Purchasing Enpass

Hi. I am using an old pro version before 2015 I think. I always used a backup of your app when using a new phone. So I never had to register again. But I think there were only 5 installations allowed or something like that. Sorry very long time ago.... Do this old user get pro? Or do I have to spent the 12 euro as long as it works ? Mike

Before the subscription model starts can you help me understand if I need to buy more pro licenses for my 2 kids now to keep our family from needing a subscription later? Previous password vaults were useful to me until they started to charge a monthly fee to use their product. This is particularly unfair to small users, we are not huge companies with hundreds of passwords to keep track so the monthly fee is not justified. Are you charging a monthly fee? Will you charge a monthly fee in the future? If no, I am ready to buy your app.

Hello, I have bought enpass license to my Google for domain account and now I'm going to stop use this domain. Is it possible to transfer my enpass license to my other Google account? PS: terrible antispam protection, I was able to submit post only after 5 try.

Hello. I´ve bought Enpass now but from the App itself. I´ve got redirected to Paypal directly without asking to enter my Data myself and without Two-Factor Authentication. Weird tbh. After Payment to Microsoft Payments (thought i pay Enpass directly) i got the Premium Feature unlocked but... what if i want to reinstall my System? Dont i need any kind of a Key, KeyFile or something similiar. How do you/System/whatever know that i bought Enpass? Thats all bit confusing ... I pay Microsoft, i dont get ask for my paypal credentials, i have nothing in hands just the Bill...Great....

I have been a long standing user of a purchased version of Enpass. (over 6 years) I use it on Android & Windows and no current issues. I will be moving to a Mac Powerbook, it would make sense to have cross platform support, when I asked some time back (was going to add my iPAD) there was some issues that one license does not work across both platforms, and that I would need to move the datafile off DropBox onto some other vault storage. So at that time I held off. Now I am to move to a Powerbook it makes sense to do this. Is it possible to sync (enpass pro) on two iphones that are not on same apple ids (ie one work, one personal)?

Previously purchased pro. Now no-longer acknowledges I have pro enabled. Now most of my passwords are inaccessible. This is very dumb. Only difference is upgraded to android 10 on my Pixel 3 XL.

I download both the mobile app (iOS) and desktop browser (MAC) at the same time. I paid the for it through mobile app but I found that my desktop browser cannot recognise my payment so that I cannot use all the function under desktop browser. Would u pls let me know how to solve my problem ?

Even though I am already signed in with my Apple ID to the App Store, Enpass insists that I disclose my Apple ID in order to purchase the Pro version. Why? Apple advises never to disclose your Apple ID to anybody.

I love LastPass but I'm fed up with their yearly price increases, $1 per month increase over the past 2 years. My questions is about "platforms." What is a platform? Do I need to purchase a seperate subscription of Enpass for any phone I use and every single computer I use? One thing I liked about LastPass is I could log in from any computer wherever I am in the world, not just a home/work computer,etc. Can I do this with Enpass and only buy the iPhone unlimited license? And once I buy it that's it, right? No more fees later on? Is the app and web interface as easy to use as LastPass?
