Hey @dissatisfied customer & @farfraaway & @neolidas Last year, while launching a new subscription model, we ensured that Pro users do not have to pay again for subscriptions and rather enabled them to use their Pro license across all their devices. So, you never have to pay for Pro features you have already purchased, and we will continue to add more Pro-features without any additional cost. One of those Pro-features would be sync over WiFi. However, with premium features, we are providing Breach Monitoring and 2FA supported features, which requires us to put in recurrent effort in the workforce and financial resources to keep the service updated. We would have liked to offer these services free of cost to Pro users, but unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost from one-time pro licenses. Thanks for understanding.
  3. Hey @DenalB Thanks for reporting this. We will check this issue at our end. To do so, share the below details- Which Enpass version you using on each device? Are you getting this issue on windows device as well? Could you share any website name with which you have found this issue?

  5. Hey @DonT Welcome to the forum! We regret the problem you are facing, but we’re here to help. Is it possible for you to delete all the data on WebDAV and try syncing once again? Make sure you have taken the backup before deleting data on the WebDAV account. Let us know if this doesn't help. Thanks!

  12. Hey @phaus Sometimes rebooting the device might help with this issue, we suggest you to please try rebooting your device if you haven't tried it yet. If the problem still persists, please share if you are using any Antivirus, proxy or third-party security-related extension?

  18. Hey @SGP Welcome to the forum! To move/add an item in another vault, make sure you have selected the particular vault in which the item is. Now right click on the item and you will get an option 'Add to vault', select the vault in which you wish to move the item. You can also refer this link.   24. Hey @kellybrf Thanks for the suggestion. However, I would like to share that you can can try auto-filling using the Accessibility service, for this please perform these simple steps. 1. Open the Chromebook device. 2. Go to settings --> click on Accessibility. 3. Enable for Enpass. 4. Now open any website in brave browser where he want to auto-fill. 5. Enpass notification will appear in the Chromebook Notification bar. 6. Click on Enpass notification icon and try to auto-fill. Hope this helps!
