  3. Hi @NIJITH RAJU, Using the same master key does not reflect the same database on other devices. In order to get the same data across all your devices, be sure you have synced your data with the same cloud account.
  4. Hi @lalelunet, Thank you for reporting the presence of a database detection issue in v6.8. I suspect it could be a permissions issue. Try on your Mac, choose the Apple menu -> System Preferences -> Click Security & Privacy -> Click Privacy -> Select Files and Folders -> Select the checkbox below an app to allow it to access files and folders in that location or you can add Enpass manually if needed. You may need to click the lock icon and authenticate before you can add or change any items listed there. Let me know if that helps.

  6. Hi @bestpika, I appreciate your correction. There could be a problem with a different version of Enpass. Check to see if your computers are running the latest version of the program.

  8. Hi @bestpika, Thank you for reporting this issue. Please check if you have enabled the option "Show items with the Exactly Matching Hostname" from the Enpass browser settings as shown in the screenshot below.

  18. Hi @Masterframe, Recently, we have released a new version of Enpass 6.8.0. Please try this and let me know if the issue still occurs.
  19. Hi @vool, In Enpass' latest extension version, the "Inline autofill" feature was introduced, and in order to use this feature, Enpass has to be the default password manager. As a result, the "Save and fill basic information" functionality has been disabled in the Edge browser. For re-enabling it, right-click on the Enpass extension icon in the browser -> Settings -> Disable the "Set as default" option. Let me know if you can now use Edge browser basic fill.

  21. Hi @vool, I appreciate your response. Please try this, right-click on the Enpass extension icon in the Edge browser and select "Extension options". Let me know if you can see autofill options as shown in the attached screenshot.

  24. Hi @vool, Thank you for letting us know about this issue. Please try the following steps and let me know if that helps: Open Enpass main app → Browser setting → Review Browser → Select Browser extension → Remove → Now open browser → Pair Enpass extension. If this does not help, try reinstalling the Enpass extension. [Tip: Before using the Enpass extension, make sure its main app is running in the background.]
