    I totally understand your concern here and to make it hassle-free you can opt for Enpass Portable. The portable version does not require installation. You can put it on a USB drive and move between computers while taking your app and settings with you. Please refer to this link for more information.

    The download links of last stable version of Enpass 5 are available here. Please note that syncing of data using cloud is not possible between Enpass 5 and Enpass 6 version.

    We are keeping a close eye on developments in post quantum cryptography. Right now we only use symmetric encryption only in Enpass, specifically AES-256, which is believed to be quantum resistant.

    Please share the following details in my direct message so that I can get this issue investigated by our concerned team.

    1. Did you install Enpass from a store or our website?
    2. Share your WebDAV service information?
    3. Are you using multiple vaults? How many items do you have in your Enpass app?
    4. If possible, please create a demo account on your WebDAV service and share its username & password along with the URL.

    I understand your concern about the WebDAV sync error codes. Here are some steps you can try and let me know how they turn out:

    1. Firstly, take a manual backup of your data on all the devices.
    2. Now disconnect the WebDAV sync from all your devices.
    3. Now, open the WebDAV app/website → Open Enpass folder → Select vault.enpassdbsync file → Rename it as oldvault.enpassbdsync.
    4. Try to reconnect the WebDAV sync on all the devices.
    5. If sync starts to work fine, you can delete the renamed old backup file from step 3.

    Welcome to the Enpass community.

    Apologies for the inconvenience caused. For quick troubleshooting, I would recommend typing your Master Password in any text editor and then copy-paste to your windows device to avoid any typo-error. Also, as mentioned you are able to access Enpass app on your mobile through the same Master Password, for that we do have a workaround but we would require the below-mentioned details:

    1. Are you using any cloud service for synchronization between desktop and mobile?
    2. Which Enpass version you are using on your desktop (downloaded from store or website) and mobile.

    2. Which Enpass version are you using? (Also, have you downloaded it from store or from our website).
    3. If possible, share the screen-recorded video of the issue you are facing?

    In order to figure out the root cause of the issue, our backend team needs some more information. Please provide the following details so that we can reproduce the scenario at our end.

    1. Share the total size of the data in Enpass. For Mac Store Build it can be checked while creating a backup manually or if you have enabled automatic backups, then you can go to Finder → Library → Containers → Enpass → Backups → Check the file size of the latest backup created.
    2. Share with us a screenshot of Enpass Processes and Memory Usage from Activity Monitor to identify the App performance when it slows down.
    3. While performing operations like Search item, Edit item, or Create a new item in Enpass are you facing any lag/slowness.

    Thanks for sharing the details.

    Now open the Enpass app--> Go to "Menu" --> Click on "Help"-->  Click on "About"--> share the Enpass version.
