  1. Hi @Robert, Thanks for writing in. To start a new keychain please follow these steps: Quit Enpass (If running). Go to User Document Folder --> Delete Enpass6-Beta folder. Now open Enpass it will prompt you a welcome screen. Cheers!

Could you please try re-installing the app if you haven't tried it yet and check if it works? If the problem persists, please share the below details so that we can investigate further.   16. Hi @KristianT Sorry for the trouble you're going through. I would like to share that we have received some feedback from user's that after updating the OS, Edge extension stopped working. It would be great if you can share some more info so that we can investigate further. Have you recently updated the OS? Which OS and Enpass version are you using? Are you using any Antivirus or third-party security-related extension? For Testing Purpose: Could you please try re-installing the app and check if it works? NOTE: Before uninstalling the app please make sure you got the backup of Enpass data. Thanks for your co-operation.

    Hi @Kim, I'd like to share that purchasing Enpass on one platform will not let you use the full version on another platform because of the platform specific restrictions. For example, all the purchases on Play Store are managed by Google and will not be accessible on iOS or Windows Store. If Enpass would have been online and subscription-based software then we could have shared your account details across platforms to enable full version.   21. Hey guys, We know that importing the data from some of the password managers was a bit of a rocky road in the previous. However, we're going to introduce a whole new importer in the next beta for the Windows (within a few hours) and can assure you that the new import functionality will be a lot smoother. Cheers!
  22. Hi @agent92, Thanks for writing in. Please follow these steps to update Enpass on Fedora: Go to Enpass folder --> Open the Enpass Maintenance tool --> Launch the EnpassMaintenanceTool --> Select the Update Components --> Click on the "Next" button and follow the instructions. Hope this helps!
  23. Dear @Lola Thanks for writing in. I would like to share that, in order to use Enpass Browser extension, the main app must be running in the background. However, this behavior of Enpass will not be bothersome if you can choose to set it to run automatically on every boot. Also, please make sure you have enabled browser extension option from Enpass Browser settings. To know how Enpass browser extension works, please have a look at our user manual. Hope this helps!

OS version on your iPhone and Windows (along with other devices, if any) are you using Enpass? Which Enpass version are you using on each device? Do the last sync and last attempt timestamps get updated on the sync page? Thanks for your co-operation!
