No sync on DropBox and GoogleDrive
Hey @hispanico, Please let me know the following so that I can help you better. On which all devices (along with OS version) are you using Enpass? Which Enpass version are you using on each device? NOTE: Since Enpass 6 is based on a new architecture, it will only sync with Enpass 6, and not with previous versions. So, to test the sync functionality, you’d need to install the Enpass 6 on your other devices as well. Thanks!

enpass not available in play store
Hi all, Just uploaded a new apk on alpha channel. Go to this link. After signing to Google Account --> Tap Became A Tester I might take 10-20 minutes to appear on store. Please let me know if you can see it on store now? Thanks.

Setup won't sync w/ GogleDrive (or any other cloud)
Sorry for the trouble! On which device you are facing the issue? Please share your Android and Enpass version. If you are using Enpass 6 beta version, please make sure you have updated to the latest one 6.0.0.100 which is available over the Enpass 5 app (instead of separate app) when you sign up as Beta tester. cheers!

Dropbox Sync on Andorid is not working anymore
Hey @twisme I would like to share that since Enpass 6 is based on a new architecture and sync to a new location. It will only sync with Enpass 6, and not with previous versions. So, to test the sync functionality, you’d need to install the Enpass 6 beta on your other devices as well. You can download the latest beta version of Enpass 6 from our website. You are right,@stevetaz ! The stable release of Enpass 6 is about to come and will replace the Enpass 5 on your devices and then you would be able to sync across devices. Hope this helps!

Hi guys, We have temporarily disabled the favicons for the first stable release of Enpass 6. There was a minor issue affecting the performance so we will fix it soon and bring it back in immediately after the first stable release. Please bear with us.

Released a new beta update, putting a stop to sync and other issues.
Hey @SirHaxalot I would like to share that the first beta of Enpass 6 was released as a standalone app and was installed as a separate app on your device parallel to the existing Enpass app. But we've terminated the updates for Enpass 6 beta standalone app and recently pushed a new beta version over the current Enpass 5 app. Due to different data locations on the cloud, it's not possible to sync. And It seems that you are running the older beta version of Enpass v6.0.0.75 on the Android device. The current version of Enpass on the Android device is 6.0.0.100 which comes over the stable Enpass5 app. To get the new version, please follow these steps: Take the backup of Enpass data save it manually on the device. Uninstall Enpass Beta app. Now open Google Play Store --> Open the Enpass page and scroll down to the bottom of the page, you'll find the option Become A Beta Tester --> Tap Join now button. Now update the app and check. Hope this helps!

Enpass 6 beta for Windows is now available on Store
Sorry to say but we are not releasing Enpass 6 for Windows mobile. As you know, we have rewritten Enpass 6 on all evolving platforms from scratch and we didn't find the Windows Mobile platform promising enough to consider where Microsoft itself is not releasing any new updates no new phones are coming. We released a new beta update v6.0.0.220 with a fix to this issue. Please check and let us know if that worked for you.
