  5. Hi @htfan, Welcome to the Enpass Community. Yes, you can add as many Wi-Fi Sync servers on the same home network and all the family members can sync with their own phones/personal devices to their Wi-Fi Server. Pairing via QR code will automatically take care of separation. You can also pair your device by manually by selecting the appropriate server.
  6. Hi @Discordant, Thank you for providing the link. We are in process to upgrade Enpass Qt framework to 6.2 by end of the year. Many long pending UI bugs will be addressed in that update.

  9. Hi @pawl, Welcome to the Enpass Community. This is related to the Enpass UI toolkit, Qt framework. While we have patched the current version of it, but some users are still facing the problem. We are shipping a newer version of the framework later this year that will automatically fix the issue. Thank you.

  12. Hi @yerled, Thank you for reaching out to us. For quick troubleshooting make sure you have enabled both services Android Autofill Service and Autofill using Accessibility under Settings--> Autofill. Also, share the following details so that we can assist you better. On which Device along with the OS version you are facing this issue? Which Enpass version are you using? There are few apps which restrict Autofill features like Financial/Banking Mobile apps. If possible, share the name of the app or website with this issue.
  13. Hi @Thalion, Welcome to the Enpass community! We would have loved to help you but we don't provide apk files. In the past we did but that was for only legacy users who wished to be on Enpass v5. Also, Enpass always recommends to install it Google Play Store.
  14. Hey @Ana, I would like to share that there are no special password requirements for Enpass and also no limit for the Master Password login attempts. You can take your time to remember your old master password. Enpass will not lock you out after fixed number of tries.

  17. Hi @Yazah, Welcome to the Enpass Community. Unfortunately, there is no workaround for this issue right now as this is out of Enpass scope. I feel you should contact Apple support, being the right team to resolve this.   19. Hey@Ana, Yes, you are right, you will need Master Password to recover your database in this case. The steps were only for the case where could see all items old iPhone using biometrics. I would have loved to help you here but Enpass always informs users to never forget the Master Password.

  21. Hey @Ana, This means are you able to login Enpass on any device using biometrics: Face id/Touch id/Fingertips in the present state. So if you can log in to Enpass on your old iPhone through Biometrics right now then follow these steps to recover your database. Open Enpass on your old iPhone through Biometrics. Go to Settings-->Create a new vault of Enpass on your old iPhone with a new password. Copy all the items individually from the other vaults and move them into the newly created vault. Sync this new vault with a new cloud account. Now reinstall Enpass on your new iPhone--> "Welcome Screen" will appear-->Select Restore from cloud--> Restore the data using the same cloud used in step 4. All your database from your old iPhone should be available on your new iPhone. Thanks.
  22. Hi @Rita, Welcome to the Enpass Community. As I understood your Enpass is getting Logged in via your work profile. This is an issue of browser and Microsoft sign in page rather than Enpass. I can suggest you to try: 1. Logout from your other account from Edge browser 2. Clear the cache/cookies for all Microsoft domains from Edge browser Thanks.

  24. Hi @Chrism, Welcome to the Enpass Community. In Android, there is no import option but Enpass lets you sync your data with other devices through any of the supported clouds. You can synchronize your Mac with your Android by following steps: Open Enpass on your Mac --> Click on ‘Settings’ -->Click on ‘Vaults’ --> Select the vault which you wish to sync → Select ‘Set up Sync’ and choose the cloud account--> Enter your cloud account details, follow the instructions and wait till the sync is done. For more detail refer to this link. Now after installation Enpass on your Android--> “Welcome Screen“ will appear-->Click on Restore from the particular cloud with which you have synced in step1 --> Login to the cloud account--> Click on Continue --> Follow the instructions. For more information refer to this link. Once this is done, the database from your Mac will be synchronized with your Android device.
  25. @Ana, Thanks for writing back. If you are able to access Enpass through biometrics I recommend you to follow these steps so that you can recover your database. Open Enpass on your device through Biometrics. Go to Settings-->Create a new vault of Enpass on your device with a new password. Copy all the items individually from the other vaults and move them into the newly created vault. Sync this new vault with a new cloud account. Now reinstall Enpass on your iPhone and restore the data using the same cloud used in step 4. Once all your data restore on the iPhone, repeat step-5 on your all devices..
