  1. Hi @sixdas, Sorry for the trouble you are going through. Unfortunately, our QA team cannot reproduce the issue, and the app is working as expected. We need further information and help from you to identify the cause of this unexpected behavior. Install the Enpass app from our website and create a dummy database with the same password you were facing facing problem earlier. Quit the app and open it again. Check whether the app accepts the Master Password for the first time. If the above method doesn't work, please share Language of the system and Enpass app. The keyboard layout you are using. If possible, share a video of the issue with us on support@enpass.io.

Hi @MirkoMK, That's great to hear. Now please make sure you have multiple-vaults added to your database. You can click on the top left icon (Enpass or cloud or vault) to view/switch the vaults. In case you haven't added them, then to create a new vault, go to App Settings > Vaults > Tap on + button > Enter vault name > Restore data from the cloud account. Please let me know if you need further assistance.
  3. Hi @Mike P., We have sent you a personal message. Please check your inbox. Thanks!
  4. Hi @user22359, Welcome to the forums! It looks like Microsoft's smart screen is blocking this apple website for reasons best known to them. Please follow the steps given below and share your findings: Copy the URL from the browser when you get this error. Open any other browser and paste the URL. If possible, use chrome. It will ask to launch the Enpass app. Hope this helps!
  5. Hi @Lothar, Thanks for writing in. You can move/copy the item in another vault once you select the particular vault on which the item is. (If you have selected ‘All Vaults’, then the option ‘Add to Vault’ will disable.) You can currently move/copy more than one item from one vault to another on desktop devices only. To do so, follow the below steps: Select the first item that you want. Press and hold CTRL. Select the next item that you want. Tap on Add to Vault Select the vault where you want to move/copy the item. Tap on Move/Copy to add the item to the selected vault. Hope this helps!

Hi @MirkoMK, Thanks for writing back. The Enpass desktop apps are free and offer to save unlimited items and multiple vaults. In contrast, the mobile apps' trial version can store up to 20 items with a single vault and require the Enpass Premium version to add unlimited items and multiple vaults. So please check and share your Enpass app status via app settings > account.
  7. Hi @D2L_Michael, Thanks for sharing the details. If you want to use the Enpass app anywhere in your system you can set the system-wide hotkey to launch Enpass from anywhere in the system. Hit the keyboard shortcut (hotkey) from within the same app you’re working on, and the Enpass Assistant will pop-up right there to give you quick access to your Enpass data. To set the hotkey follow the below steps: Open Enpass --> General --> Set System-wide Hotkey.

The difference between the website version and the store version is that the website version of Enpass allows you to change the data location of the Enpass app, which is not possible with the store version of the Enpass app, and full-time Windows Hello is support in the Store version.
