In our team of techs we're using Enpass to store logins to our customer's environments. We've created a template "M365 Admin Account" having some additional fields, we'd like to store with the usual Username/Passwort/OTP combination. Unfortunately we hit two limits when creating templates: 1.) We'd like to have a field type "Boolean" - a checkbox or a choice for Yes/No. 2.) We'd like to have a file type "List" - a dropdown-list with predefined values to choose from. Marc

Right now I think file limit is 5MB. Don't really know why. We bring our own storage anyways. I prefer storing my files in an encrypted format rather than the vanilla file itself.

Hi. I know https is the only way to go but, as an example, my router which is only accessible on my local network, does not support ssl. Well it does but it doesn't support ssl certificates unless i enable it to be accessible from the web which I don't want. Which would mean if I enable https, there's no valid certificate and I have to bypass the security warning every time go to the page. I feel there should be at least some way to whitelist certain urls or ip-adresses and let enpass autofill sites I have approved, even if they are not ssl sites. It's annoying to have to copy the username and password every time. If I save passwords in my browser it can autofill non ssl-…

I try to ask for this function. Why can't you put both PIN and fingerprint on Android? Often when the fingerprint sensor cannot identify you well to unlock the database and the attempts of incorrect release are exceeded, the main password is requested, and this is a big problem especially if it is long and complicated. It would be nice if you cannot unlock with the fingerprint sensor a PIN is requested instead of the password.

the German (as well as other non-English keyboards) keyboard has some significant differences compared to the English keyboard (-,ö,ä,ü,z,y to name just a few). In this respect, it would be desirable to be able to enter your own separators (such as !) when automatically generating passwords and to dispense with letters from a list such as y and z or o,O and 0 to avoid confusion and to make it easier to fill in on English systems with foreign-language keyboards.

It would be great to be able to use a non-propostional font. It would help a lot to structure notes and make it more readable. Thanks.

The scrollbar is currently only visible when hovered over. This should be changed to “always visible” or at least “visible while scrolling.” With the hidden scrollbar, it is impossible to determine my current position in the list and the total length of the length – two important functions that a school should have. Thank you for considering this improvement. -- macOS 14.5 Sonoma, Enpass 6.11.0 (1676) Мас App Store

Over the course of > 10 years, I now have more than 10 old passwords for many login items (right mouse click on password field, history) that are never used anymore but still use storage. To keep the vault as small and tidy as possible for fast syncing (vault is now 2.4MB), I would like to see an option to quickly delete old and unused passwords. It is possible to delete the password field and recreate the field by copying the current password, but that should be easier. Perhaps if you right-click on a password field there will be an option to delete old passwords and perhaps keep the newest 2 or 3. Something along those lines? Or that it is adjustable how many pa…

Would be very helpful to be able do disable/hide vault in vaults settings – as a quick option to hide items in listing of specific vault. Now, the only way to do it is to delete the vault

I use the iOS App every day. What I’m missing every time is the possibility to sort the list by date created. If you create a new entry and you want to double Check the recently entered/generated passwords you have to use the search function. Sometimes this is cumbersome. Would e nice to have a list of recent created.

I really love Enpass, have been using it for years. But.. the time has come to add MFA to Enpass Yes some people see this as a security risk. A password and MFA in same tool, simple solution.. don't use the MFA part then A lot of the other password managers have had this feature for a while now. Is this something that is on the roadmap?

It is nice that the current search includes "Fields" in the search pull-down, but it would be even better if it had its own sub-menu or other way to select a specific field or combination of fields to search on - e.g. "Username", "One-time code" and other fields that may only appear in "ADDITIONAL DETAILS" section of an items "Edit" pane. An option to sort search results on "Last Modified" or "Created" would also be helpful.

Hello team, Is it possible to implement the ability to refer to a field from an existing item to a new item? For example, I have an AD account for multiple applications. I need to change this password every 90 days and it's not easy to change all passwords item for all applications. Thanks. Xillion

(Yes I know, covered in other threads. I repeat.) Matter of efficiency. I use “Default” over and over, and make the same changes over and over (such as re-ordering some fields and not using others). I could easily create a more useful (to me) template. I could raise it to the top by giving it some sort of alpha-sorted-first name such as “AAAAAAAA”. Fine with me. Quickie process. Lemme do it, please. Make my life easier! (My solution for now? Create a new “login” item named AAAAAAAA. Enter info as usually desired. Re-order fields as customary. Save. When a new item is needed, Duplicate “AAAAAAAA”, fill in the blanks, add any fields if needed (rarely), and last, t…

Hello! When I add a new record to the password manager the tag tree on the left collapses every time. Please, make it so that when I add a new record and lunch the program the tag tree will remain expanded exactly as it was during the last use (that's what I need). It is very uncomfortable!

Hi, Currently, a large part of the unused space remains on the left. It would be better if formatting started from the left. Currently, the text is extremely narrow A great option would be to add some simple text formatting options eg. bold, italics etc.

Hello. It's should be very cool and usable if you'll add regex support for url in the browser plugin. For example. I am IT engineer and I must work with too many our web-services. First pool of names is git1.server.com, git2.server.com, git3.server.comб git4.server.com, and for this servers I use LDAP credentials. Second pool is api.server1.com, api.server2.com, api.server3.com and this servers accept the other credentials. Third pool - dns-auth-sydney.internal, dns-auth-kyiv.internal, dns-auth-london.internal... And combinations like those are too much. I just want add new field - "regex URL" that supports grep expressions and put there regex URL like…

I'd love to see a setting added that would allow capturing the URL where only the domain is saved. An example would be something where a URL's domain was followed by something like: /en/login/oauth?bla would only save the domain in the login's URL field. Likewise, when you are resetting a password and Enpass sees the password and URL changed (because the password change URL often has a bunch of rubbish following the domain), it'd save just the domain to the login's URL field. As an added request, if the URL of the page you are on doesn't match the URL in the URL field, it'd be nice if it asked if you wanted to add a second URL rather than overwriting the current U…

Hello, love enpass, but since it has lot's of categories and ability to store even documents or just notes it's very useful to me as forgetfull person. But sometimes it becomes very incovinient when it suggests to autofill fields from my notes, which are private, and I don't want anyone to see even the name of these notes. Please, add ability to exclude certain tags/categories/fields from even showing in autofill, especially on browser extension. Thanks in advance.

Hello, I would like to use Enpass with my Meta Quest 3 headset. Are there plans supporting this platform? Currently they have only Lastpass support. Thanks Sven

I just started using Enpass within the week and really like it. But having perused the forums it doesn't look like the product is being actively maintained. An example is a request for Yubikey support that 3 years ago was said to be under development, but never delivered. The announcements forum hasn't been updated since 2016 (IIRC). So, can we hope for Enpass to be released to the open source community for maintenance/updates? I'd hate to see the project die, because as previously stated, I really like what I see.

Hi, Just switched from 1password. Among many UI/UE differences, I think as a Linux user, what is missing most is system authentication integration(polkit/pam). I understand that this feature requires a fully researched approach as it's security related. You guys take your time this one. Refs: 1password's method

With the Beta release of the DuckDuckGo browser on MacOS, and now on Windows, it would be fantastic to be able to AutoFill in that environment. The browser will AutoFill with its own password repository, but it appears they may not support extensions (presumably for security reasons) although that is not clear. I have submitted feedback on that for the browser, but also adding a note here to explore how Enpass Password Manager (my one and only), but presumably others, could be used on the Desktop with the DDG browser. The DDG browser is very functional and fast, but still early days. Hopefully there can be some vision for other password solutions. That may be limited by t…
