  5. Hi @DanRook, Please let us know if you see the crash dialog on the next restart? If yes, try restarting the app and then share the crash report which appears. We would recommend you to put this forum post link or the issue in the report's description, it will be helpful for us to identify the issue. Thanks!

Being an offline password manager, Enpass saves data locally on the device, and in case if you have enabled sync, the same file is encrypted and stored into a particular cloud. So please let us know are you using any cloud to sync data? Also, let us know have you have taken the backup of Enpass data before reset.

  21. Hi @Ajai, To investigate further on this issue I want a little input from your side so please let me know the following: Are you trying to set up sync for the primary vault or secondary vault? In case if you are setting up sync for the secondary vault, do you select the "Choose Existing Account" or "USE other Account" options. Which browser are you using as default browser and its version? Which Enpass version are you using? Let us know if you enabled Developer mode on the device? Thanks for your co-operation.

In case, if you have tried all the steps described in FAQ, and Enpass still doesn’t accept your Master Password, I'm sorry to say you’ll need to reset your Enpass data and start over.
