Hi @patrikx3 Great You are facing this problem because when you uninstalled Enpass it won't auto delete the database which is located in User Document folder. To start a new keychain please follow these steps: Quit Enpass (If running). Go to User Document Folder --> Select Enpass Folder --> Delete it. Now open Enpass it will prompt you a Welcome screen. Hope this helps!

Hi @_artem_ Sorry for the inconvenience. This is because we have hard coded the color scheme of sidebar and details pane for its custom UI which is not adaptive to themes. And our dev team is working on refactoring the core engine along with a completely new UI. Meanwhile, you can opt to use a light theme with Enpass only. For this, you will have to add these two lines before the last line in /opt/Enpass/bin/runenpass.sh export HIDE_TOOLBAR_LINE=1 export QT_STYLE_OVERRIDE=fusion Hope this helps!

Enable Browser Extension
Hi @Vagnertavaresjr Thanks for writing in. It seems that you're using the UWP version (downloaded from Windows Store) of Enpass and currently the support for browser extension is only for the Traditional Version of the app which can be downloaded for free from our website. The Traditional Windows version is more powerful win32 application and is free under our policy of free desktop versions offering following extra features. Importing data from other software. Support of Enpass browser extensions for Chrome, Firefox, Opera and Safari (Mac). Auto run at system startup. Password Audit. Support for Edge browser is already in Alpha testing phase and hopefully, Beta will be rolled out before the End of this month. Cheers!

[SOLVED] Browser Extension now working for Firefox Developer Edition
Hi @ggedde Thanks for writing in. I would like to share that current version of Enpass (v 5.5.8) supports only the stable version of the Firefox browser and that's why you're not able to run the developer edition. But now you don't have to wait for it any longer as we have already rolled out a Beta that supports the developer edition of the browsers too and the corresponding stable version will be released soon. Can't sync data with iCloud
Hi @Jasper, I would like to share that Enpass for Mac can be downloaded from two places: Mac App Store and Enpass website. iCloud sync is supported only with the version downloaded from the App Store. For more details please have a look here. Hope this answers your query.

IOS App does not display content
Hi guys, Sorry to hear about your trouble and I apologize for the inconvenience. This issue has been fixed and an update will be available very soon. If you are willing to check it before public release, please join our Beta program or share your Apple IDs here in personal message to me and I will get them added in TestFlight for Beta deliveries to you. To get it to do that sync I had to change it from using Dropbox to Google Drive, but still getting the same issue. I am also using v. 5.5.4 on iOS 11 beta. I believe I was getting the same issue on iOS 10. I would like to share that Last Synchronized and Last Attempt are two different timings. Last Synchronized is the time when the actual syncing of data took place last time and the file was updated on the cloud, while the the Last Attempt refers to the time when Enpass looked for any changes in data on server (and maybe it didn't find anything to sync and is not matching with Last Synchronized). This is why you see different time stamps for both. Cheers!

Credentials invalid on ios app
Hi @Masterframe, sorry for the trouble. It's because Enpass on iOS uses the basic authentication scheme to connect with WebDAV instead of Digest. However, we do have plans to improve WebDAV sync functionality in the next major update (Enpass 6). I appreciate your patience in the meantime. Thank-you!

Chrome extension not working
Hi @nrsmoll Sorry to hear about your trouble. I would like to share that Enpass browser extension communicates to the Enpass app over the localhost address. So please check and verify that any third-party application is not interfering the localhost connections (127.0.0.1) and make sure you have "lsof" installed on your system. Also, please run the below command in terminal and share the output via support@enpass.io mentioning a link to this discussion: lsof -i:10391 Where 10391 is a port number. If there is no output (blank), please try with other port numbers between 10391 to 10395. Thanks for your co-operation!

Windows 10 and Android not in Sync
Hi @CaryV Thanks for writing in. I would like to share that purchasing Enpass on one platform will not let you use the full version on another platform because of the platform specific restrictions. For example, all the purchases on Windows Store are managed by Microsoft and will not be accessible on Android or iOS Store. If Enpass would have been online and subscription-based software then we could have shared your account details across platforms to enable full version. Windows App needs to run for Autofill?
Hi @chrisonline Welcome to Enpass family. I would like to share that, in order to use Enpass Browser extension, the main app must be kept running in the background. The reason is that being an offline password manager, Enpass saves all your database locally on your device, not on any server. Whenever you visit a login page and click Enpass browser extension for auto-filling, then the extension securely connects with an Enpass app to fetch and auto-fill the details. For more details please have a look at our user manual link. In this case, there is an option in Enpass settings to keep it running in the background by minimizing it to system tray. Also, you can set Enpass to autorun on system startup so that you don't have to manually start it every time the system starts. Hope this helps!

Dropbox folder Win10 and Android different?
Hi @MarcelB Sorry to hear about your trouble. One of the possible reason might be you have changed the default location of Enpass database (By default it's under User Document) on the Windows PC and set to Dropbox folder or app? If yes, please change the location locally on your device and then enable the Dropbox sync from Enpass settings. If the issue still persists, share some more info so that we can take a closer look into it. Which Android and Windows OS version are you using? Which Enpass version are you using on the each device? Have you enabled sync from Enpass settings on Windows PC? What is the default location of Enpass data? Thanks for your co-operation!

macOS Server with WebDav Sync Problem
Hi @Christian Schild Sorry to hear about the trouble you are facing. Currently, in iOS devices, Enpass uses the Basic authentication scheme to connect with WebDAV instead of Digest. However, we do have plans to improve WebDAV sync functionality in the next major update (Enpass 6). Please make sure you are using the correct path (Same as you are using on Mac) while restoring the database on Windows and Linux systems. Please let me know if the problem still persists.
