  1. Hey @Mamilio Welcome to the forum post. Yes, To do so, please follow the below steps to delete the vault saved in Enpass- Open Enpass > Settings > Vaults > Select vault > Tap on the options menu (3-dots) button and tap on Remove Vault. For more details, please go through this link. Thanks!
  2. Hey @mries1 As of now, Enpass will run M1 chips with an inbuilt compatibility layer. We are looking to fix it in two stages. First to release an optimized version for the compatibility layer. The user interface of Enpass uses cross-platform Qt Toolkit, which is currently not stable now for M1 native supports. We will release a native build just after that. @John DoePlease be informed that some users reported an only issue with fingerprint/touch ID on M1 and we are working to fix the same issue. Also, we have reverted you on the other post. Let me know if you have any concerns. Thanks!

  5. Hey @DenalB Thanks for writing back. Enpass already has the feature of TOTP which you can set for any website in Enpass. To know more, please have a look at this link to our user manual. Let me know if this doesn't help.
  6. Hey @fooger Welcome to the forum! This means that if you have created multiple vaults within Enpass and you have synced the primary vault with any of the cloud. Then all the vaults will be unlocked once you unlock the Enpass as primary vault contains the passwords of the created vaults. Thanks!
  7. Hey @hagmgoe Thanks for writing in. Currently, you can create a custom template only in Desktop version of Enpass. For more details to do so, refer to this link.

You can do so by disconnecting the sync of the particular vault, while disconnecting the sync, make sure to enable the option 'Also delete data from cloud' and then click on continue. Now you can setup sync again with any other cloud. Let me know if you have any concerns. Thanks!

  11. Hey @Brian R. Apologies for any confusion. If you have purchased “Enpass Premium One-time license”, from or after Nov 19 of, then you will get Enpass Premium features without any additional charges including these two 2FA and 'data breach' features. These 2 premium features '2FA' and 'data breach' will be paid for the "Enpass Pro One-time license" users. You can check your license-type from the “Enpass Settings” and see your License type at the top under Account section. If any pro user wishes to use these two premium features, they need to upgrade it to Premium license. In this case, they will get a discount of 65% for the first year on purchasing the yearly premium subscription. I hope this clears now.
  12. Hey @FdS Welcome to the forum! Currently, Enpass uses username/email and password field to auto-fill the details. To auto-fill data in any other field, you can try web-form. To do so please follow these steps: Open the particular website in any browser → Enter the login credentials manually → Click the Enpass Assistant icon → Click on ≡ button → Save Web-form. Enpass will detect all the fields and will automatically create an item with the details filled in. You can verify the details and finally Save the item. Thanks!

  15. Hey, We understand your concern. Premium users include Premium subscribers and Premium One time buyers. Both the groups will be treated the same and will get Premium features without any additional cost.

Hey All, Last year, while launching a new subscription model, we ensured that Pro users do not have to pay again for subscriptions and rather enabled them to use their Pro license across all their devices. So, you never have to pay for Pro features you have already purchased, and we will continue to add more Pro-features without any additional cost. One of those Pro-features would be sync over WiFi. However, with premium features, we are providing Breach Monitoring and 2FA supported features, which requires us to put in recurrent effort in the workforce and financial resources to keep the service updated. We would have liked to offer these services free of cost to Pro users, but unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost from one-time pro licenses. Building, and maintaining, a Breach Monitoring service takes considerable effort and resources but we’re happy to bring a premium service like that to offer additional security to our users.   18. Hey @Oscar A. Mata T. We understand your concern and are extremely sorry for the trouble you have been facing from a long time. Please try the below workaround and let us know if this is helpful: Create a new empty vault with same password. Now setup sync of this empty vault with the same one-drive account.

  20. Hey @qwertyops Welcome to the forum! Please follow these troubleshooting steps and share your findings with us- Quit Enpass ( If running). Go to this location; C:\Users\username of the system\AppData\Local\Packages\SinewSoftwareSystems.EnpassPasswordManager_fwdy0m65qb6h2. Inside the SinewSoftwareSystems.EnpassPasswordManager_fwdy0m65qb6h2 copy all the folder and paste them into other location. Now delete all folder visible SinewSoftwareSystems.EnpassPasswordManager_fwdy0m65qb6h2 Now launch the Enpass app and check. Hope this helps!

  25. Hey @ssylviageo Welcome to the forum! Currently, in Enpass, sync gets triggered automatically in below cases- Every time you unlock your Enpass key-chain, an auto-sync is initiated. (If Sync is turned on). Auto-sync also happens after every 15 secs, while the app is in the foreground. When you save any change in item details or master password, Enpass waits for 5 secs and initiates an auto-sync. For more details, refer to this link.
