Hi. I've received a new laptop and for some reason I'm not able to activate Enpass. I'm getting "SSL certificate validation failed. Please try restarting Enpass". I've tried using the version from Microsoft store and also downloaded from Enpass directly. I've also tried to restore from Backup but nothing worked. Any ideas?

After I started my PC this morning, I started enpass. I saw that the sync failed. The error was "sync failed. No data found on OneDrive". I checked all my other devices here i got the same error. I use enpass on: Windows (32-Bit App) iOS Android 7 Android 9 The enpass app is on all devices in the current version. I looked also in OneDrive. The directory where enpass is syncing is still there. I disconnected the sync everywhere and set it up again, but no improvement. What can I do? I am really dependent on enpass.

I've used the following folder for syncing through Enpass 5.x, and until recently in Enpass 6.x (for Mac). URL/remote.php/webdav/Documents/Encrypted%20passwords/ In the past few days, it auto-updated to 6.0.5, I'm not sure when. And now it refuses to use that folder. If I just use URL/remote.php/webdav that will work, but I don't want this spamming up my root folder. Can this be fixed so that I can use a specific subfolder again? I use Nextcloud for things *other* than Enpass, after all, and this is just very messy. It's actually something that will make me stop using Enpass if it isn't fixed. Good morning all, I am French and have been a loyal Enpass user for several years. Today I just received a usb-c fingerprint key and the first thing I did is set it up with Enpass but ... it doesn't work. I read the manual for the key and in fact it is not recognized as a windows hello device but as a usb security device. One of your serious competitor offers operation with this key. Hi, I was using enpass on all my devices by synchronizing it with my Synology Nas. Yesterday I switched from DSM 7 Beta to DSM 7 Release Candidate and the sync is no longer working. I get error 908403. I tried connecting in webdav via windows 10 explorer and with the same credentials I can access without any problems to folders. I tried to delete Enpass folder on Nas e try to resync. Seems to work but after a few synchronizations gives the error. I also tried creating a test user/caveau and that too after a few synchronizations gives error. I made many tries and sometimes I get error: 904035. There is something really wrong happening when Enpass uses password audit for identical passwords. On any of my 4 devices I have different results (in total I have 4 vaults and all 4 are synced on every of the mentioned devices - so it's about the same conditions): None of them seems to be correct I'm a bit upset as none of the Enpass apps on 3 different OS provides a correct result. Furthermore: if there is an identical password found in 2 different items and was removed from 1 of those 2 items on some device, other devices do not remove it from the list (even after successful sync).

Hello has anyone encountered newly saved tags disappearing the next day? I would add a Customer tag, save it, it would show up for that day but the next day the tag disappears. This happens on multiple records. Any old customer tags still exist, not sure what the difference is.

Dear enpass team, this morning my Chrome extension of Enpass was updated automatically to 6.0 and is no longer working with traditional win32 version: Extension is showing message: If I press update button and the download page of Enapss opens: Traditional Win32 - Requires Windows 7 or later - Latest version: v5.6.9 Checking updates with desktop version, does not show any updates! !!! Now I am unable to use Enpass with Chrome !!! [EDIT 11/27/2018 - 7:22 AM] Enpass extension is no longer available in Chrome web store. Today you released new version 6. So, after longer time I want test my bought version enpass via microsoft store. So I completly uninstall version 5 desktop version. After login into Microsoft Store with my account, and here I download lst version Enpass. But after open Enpass6 and setup onedrive, so in application settings when I click on premium function -> "restore purchase" so I see some strange red text with error. But I owned in microsoft store enpass license, I bought it +- one year back (when was last version 5.x.x) So what now? This is bug? When I press the key combination, instead of filling the username and password fields, the Assistant (I think that's what it's called) pops up and I have to search for the item, it does not find the match by itself. Now, it gets better: when I click the item, it auto-fills but instead of logging me in, the website opens another Window without logging me in! It happens in Safari in macOS and in Firefox on Windows. This happens when there is a URL match, and auto-fill for the same websites used to work just fine. The browser extensions are updated. Unfortunately the new enpass version brings multiple annoyances, reduced efficiency, and a complete disregard to GUI design rules. The interface is counter intuitive and counter productive. There is no consistency throughout the experience, and my actual work process became much slower, either trying to find the required functionality, or waiting for enpass to perform its tasks. To open the enpass windows app, you have to click on the taskbar icon, click the 3 lines menu, and select open enpass. In the previous version it was a simple double-click on the taskbar icon. Hi, since Monday I use one of the new Apple MacBooks with M1 chip. Unfortunately, Enpass does not run that well on it - there are some performance and display issues. I guess, it is not optimized for the new chip yet. So my question is, are there plans to optimize Enpass for M1? If yes, when will it be updated? Thanks a lot in advance!

