Hey @ehbowen Thanks for writing back. When you login to any web-page even with a new information (not saved in Enpass database), Enpass automatically detects that attempt and prompts to save the information as a new item. You can go though this link for more details. However, we are listening to our users and will actively make changes to the app update based on the constructive feedback we have been receiving, so thank you for getting in touch. Hey @floraoliviaa Did you try changing the browser? If yes but the problem still persists, then share the below inputs: Are you trying to set up sync for the primary vault or secondary vault? In case if you are setting up sync for the secondary vault, do you select the "Choose Existing Account" or "USE other Account" options. Which browser are you using as default browser and its version? Which Enpass version are you using? Let us know if you enabled Developer mode on the device? Thanks for your co-operation.

Hey @ehbowen Sorry for the trouble. When you try to login to an existing webpage (saved in Enpass database) with a new password, Enpass detects the changes and prompts to update the information. To avoid this, you can disable 'Ask to save new logins' from Enpass Browser Setting so that you don't get option to save new logins in Enpass using extension.To know more, please refer to this link. Hey @JJK Thanks for writing to us. Currently, in Enpass, there is no option to select sync frequency as it gets triggered automatically in below cases- Every time you unlock your Enpass keychain, an auto-sync is initiated. (If Sync is turned on). Auto-sync also happens after every 15 secs, while the app is in the foreground. When you save any change in item details or master password, Enpass waits for 5 secs and initiates an auto-sync. For more details, refer to this link. Also, we noted your feedback. Hey @tajred Welcome to the forum! Thanks for using Enpass and writing to us. Currently, you can sync Enpass data using multiple cloud accounts on the same cloud. However, syncing data using one cloud account with multiple vaults feature is still not possible in Enpass. For more details, refer to this link. Thanks!

Hey @Thats I Am Thanks for describing the scenario so well. Please follow these steps and share your findings with us: Make sure to take the complete backup of Enpass data and save it locally on all the devices. Now disconnect iCloud sync from all your devices. While disconnecting sync from macOS, you will have the option "Also, delete data from iCloud" Enable it (make sure that hidden data is deleted from the drive) and click on the Disconnect button. Now Reconnect sync with iCloud on all your devices and check. Hope this helps!

Hey @Laxor Welcome to the forum! You could try disabling and enabling Auto-fill in Enpass for quick troubleshooting. If you still face any problems, mention the particular sites or the apps where Enpass doesn't auto-fill on edge browser. Thanks!

Hey @macRBC Thanks for writing in. I would like to share that Enpass will show random 25 passwords after registration, selecting option is not available in any case. To add/view more than 25 passwords within Enpass on any mobile devices, you need to have Enpass subscription. Refer to this link for more info. Thanks!

iCloud Sync keep expiring every days or so...

Hey @MilesTEG Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. For security reasons, your iCloud session expires periodically. To avoid this, you first need to disconnect the sync with iCloud from Enpass settings, then again enable it, and you’ll be redirected to the iCloud login page. Here you just have to enable “Keep me signed in” as shown in the image given in this link. Hope this helps! -
Hey @maxgro Thanks for writing in. Please confirm if you were using Enpass v5 or Enpass v6 on your iOS device while syncing the data with iCloud along with the snapshot of error so that we can help you to restore the data on your Android device.

Hey @axelf While the team is looking into it. Meanwhile, we recommend you to follow these steps and let me know if this is useful. Step 1: Download the previous version of Enpass5 from this link. Import the data into Enpass 5. Step 2: (After successfully completing the above steps please perform below steps). Take the backup of Enpass 5 data and save it manually on the device. Open Enpass 6 --> Take the backup of Enpass data and save it manually on the device. Open Enpass 6 -->Settings --> Advanced --> Apply Erase Everything function. Now open Enpass 6 and restore Enpass 5 backup file. Hope this helps!

Hey @S31FER Thanks for writing in. Please share the HDD/SDD setup of your Windows device or if you can see disk activity in Windows Task Manager at 100% while this Enpass issue persists. Also. share the exact version where this issue started happening and at which point/scenario, app is getting hanged and how frequently? If possible, you can share a video of the same, that would be beneficial to diagnose the issue.
