  2. Hey @SVM Sorry for the trouble you had. Could you please confirm if you enabled both the options 'Open Automatically at system startup' and 'Minimize app to system tray' in the Enpass General settings? You should enable 'Minimize app to system tray' option and compare results.

    Hey @eiram Welcome to the forum! To unlock Enpass all features on macOS, please register on Enpass with an e-mail. To do so, follow the below steps- Open Enpass --> Click on ‘Settings’ --> Click on ‘Account/Trial user, not registered (1st option of the settings)' ---> Click on the email account and use an email account to register with Enpass and follow the instructions.   25. Hey @Nic We are extremely sorry for the trouble you have been facing from a long time. Please follow the below steps to restore: Take a manual backup of all the Enpass data on all the devices. Disconnect the sync that are synced with one-drive on all devices. Remove all the Enpass folders from the One-Drive account. Login to the site using this link with the same Microsoft account and delete all the permissions for Enpass. Re-set up the sync with One-drive on all the devices and check. If the issue persists, please let us know. Thanks for the co-operation.
