Sync between all platforms ios, android, windows and mac
Hey @JSZ, Sorry for the trouble you are going through. Please follow these steps to use Enpass data across both devices. Open Enpass on your iPhone --> Vaults --> Tap on Primary --> Enable sync (select your preferred cloud). Now open Enpass on your Mac --> Vaults --> Tap on Primary --> Enable sync with the same cloud account with which you have enabled sync on your iPhone. Now do some sample changes on your iPhone and check does the item reflected on the Mac device or vice versa. Hope this helps!

Error while purchasing Enpass. Response code 7
Hey @Machia, Sometimes a reboot of the device might resolve these issues. In case if the problem persists, try clearing the Cache of the Play Store. For this, please follow these steps: Open Enpass and take a backup via App Settings > Advanced > Backup > Local on Device > Save it. Uninstall the app from the system. Before uninstalling make sure you have saved the backup. Go to Device Settings > Applications > Play Store > Clear Data. Reinstall Enpass with the same Google Account with which you purchased it earlier and your Pro version will be restored. Hope this helps!

Import .enpassbackup file
Hey @vivien, Sorry for the trouble you are going through. In v6 'Restore' option appears only in two scenarios: When the app is newly/freshly installed. Creating a new vault. (The app is already installed and contains database). Please have a look at our user manual to know how to restore the backup file. Hope this helps!

Hey @Simon92 I'm sorry to hear that the problem has not resolved in the beta version of Enpass 6.1. Actually, we have tested this issue in our lab and were unable to reproduce. To investigate further on this issue please let me know: The screen resolution of both monitors. Are you facing this problem on Primary Monitor or secondary? Any specific scenario when this problem occurs like when you add a secondary monitor or any other scenario. Thanks for your co-operation.

I would suggest you please set Chrome as your default browser (In case if you are running the other one) and then try to sync. Also, please let me know which Android device, Android version, and Enpass version are you using so that we can investigate further. Thanks for your co-operation.

Yes, you can share the app by signing in the Store app, with the same Microsoft id with which you have purchased the Pro-License.
