  1. Hi @falancio, Welcome to the Enpass community. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. During the password change, I recommend disconnecting your sync service from all devices, then reconnecting it on this device first. After the sync is complete, now connect with the sync service on your other devices and check if the changes you have made have been updated or not.
  2. @DennisT, I hope you are doing great. I would like to share that issue has been fixed in this update, would recommend you to update your Enpass application to 6.8.3 and share your findings with me.

  7. Hi @elax, Welcome to the Enpass community. We have released the Enpass beta for macOS (6.8.3). We would appreciate it if you could try the beta version from here and share your findings with us.
  8. @despecial, Are you able to see the scroll bar to navigate up and down in the inline box as shown in the screenshot attached below. Also, share the following details so that I can get this issue investigated by our concerned team. On which device (along with OS version) are you using Enpass? Which Enpass and Enpass extension version are you using? Does the problem occur with other browsers? Please include the browser versions as well. On which Web pages you are getting this issue? Are you using any Antivirus or third-party security-related extension?

Open Enpass extension in your specific browser through: Click on Settings--> manage extensions--> open the Enpass extension--> Click on details--> Click on Extension options and enable the below-mentioned options shown in the screenshot and share your findings with me.

  11. Hi @chris132, Thank you for reaching out to us. I would like to share that this issue has been reproduced by our backend team and they are working on its fix. The patch addressing this issue will be released in the future updates of Enpass. In the meantime your patience and support is highly appreciated.

On which device along with the OS version you are facing this issue? Which Enpass version you are using? Have you downloaded Enpass from our official website or store?
  13. @Ivarson, That's absolutely correct, this beta release is limited to Windows and macOS at the moment. Apologies for any confusion, my reply was just to keep you updated about progress as promised. As soon as Android and iOS beta update are also released, I will let you know here.

  18. Hi @Schtief, Thank you for reaching out to us. I have duly noted your feedback and it has been forwarded to the concerned team for further consideration, meanwhile you can disable the "Ask to save new logins" from the Browser settings of Enpass.
  19. Hi @MacLitze, Welcome to the Enpass community. For the Safari browser, the extension get installed automatically with the installation of the Enpass desktop application. You need to enable it from; Safari Preferences → Extensions → Enpass, would recommend you to re-install the Enpass application again and share your findings with me. If issue persists please share the screenshot of the error and OS details of your device.

  21. @Andreas2, Thank you for sharing the details. To check the Enpass version on your desktop--> open Enpass--> Click on Menu (hamburger option in the top right)--> Click on "Help"--> Select "About"--> Share the Enpass version.
  22. @David Jameson, This issue has been also reproduced on our end also and our team is working on it, it will be fixed in the future updates of Enpass. Thank you for reporting the presence of this issue. #SI-3067
  23. @AlfLaSalle, Please follow the below-mentioned steps and share your findings with me. Open the Enpass. Click on '+' icon to add new item. Click on login categories → default. On the edit page enter the URL of the PayPal login page or that webpage you used. Save the item. Now open the 2FA section in the audit section and observe the recently created item. If the item is already present in the list, edit it and add your credentials. Provide the URL of the item if it is not listed in the 2FA list so that we can investigate further
