Hi, I've just imported logins from Roboform (v8.5.3 running on Mac) using Print List>Logins, then saving the html file. This works fine except it doesn't import the URLs. Logins are correctly created within enpass without any website associated, so the 'Launch URL' option is disabled I've tried to play with the html file but haven't found what is missing. I've attached a file with just one entry, this has to be renamed to Roboform login.html (since only images attachments are allowed) For some reason, a <wbr> is added but it seems this doesn't break the logic since username and password are correctly created. hope you can help

Hello, I'm Bitwarden user since several months ago, my first Password Manager was LastPass, then I migrated to Bitwarden because is OpenSource and auditable. Before all this, I was a licensed user of Enpass in Android, but I didn't use it because it lack by the time, of a lot of important features for me. Recently I just read about the latest Enpass version (6), and I wanted to give it a try, again. So I just gone over my Bitwarden export tool and exported all the data in CSV format, (Bitwarden can export data in .json format too), there were exported over 500 of several kind items. Then I used the Enpass desktop application to import the CSV file. It took a couple o…

Maybe this is an issue that others have already reported, but I have logins from 1Password that don't autofill because there is a mismatch of fields (see screenshot). I need to manually copy the login credentials in order to work.

Since the import for 1Password does currently not work with Windows (see separate Topic) I have exported all 1Password entries on Mac using 1PIF file. The first impression was good - even attachements were imported. The second look was disillusioning as the majority of login entries do not have URLs (this concerns approx 300 of 340 entries). It seems the 1PW "URL" is not always correctly mapped to the "Website" field in Enpass. I tried to export single items to exclude an issue with the total amount of exported entries, but the issue can be reproduced too. So import is not trustable at the moment.

In addition to my own personal passwords etc., I also manage passwords for my elderly mother and disabled brother and have passwords for work. In my old password manager, I could organize by wallets so that their passwords, bank accounts, etc were in their own sections of the manager. Is it possible to move accounts into a folder? I created a folder and copied my mother's logins there, but they still show up under logins. I would like to move them to their folder so that I only see them when I chose her folder. In some cases we both have accounts with the same website and I don't want her information mixed in with mine. Is there a way to do this?

I've been using LastPass for years. I no longer like the web browser plugin interface. Before now, I had been able to export from LastPass to a .csv format. Now my export choice from LastPass is only in .html format. Perhaps Logmein, the new owners who have acquired LastPass want to prevent any defectors. I want to try Enpass, but it will only accept a .csv export from LastPass. From within Enpass I tried to import my LastPass .html export file using the Roboform .html import options (there are several Roboform .html import options), but that failed to import my LP .html file. I then opened the .html file with Microsoft Excel and saved it as a .csv file. This .…

Currently i'm using Google as my PWM, but since i have a Synology NAS right now, i would like to host it on my own. Does Enpass support this option? Does it have seamless support for syncing and autofilling for Android/Win10 devices (via Chrome browser)?

I have over 1500 items in my 1Password, including Secure Notes, Wallet items etc. When I import from a 1pif file, everything is under import and I need to manually categorize. Please provide me a way to avoid this. Some times are clearly labelled what they are: Example: In 1Password: "typeName":"wallet.financial.BankAccountUS" Enpass: -> Should automatically go to Finance or Credit Card. That said, give the user the possibility to choose between having all items imported to the Import folder or automatically merge them. For a first-time import (with a fresh Enpass database), it makes sense to have Enpass auto-categorize during import. Otherwise…

For some items, I get labels like UsernameHash, Scope, SecurityLevel, ContentHash etc.. Maybe these are used internally by 1Password, but Enpass should not important them. Please kindly fix this bug. Thanks, Shailen.

Hi, I am currently using Intel True Key. I would love to give enpass a try, but it fails to import my data: 1. it asks for a .txt, but true key exports a .csv 2. even if I rename it and give it to enpass, it shows the progress bar, but stays there forever - never completes 3. if I cancel it, it has imported nothing Keep in mind also a few minor issues: - your site offers enpass 5.6.0 on windows, but the latest is 5.6.5 - the auto-updater detects this, but it prints: current 5.6.0, latest 5.6 (missing the third component of the version to download), so I originally thought this was an issue with the auto-updater - only after importing fai…

This is more of a "bug report". I had a rather exhaustive list of credentials that I exported then narrowed down and wanted to import into a clean DB using a generic CSV from Excel 2016. I could not for the life of me get it to import without blank lines inbetween every row. Finally used a utility to save it with Unix line feed and it FINALLY stopped thinking there were blank lines. Also, the import utility does not have an option for TOTP, even if I select an "Other Field" and name it TOTP I have to go change it for each one. Not a big deal since only a fraction of sites support it but just worth noting. Thanks!

Hi guys, Im trialing enpass as an alternative to LastPass after the price increase. One thing Im having issues with is although I can export my data from LastPass, the form fills do not appear to be able to be imported into enpass. The form fill items are separately exportable from Lastpass but importing them doesnt work. Also things like secure notes and licenses are not imported in the corresponding areas in enpass. They are imported just as normal sites. Is this just a limitation of the import feature in Enpass? Regards David

Lastpass import, data missing Hello, is it normal that some passwords are just gone when importing from Lastpass. Exporting from Lastpass to .csv creates 599 entries, importing to Enpass and then export to .csv = 411 entries. And some real passwords are just gone. Which is troublesome...

The problem is, that I have a large Keepass database with hundreds of values, organized in custom folders and subfolders. When I import them to Enpass with the provided import tool, all folders are gone and I have to manual recreate them and assign its vaue(s) by hand. I hope you can help me. Thx Ronny

Hi, I'm aware, that using attachments in Enpass is a quite new functionality. Is there a way to import existing attachments from 1 Password automatically? Just for completeness: The attachments are available in the exported 1pif-folder. They simply do not show up after importing to Enpass. Thanks Thomas

Switching from 1Password to Enpass Hi, currently I am using 1Password. I originally started using 1Password on Mac, but now switched to Windows 10 for a while. The Mac App of 1Password is gorgeous, but the Windows App is terrible. Especially since AgileBites does not develop the v4 app further and put its efforts only to the v6-cloud-only app. That's why I am looking around for other password managers and I would love to try it out. The licencing made this easy, so I installed the Windows application of Enpass. But now I came up with a problem during the import process. I've exported all 1Password items to a 1pif file. I am using the import assist…
