  1. Hi Guys, It is an issue caused by buggy intel display driver (Intel HD Graphics 530 v21.20.16.4664). Intel has issued a fix in Aug 2017. Please update your display driver and share the results. Cheers:) PS: https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-62127
  2. Hi @th3Chris, Bugs are given various priorities and weights. Critical ones are first to go in next release. We always try to keep good mixture of bugs and suggestions in each release.

Hi, @dexter Please try rebooting the system or setting a different browser as your default browser. @MarkDownMarkEnpass now uses App folder in google drive and does not have access to root directory of drive. Hence it could not restore data from there. You have to manually pull data from there as per this FAQ.
  6. Hi @MisterT, Sorry of inconvenience. Enpass 6 uses some libraries which are not present below Android 5 (Lollipop). We would have love to support all our customers but technology is limitation here. Thanks for your understanding.

  10. Hi @Arzolt, We have only changed minimum requirement to Android Marshmallow. We have an onePlus 5T in our office with android 8.1 OS and we could see the update in play store. What error you see in your phone when you click on Enpass play store direct link? https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=io.enpass.app

  12. Hi @bruno, If you couldn't find a local backup you can pull backup from synced cloud service. Please read this FAQ. If you wish to stay at version 5 for now, download it from here. Thanks.
  13. Hi @illogic-al, It is not possible to install Chrome extensions outside of chrome web store. You can download a Firefox extension from here.
  14. Hi @Toby Osborne, OAuth tokens can either have access to App folder or the whole drive (which could be more disastrous). Enpass 6 have access to its own folder only and can't touch rest of your data. In other words, there is no provision in API to issue OAuth token for arbitrary folders.
  15. Hi @Kin618, Sorry for inconvenience. Dropbox login page is served by Dropbox website itself in web browser, we have no control over it. Please double check your Dropbox credentials. Thanks:)

  17. Hi Matti, The digit and uppercase options are purely for satisfaction of some websites password policies. Adding uppercases and digits at random places in a pronounceable/diceware password does not contribute to entropy significantly, but adding a additional word will. Moreover, such a password is not pronounceable/memorable at all. First capital letter can be remembered easily and trailing digit can be memorized as an additional word. Hope this clears the doubt.

  19. Hi all, The access to a cloud resource is controlled by OAuth tokens. Suppose, you were able to create two vaults on your cloud account and you want to share one of it with another person. You need to set up sync on his device by yourself, with your cloud credentials at least once, as you certainly won't reveal your cloud password to him. But another person in possession of access token can access the whole drive area including your primary vault. If another person has malicious intentions he could delete/copy/replace your primary vault data file. Hope this clears the air.

  23. Hi @sargan, Absolutely not. When you connect Enpass to dropbox, it requires only its own folder access. Please see attached screenshot. Can you share a screenshot of the said suspicious behavior. Thanks.

  25. @Michal Goto Settings->Advanced->Erase Everything and provide master password. This will reset Enpass to fresh state and will show welcome screen. Choose Backup File option and locate a file downloaded from your cloud account as per this FAQ. Provide master password for your data and Enpass import your data. Thanks.