Hello, I'm running Windows 11 Pro 22H2 (App version: 6.8.5 (1239)) and iOS 16.4 (App version: 6.8.6 (684)). When I attempt to update any login credentials on either Windows or iPhone, and run a sync between devices, my credentials get reverted back to the previous settings. I have tried iCloud, OneDrive, and Wi-Fi Sync with the same results. Hi all, Since moving to the new major version, both my Macbook and iPhone complain about me "purposely deleting" data and refuse to sync. I'm concerned I'll lose data on one or the other. Both present the option to upload fresh, and in both cases they upload "successfully". Next sync on either device results in the same issue again, with the additional message of "No data found on WebDAV". The WebDAV connection is correct (and had to be re-added, which was extremely annoying). On my ownCloud instance, the folder "Enpass" is there as usual. Hi, I have a backup file in Onedrive and I cannot connect to it from Windows 10. Today the app was updated and since then I cannot proceed. Selecting Onedrive brings me to the browser to login in onedrive. After successful login, it redirects me to the app and it closes automatically. I go to start menu and upon starting the App I get to square one and I restart the process... I can use it ok from Android. I'm using Edge Chromium as browser Thanks. António

I didn’t see any bugtracker on your site, so hereby a bugreport in the forum as well. When using enpass browser extension in Firefox or Chrome with sites which include iframes and forms the extension gives the following error in browsers console: Error: Promised response from onMessage listener went out of scope 80 background.js:8:59712 The extension then steals focus to the first field of the form, after that it’s impossible to select text on the iframed-webpage, the extension returns the focus directly to the form again. I have the instance on my Android device which is running 6.4.0.320, however the instance on my Windows 10 is still 6.3. Both of them sync to the same OneDrive account. But I found that they have create different folder for the vault. It doesn't happened before, and I think it might caused from the updated version of the instance on my Android device. I have tried many way but it looks like 2 vaults is not compatible to the other instance. Is it a bug on the updated version? I've enjoyed using Enpass for a couple of years now, purchased a license too. However, as of late my Enpass window keeps "Not Responding" when I try to use it. I've uninstalled it, removed all registry entries and reinstalled it. This has not solved the issue. I've been installing it from the Windows Store. I've downloaded the manual install as well directly from the Enpass website, but it's doing the same thing. When I use it on my Android phone or my Surface Go (Windows Store version) I have absolutely no issues and it works fantastically. My database is 1.25mb and resides in OneDrive.

I have a couple local services (Portainer and NGINX Proxy Manager) that require username and password. Their hostname is in the form of http://hostname.lan:someport When i try to use Enpass with those websites it simply won't fill the form and i have to manually copy paste my credentials. When i expose those same services with https everything works. As you can see the credentials are saved and recognized, but when i click on those the form is not filled. This problem appears in every browser/desktop OS combination, but everything works fine on mobile (safari + ios)

Hello, I am trying to use Enpass, but right now I am not able to get it started with firefox. The installed extension is attached. That's it. There is not button in the browser, and there wasn't any prompt to confirm the account. I also installed it in Chrome, but there everything was fine.

EDIT 5 Nov 2018 (10 months later): the problem is still here in v5.6.8. The Windows client does not fetch updated entries edited in the Android or MacOSX clients (but Linux, Android, MacOSX update just fine). I have the Android app v5.6.4 and the Windows v5.6.5. I created a sync with my own webdav server. It works fine, except one tricky part: if I edit an item in Windows that exists in both Android, it syncs and i can see the new edits in Android.
