  4. Hi @Mohammed Anzil, Welcome to the Enpass Community Forum. First of all we are so excited to know that you have opted for Enpass over other Password Managers. Yes, the cloud always contains a copy of the same encrypted data as your device. So first, a copy of your encrypted data is downloaded on your device, where it gets decrypted (locally) for real-time sync operation to merge changes. Afterward, it got encrypted again and uploaded back to the cloud. In a nutshell, your cloud works only as a storage medium. No cryptographic operation (encryption or decryption) is performed there. Instead, all such procedures are performed locally on your device, and your data never leaves your machine in unencrypted format. So somehow, if an attacker gains access to your Enpass data file, he finds it protected with your Master Password and thus making it unuseful for him.   6. Hi @Buffy, I understand that you got an incorrect password error while syncing with the DropBox. First, please confirm if you are already using Enpass on other devices and have recently installed the app on this machine -> Created a new master password -> Then, while syncing with the Dropbox, got this error. If that's the case, I would suggest you perform the following steps: Either re-install the app or go to Enpass advanced settings -> Erase everything -> After erasure, the welcome screen will appear -> Select, restore from DropBox option. Let me know if that works.

  9. Hello @SportingChap, I certainly understand your concern about not being able to sync your data with OneDrive across the devices. In order to resolve this issue, please perform the following steps and share the results: Take a manual backup of your data on all the devices. Disconnect the OneDrive sync from all your devices. Open OneDrive app/website → Go to App → Open Enpass folder → Select vault.enpassdbsync file → Rename it as oldvault.enpassbdsync. Reconnect the OneDrive sync on all the devices. If sync starts to work fine, you can delete the renamed old backup file from step 3. If it does not help, please help me with the following details so that we can investigate it further: Have you recently changed your master password? Make sure the date & time are the same across the devices. Let me know if you can access the OneDrive account and can see the Enpass folder there.

  11. Hi @DenalB, Shortcuts can be created either with Ctrl or Alt so I would suggest you try shortcuts with "Alt+Key". Let me know if that helps.

  16. Hello @Maarten, Our team has test it and found working as expected. Make sure you have enabled all the options from the Enpass Autofill setting specially "Autofill using Accessibility" (As shown in the picture below). Let me know if now it is working fine.

  25. Hi @halbot, I certainly understand your concern about autosave and autofill functionality on iOS with the Safari browser. About the autosave: Enpass autosave feature for iOS works partially on some apps/website however, we do have plans to improve this feature and it will be available in future versions. Hence, manually saving data is the only way if autosave does not work. About the autofill: I have shared the autofill issue on the given website with the concerned team to investigate it further.
