When I press the key combination, instead of filling the username and password fields, the Assistant (I think that's what it's called) pops up and I have to search for the item, it does not find the match by itself. Now, it gets better: when I click the item, it auto-fills but instead of logging me in, the website opens another Window without logging me in! It happens in Safari in macOS and in Firefox on Windows. This happens when there is a URL match, and auto-fill for the same websites used to work just fine. The browser extensions are updated.   3. Hi there, I'm using Enpass for a few years now on Android Phones, Linux, macOS and Windows 10. I always loved, that it's available on all platforms, relatively painless to use and free except on mobile devices. I've been quite surprised by the update that arrived on my phone a few days, Enpass looking totally different and updating my vault (and breaking compatibility with older versions). A warning of some kind would have been nice. So I updated all my installations of Enpass and after setting up everything seemed to work okay-ish.     Hi Team, I've noticed an issue opening attachments. I am using enpass on 4 devices (2x windows, linux and android) using google drive for sync. I have recently noticed an issue with enpass and opening attachments. Only one of my windows clients is able to open all attachements. Other clients such as the linux client is only able to open some of them erroring with "attachment not found. To download the attachment please synchronize your vault with the same cloud account used to restore the data." OR "Attachment is on the way! Please wait while we are download your attachments."   6. I didn’t see any bugtracker on your site, so hereby a bugreport in the forum as well. When using enpass browser extension in Firefox or Chrome with sites which include iframes and forms the extension gives the following error in browsers console: Error: Promised response from onMessage listener went out of scope 80 background.js:8:59712 The extension then steals focus to the first field of the form, after that it’s impossible to select text on the iframed-webpage, the extension returns the focus directly to the form again.   7. Hi Enpass team/community, I’m having an issue where Enpass cannot connect to my pCloud WebDAV endpoint. This happens on both Windows and iOS. What’s confusing is that pCloud and my network seem to be fine: I can access pCloud normally (web/app). I can also use the same WebDAV credentials and endpoint successfully in other WebDAV clients. Only Enpass reports a network-related error (something like “network problem” / unable to connect).     Hi! i’m not sure if it’s related but one day my enpass mac account lost connection with iCloud (for syncing). Then I noticed duplicates turning up in my iOS version of enpass. So I reconnected the OS X version. Then synced. Now i’v got the same duplicates there too. (The recorda I didn’t change in the meantime have the same date stamps) How do I get rid of them? Any ideas?     Hi there, I am trying to export a CSV file from Enpass. However, the exported CSV file does not have any column titles. Can someone help by providing a template of column titles which I can add as an addiitonal row in the exported CSV file? Thanks!

    Im having difficulty with each window in Enpass. It does not fit my screen. Starting with the 'Welcome' page the bottom links could not be seen and the window couldn't be dragged up. So, I tried various screen resolutions and moved Windows taskbar from the right hand side. That helped but only a temporary solution. Im using Windows 10, and a recommended screen resolution of 1920 x 1080. I think this problem requires a bug fix.

  11. Hello, when I want to open my Amazon account, ENPASS does not work. Amazon expects 1. 'eMail', 2. 'Click on button', 3. 'Password'. For other websites that do not have 'click on button', ENPASS works correctly. How can I set ENPASS so that access to my Amazon account works? Greetings Hein

  13. I have recently tried to use Enpass with Opera, owing to my interest in the built-in VPN. The available Enpass extension is loaded, but will not work with the current version of Enpass. Whenever I try to use it it complains that the extension is out of date. Are there plans to update it? Thank you.

  15. I have installed Enpass Desktop in Ubuntu and using it together with browser extensions and it was totally successful. Unfortunately, when I connected my laptop to an external monitor Dell 2K and set to its native resolution. The browser extensions are no longer working properly as seen in the attached pictures. They work normally again when I disconnected the external monitor. Thus, I suspect that there are some issues dealing with 2K/HiDPI resolution.

  16. Enpass on Windows has the [BACKSPACE] mapped for deleting an entry. This is very unintuitive and very abnormal on the Windows platform which has a designated [DELETE] key. It would be best if on Windows we either have it remapped to [DELETE], or we are given the option to remap it ourselves. I was attempting to delete an item today and kept trying to use the delete key which was not working. I then right clicked and after a few moments, noticed the "Move to Trash" option. This verbiage is also abnormal for Windows as it is a specifically MacOS terminology. It would make more sense to have the option just say "Delete Item", maybe in red font, and the subsequent dialog that…

  18. When I upgraded to the newest version of Enpass I lost all of my custom fields for my password. I had set up custom 'security question' fields so that I wouldn't have to remember them and they all disappeared when I upgraded to the newest version of Enpass. This has forced some sites that use security questions (government sites in particular) to lock me out. Not very happy about the newest version. In addition, the UI for the newest version (especially on the desktop version) is very clunky and none of the menu items at the top are viewable unless you mouse over them.

    Hi, I use enpass on multi device (IOS and Mac OSX). I sync them with webdav protocol on an Nexcloud instance. This config worked since years. But since few days, an error appear with the text (in french) : "Erreur de synchro Le mot de passe des données sur WebDAV est requis." I click on "Resoudre maintenant" and Enpass open a windows to re-enter webdav password. I enter the password but error is still present... The error is the same on IOS devices and Mac OSX devices. I never change my webdav password. I test it on other webdav apps to be sur and it works perfectly... Does someone have an idea to solve this problem ? Best rega…

  22. I have a couple local services (Portainer and NGINX Proxy Manager) that require username and password. Their hostname is in the form of http://hostname.lan:someport When i try to use Enpass with those websites it simply won't fill the form and i have to manually copy paste my credentials. When i expose those same services with https everything works. As you can see the credentials are saved and recognized, but when i click on those the form is not filled. This problem appears in every browser/desktop OS combination, but everything works fine on mobile (safari + ios)

  23. I am not able to use Enpass whenever I have a NordVPN tunnel open. The browser extension in Microsoft edge does not work and when I open the Enpass app it indicates that it is unable to sync. This is a recent development as I've been using NordVPN and Enpass for a couple of years now. It defeats the purpose of using a VPN service while traveling and being able to access my passwords.

    I'm new to Android & Enpass. I have Enpass Pro on my Pixel Android phone. I loaded Enpass on my Windowns 10 PC. 1) Do I need to put the Pro version on my pc?   25. Hi: I have Enpass on my ios (5.6.1) and had it on my MacBook. First, the upgrade on the MacBook - after redirection - cannot find the data file on OneDrive or Dropbox. It says there is no data there. I tried to install V6 on my new Chromebook (replacing the dying, 2012 MacBook and it says the same thing. I tried syncing the ios data to Google Drive (thinking it would be more compatible w/Chrome OS), and it says the same thing. With v5, I got a prompt asking if I had an existing account.
