Auto fill for in app browsers.
Hi @79stanger Thanks for writing in. Currently, Android O autofills only in third party apps except for the browser, however, Android O is in beta phase and we have kept a close eye on it. Meanwhile, you can use Enpass keyboard to autofill in the browser. Thanks for your understanding!

Suggestion: folder option for "saved new logins"
Hi @takimata Welcome to Enpass family! Thank you so much for your suggestion and detailed explanation. It's very desirable feature to be added to Enpass. However, Enpass saves all the newly saved items (added through Enpass extension) in Login category and we will definitely give a thought for tagging the newly added items as Auto-saved, making them easy to recognize. Calrification on Windows Hello and TPM
Hi @Rojma Thanks for writing in. Yes, on a device without TPM 2.0, Enpass requires a master password when the app is restarted/closed or device is rebooted. Not exactly! Having only the TPM 2.0 doesn't mean that Windows Hello will work full time. There is one another factor known as TPM Key attestation info which must be retrievable on your device using the Microsoft provided API. If both the conditions are met, then yes, you can always login without entering the master password. For more details, please have a look Cheers!

Sites where autofill is not working
Hi @gom59 Thanks for the update. Noted and forwarded to the dev team. We have tested this issue in our lab with Chrome and Firefox browser and autofill works fine. So please let me know what is your preferred browser and which Enpass extension version are you using so that we can investigate where the problem could be.

Hi guys, First of all, I would like to thank you all for trying out our beta version. We are really sorry that you had to go through some trouble. But the good news is that we have just rolled out another Beta update with the fixes, so please update to the latest beta version. Please note that Autofill via Android autofill framework is available only for Android 'O' devices updated to Preview 3. OneDrive sync non-functional when 2FA is enabled.
Hi @Vapour Trail Oops! That's very strange. Generally, Enpass sync works fine even if 2FA is enabled. To get a better understanding of this issue, please let me know: While syncing, what error or message or code are you getting? Which Enpass version are you using on each device? Have you enabled 2FA via authenticator app or via phone? Thanks for your patience.

Enpass portable crash with Runtime error
Hi @Mandrake Sorry to hear about the trouble you're facing. To get a closer look into this issue I'll be needing a little help from your side, so please perform these steps and share your feedback. Take a backup of your Enpass data and save it manually on the device. Go to Enpass Settings --> Advanced --> Erase Everything. NOTE: Before erasing everything make sure you have already taken a backup of your Enpass data. Now open Enpass and create an empty database and try using the password generator and import a database from Keepass and let me know if this works. Also please let me know are you facing the same problem on a stable version of Enpass too? Thanks for your co-operation.

Move item to a folder
Hi @pex Thanks for writing in. I would like to share that if you are using Traditional Windows version ( downloaded from our website) then you can move items to one folder to other using drag and drop. In case if you are using UWP version (Downloaded from Windows store) then you have to follow these steps to move one item from one folder to other. Open the particular folder where you want to move the items. Tap the + sign. You will see various options to populate your folder with. You can add existing items, create sub-folder or create a new item and directly add that into the folder. If you want to add existing items, choose existing items. A list of all your existing items will be displayed. Simply select the items and tap Save. All the selected items will be added in the folder. Hope this helps!

Temporary files not deleted
Hi @Ekalb, These files does not possess any security threat/leak. They are very small in size and they can be reclaimed by system anytime, thats why they are in temporary folder.

Hi @bugbug77 We have tested this issue in our lab but were unable to reproduce it. For quick troubleshooting please try re-enabling Autofill services from Enpass settings. Also, please try to autofill using Enpass keyboard and let me if the problem still persists. Thanks for your co-operation!

Sync Windows 7 PC with iCloud
Hi @ErnstB, Thanks for writing back. Yes, you can! For this, you have to configure sync with same Dropbox account on all devices. For more details regarding sync have a look at our user manual. It depends on the number of items and number of attachments in the Enpass. A typical Enpass database file size (without attachments) is less than 1MB. Hope this helps!

Sync Windows 7 PC with iCloud
Hi @ErnstB Thanks for writing in. First of all, I would like to share that currently, iCloud sync is supported only in Apple Devices. So if you are using Enpass in other platforms (Windows 7 in your case) then please choose another available cloud options to sync. For more details please go through the given link. I'm afraid to say I don't understand completely what you actually want to say? Does it mean syncing Enpass data on iCloud without using WiFi? Then I'm sorry to say that's not possible. Yes, for more details please check out this FAQ. Yes, you can manually take the backup of Enpass data. So, to do so please Go to File --> Click on Backup. However, Enpass automatically takes regular backup of your data, please check out our user manual for more details. Hope this helps!
