Hi @Idoki We were able to reproduce the bug on our end, due to which this issue is occurring. Our development team is now working on fixing it, and a patch addressing this issue will be released soon. We appreciate your cooperation and support in the interim. -
Hi @MMyth Welcome to the Enpass Forums. When you export your Enpass data, any Item to which you have added the Secret Key/Seed is automatically exported. The key/seed is visible when the file format is .txt or .csv. You can export your Enpass data by going to Enpass Menu (Hamburger Icon) -> File -> Export.

Hi @Welshdog It seems that you are using an older version of Enpass on your Mac. Could you please update your Enpass app to the latest version 6.8.4 and check if the problem persists? If you are still facing this issue, kindly share the version of the Enpass app and OS you are using on your iOS device as well and I'll have this further investigated for you. -

Hi @Bachsau We are looking into the reported concern. In the meantime, could you please check and confirm if you are registered on your Mac device from the same Apple ID as the one used to connect to iCloud in Enpass? Also, please ensure once that the sign-in with apple Id permissions are not revoked for Enpass in Apple ID settings. SI-3004 -
Hi @all Enpass greatly appreciates your patience while we worked on patching this bug. We have launched a stable ver 6.8.5 for iOS and iPadOS, which addresses this issue. Kindly update your Enpass share and share your findings with us.

Are you facing this concern on all the webpages or any particular ones? Kindly share the name and URL of a few so we may investigate them. A screenshot of the error you are referring to would be helpful.. -

Hi @mike5186 At the moment, only .img and .txt formats can be directly opened on Enpass Desktop. For all the other attached documents, you will need to save them first in order to open it. However, I have duly noted your comments for further consideration. #SI-2554

Hi @mike5186 In the Desktop version of the Enpass app, you will need to enter the secret key provided by the site or app to enable 2FA. However, in the iOS/Android version of the app, you can tap the QR-code icon to scan in the key. For more information, kindly refer to the steps in this link.

Hi @all If the website version is also showing the same error, then please remove the Enpass app completely from your system and then install the website version. You can refer to the below steps - Click your computer’s Start menu and type "Enpass". When Enpass is highlighted in the search results, select Uninstall from list of actions provided. When Enpass is uninstalled, your data is deleted automatically.

Hi @all Enpass is grateful for all the information that its users and clients provided on this issue. It was thanks to your efforts that we were able to conduct the investigation. Our support team sent all details to our QA/Development team for them to investigate on a top priority, and I want to assure all members here that this has been identified as a Microsoft store error, and we have escalated the issue with them. That being said, we'll get this resolved very soon, and I'll keep this forum updated if there are any updates. You may download the Website version of our application from here in the meantime, as suggested. The inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.

Hi @all We have launched an update (ver 6.8.4) which fixes the crash after the validation issue on iOS/iPadOS. Kindly update your Enpass app to the latest version and share your findings with me.

My Android phone hasn't synched with my PC's OneDrive in a month.

Hi @Punk Funk For troubleshooting purposes, please try the below steps - Create a manual backup of this vault, then remove the synchronization from all the connected devices. While doing so, you will also get an option to 'Delete data from OneDrive'. Please proceed with it and after doing it, enable the synchronization again first on your PC, then on your Android device. Could you please check and confirm that the time setting is set to automatic on all the devices and there is no time difference? If they are not, kindly set it to automatic and share the results with me. Ensure that you have allowed access to Enpass in your Firewall/Antivirus Settings. Moreover, if you are using any VPN service, try disabling it to check if the issue persists. After creating a manual backup of your data on your Android device, try reinstalling the app. If the issue persists, please share the version of the Enpass app, OS and a screenshot of the error occurring on the Enpass Android device with me and I’ll have this investigated for you.
