of Enpass will work only with the desktop. Thanks!
