  1. Hi @kraades,

Sorry to hear about your trouble. I would like to let you know, in order to use Enpass Browser extension, the main app must be running in background. The reason is that being an offline password manager, Enpass saves all your database locally on your device not on any server. Whenever you visit a login page and click Enpass browser extension for auto-filling, then the extension securely connects with Enpass app to fetch and auto-fill the details. For more details please have a look at our user manual link.

You can also make Enpass app running in the background by Enabling the option 'Minimize app to system tray' in Enpass General settings. For more details please have a look at user manual link.

Enpass supports fingerprint only in Samsung devices and devices that have Android Marshmallow Fingerprint API.

In your case (Lenovo vibe X3) doesn't provide appropriate APIs for the same, so we can't provide fingerprint integration.

    Hi,

I'm syncing to the webdav service of a self-hosted seafile server.

The strange thing is that it only happens some times when resuming from stand-by.

Well, that was a bug in 5.2.1 version. We have re-opened the bug and will investigate it.

    Thanks for your cooperation.

  4. Hi @klee,

Sorry to hear about your trouble. We have tested your issue in our lab with multiple devices, but unable to reproduce it. To investigate it further please provide some more details as.

    1. On which Android device and Android version are you using?
    2. Are you using two step verification in OneDrive?
    3. Log into your OneDrive account and look for the Enpass folder there (should be one Enpass folder there). Now inside that folder, check for the sync_default.walletx for the number of copies it has (should be one).
    4. Is your Date and Time settings set to Automatic on device ?

  5. Hi @al3x4nder

    • More options - really, users should customize what they want, and there will be less problems with convinience (for example, I want to disable password's strenght checker and timer);

    Noted and added to roadmap.

Two factor authorisation - maybe my password of 47 symbols is strong, but I don't think it's enough.

    Already being discussed here:

Portable version - sometimes there's no time/ability to download Enpass and install it. Insert flash, launch app, login, remove flash, done.

    Already being discussed here :

Quick access - PIN/Windows Hello/N first or last symbols of password (lower defence quality, but it's a user's choice)

Already in development phase and being discussed here

More categories (Indentity, for example) and option to create user's presets (created, named, next time clicking "+" and choosing this preset). Also option to sort presets. (I can't agree that passport is only for journeys. Identity, Documents, etc)

    Already in our roadmap.

Web-version (Not necessary, but will be cool. Maybe in Pro only?)

Currently we don't have any plan.

File storage. Secure notes is nice, but also there should be pics, docs, etc (pinned to login or stored independently(separete?))

Already in roadmap and being discussed here

More options for import (like SafeInCloud or 1Password can. Browsers are necessary, because most of password storing there. Also import from other's PManagers is incorrect, so my 200+ password get fields like "Field1" or they are unnamed. Not cool.)

We’ve been working hard to improve Enpass import capabilities, and currently we are working on improvement via Generic CSV, but it’s a big challenge for us to cover all of the password managers and their different data formats.

Context menu integration (RMB > Paste login (for example. SafeInCloud has this opt.))

    I have noted your request.

Enpass Browser with autofill for Android/iOS/Windows Mobile (like Dashlane has)

Already available. For more details please have a look at user manual link for respective platform.

Improve autofilling: some types - keyboard based (already exist, but need some functions - language change (not comfortable to write on language A, than change keyboard to Enpass with lang. B, login, change back)); pinned notification (LastPass), on-screen bubble (LastPass), one-off notifications to paste log/pass (like SafeInCloud)...

I have noted down your suggestion in our feature requests and we will discuss this feature in our next meeting.

Two workplaces (or ability to launch two copies of Enpass) - easier sorting.

Multiple vault support is already in our roadmap and being discussed here

  6. Hi @Colin Davidson,

It seems that you are facing the problem in unlocking using Windows Hello. For that please make sure you have Enabled Windows Hello from Enpass Settings. To do so please try these steps:

    • Login into Enpass by entering the Master Password.
    • Now go to Enpass Settings--> Security --> Enable Windows Hello. For more details please have a look at user manual link here.

Please let me know if it doesn't work after turning on Windows Hello with all possible details you could share.

    Cheers!

  7. Sorry, It is not reproducing here in our labs. It seems everyone here is using production build. Microsoft has fixed a lot of internal crashing issues in insider builds. Anniversary update (production) is around the corner, which will be having these fixes. We would like to hear about the issue from you after that update.

@HenkeV8 your problem is seems unique, please send a email to support team and let us assist you to fix the issue.
