    Hi @MirkoMK, Thanks for writing back. You can transfer your database from Desktop to iOS device via Sync: Open Enpass on your Desktop and go to Enpass settings --> Vault --> Tap on Vault ---> Select Sync and choose a cloud account to your database. Enter your cloud account details, follow the instructions and wait till the sync is done. Now open Enpass on your iOS device --> Vaults --> Tap on Vault ---> Select the cloud (as in Step 1) from which you had enabled sync on your Desktop. Once the sync is done, all your database from Desktop will be restored in your iOS device. If you have any further queries, please feel free to contact us.

  16. Hi @ATurkey, Thanks for writing in. We would like to inform you that once you’ve updated any field (except Note field), the changes get recorded as Field History in Enpass. To see the field history, right-click on the field’s value from the details screen → Click on the History. If you are still facing this issue, please let us know the following information: On which device (along with OS version) are you using Enpass? Which Enpass version are you using? Thanks!

  18. Hi @Old-Heathen, Thanks for using Enpass and writing to us. PC Linux OS uses a combination of apt and rpm. We do not have a compatible repository for now. However, we do have a yum based rpm repository. I wonder if you can use YUM rpm directory via third-party tool. You can also use Enpass Portable on your system please download it from here - https://www.enpass.io/downloads/. If you face any issues let us know.

Please follow the below steps to import data in Enpass from mSecure: Step 1- To export the data from mSecure- Open mSecure App. Go to Files → Export → CSV. Step 2: Import data into Enpass desktop - Please go through this link of our user manual. NOTE- Before importing your data from mSecure to Enpass, first you need to export your mSecure data in the .csv unencrypted file format. If the issue persists let us know the following details so we can help you better: On which device (along with OS version) are you using Enpass? Which Enpass version are you using? Which mSecure Version are you using? Which type of Items(login, identity, cards, etc.) you have exported from mSecure? Thanks for your co-operation.
  22. Hi @paulsiu, Thanks for using Enpass and writing to us. When you try to autofill in any app with the particular item, the "Autofill info" gets saved in the particular item. The "Autofill info" contains the package name and signature of the App, which you can save by following these steps: Open the App to autofill--> Click on the Notification icon to autofill --> Unlock Enpass and search for the item in Enpass --> Tap on the item --> It will prompt you with the popup dialog box " Associate item with item name." Hope this helps!

Hi @SinLog, There are two ways to install Enpass- Microsoft Store or Windows Store (known as Enpass Store version Enpass Website (known as Enpass website version) Please note that option to change database location is only available for app downloaded from Enpass website(from here https://www.enpass.io/downloads/). If you have downloaded Enpass from Windows store, it won’t be possible to change the database location. To change the database location in website version, please follow these steps: Open Enpass → Under Settings, go to Advanced → Click on Change Location to change the data location. If you have any further queries, please feel free to contact us.
