Hey @MirkoMK You can restore both the vaults of desktop app on your iOS device as well, to do so follow the below steps: To restore Primary vault on iOS device- Open Enpass on your Desktop app and go to Enpass settings --> Vaults --> Tap on Primary Vault ---> Select 'Set up Sync' and choose the iCloud cloud to sync your database. Enter your iCloud account details, follow the instructions and wait till the sync is done. Now open Enpass on your iOS device --> Vaults --> Tap on Primary Vault ---> Select the iCloud (as in Step 1) from which you had enabled sync on your Desktop. Once the sync is done, all your database from Desktop will be restored on your iOS device in your primary vault. To restore secondary vault(family) on iOS device- Open Enpass on your Desktop app and go to Enpass settings --> Vaults --> Tap on secondary vault(family) ---> Select 'Set up Sync' and choose the Google-drive cloud to sync your database. Enter your Google-drive account details, follow the instructions and wait till the sync is done. Now open Enpass on your iOS device --> Vaults --> Tap on '+' and create a new secondary Vault and name it "Family"---> Select the same Google-drive cloud from which you had enabled sync on your Desktop. Once the sync is done, all your database from Desktop will be restored on your iOS device in your secondary vault. Let me know if you have any queries while doing so. Thanks!
  2. Hey @The Game Thanks for writing in. As of now, Enpass will run M1 chips with an inbuilt compatibility layer. We are looking to fix it in two stages. First to release an optimized version for the compatibility layer. The user interface of Enpass uses cross-platform Qt Toolkit, which is currently not stable now for M1 native supports. We will release a native build just after that. Regarding second question of change location- The option to change database location is only available for app downloaded from Enpass website(from here https://www.enpass.io/downloads/). If you have downloaded Enpass from App store, it won’t be possible to change the database location. To change the database location in website version, please follow these steps: Open Enpass → Under Settings, go to Advanced → Click on Change Location to change the data location. Sure. Please share the OS of iOS device and Enpass version you using on both the device so that we can further check this issue. Thanks!

  4. Hey @laibalion Thanks for writing back. Yes, unfortunately, the Enpass UWP version has been discounted, but we allowed users to register their purchase to restore it on other devices. It's currently the best possible and easy way to restore Enpass UWP purchases across multiple platforms or devices.
  5. Hey @elandar Welcome to the forum! Please let us know what happens if you try to open Enpass binary through a terminal? It can be done by using CD in the directory and into that Pen-drive location and then executing Enpass - ./Enpass
  6. Hey @MirkoMK Welcome to the forum. You can do so by creating a new vault and by sharing the same vault with your family so that your primary vault remain private. To know more how to share a vault, follow the steps given in this FAQ and let me know if you have any concerns. Hope this helps!
  7. Hey @dirk-g. If I have understood you correct, you and your partner wants to sync and use same vault of Enpass on your device and on your partner's device. If yes, you can do so by trying the approach in this FAQ. Let us know if I have misunderstood your issue. Thanks.

If you are able to access all Enpass data on your windows device, then please follow the below steps to restore the same data on the macOS(laptop)- Take the complete backup of Enpass data from your windows device device(in which you have all the data) using these steps. Open Enpass > Click on ‘File’ from the Enpass menu > Click on 'Backup all vaults' > Select the location and save it. Now login to your cloud account on the same windows device and upload the backup folder in the Enpass app folder. Now login to your cloud account on your macOS laptop, download the same backup folder data and save it locally. Open Enpass on your the same macOS laptop (in which you downloaded the backup data folder) and restore the data from the backup file saved locally. If the Enpass app still does not unlock the application with the correct master password then please update the same to us so that we can investigate further. Thanks!

  11. Hey @x2k13 & @Mikael Thanks for reporting this issue. Could you please share some more detail- Does "Android Auto-fill Service" is enabled in Enpass auto-fill settings or only "Auto-fill using Accessibility"? If only Auto-fill using Accessibility is enabled try enabling both the services and check with other websites where you are having the problem. If the issue is also with other websites, please share the URL of the same.

To restore the old purchase of Enpass, please use the same email account to register with Enpass from which you purchased the license of Enpass app earlier and follow the instructions. If that doesn't help, please share the Enpass Purchase Receipt via PM or at support@enpass.io along with this forum post link so that we can help you better.   17. Hey @LejoS Thanks for the patience. There was some issue in the updating process which was fixed in Enpass v6.5. You can update Enpass v6.4.2 to Enpass v6.5.2 from Enpass website following below steps- Take the backup of Enpass data and save it locally. Close the app. Download Enpass from this link(website version is given at the bottom). Install Enpass app and restore the data from backup file saved locally. If the problem persists, please let us know are you using proxy (You can find the detail of proxy in the settings of device)? Thanks!

  20. Hey @NordicNorm Thanks for writing in. For quick troubleshooting disconnects the sync from all the devices and reconnect it again. If your problem persists, please share the following details so that we can investigate where the problem could be. Which Enpass version are you using on each device? Are you getting any error message or code during sync? If yes, share a screenshot with us. Sorry to say we are not able to understand this comment clearly. Please explain a bit more or share a snapshot of the issue page so that we can check. Thanks!

  24. Hey @Anubhav Ranjan Thanks for writing in. As we promised, Pro users do not have to pay again for the pro features. You can either continue to renew the premium subscription you made for the breach alert feature or can continue enjoying PRO features even after premium subscription expires. In any case, if you ever wish to cancel the subscription then please register with Enpass using the same email id you used to purchase Enpass Pro features. I hope this clears now.
  25. Hey @LaureDcy Welcome to the forum! Import has nothing to do with lite or premium version. Please make sure you have only opened the home/front page of the Enpass app and then click on the file option from Enpass Menu to import. If the problem persists, please revert back to us along with the screenshot of the page. Thanks!
