  1. Thanks for your reply, but the inline autofill from Enpass Portable does work on Chrome or Edge on my System. Only in Thorium it doesn't.
  2. Hi @Jankete Upon a thorough investigation of this concern, we would like to share that Enpass Inline Autofill options are not available for the Enpass portable build. If you wish to use Enpass inline menu, please download the build from Enpass website.
  3. For those of us not using Chrome on our Chrome OS devices can the Android autofill service option be added? I use a Chromebook Duet mainly as a tablet and am using Brave as my browser, which is available only as an Android app, but Enpass does not seem to have a way to talk to the browser.
  4. Hi @paulsiu To activate passkeys on your iOS device for Enpass, please refer to the below steps - The latest version of Enpass must be installed with iOS ver 17 and autofill with Enpass must also be enabled. Open the particular websites ( which supports passkey )and login with username and password . Go to settings page -> Navigate to login method -> Add passkey. Now Enpass will prompt to save the save passkey. Follow the screen instructions. For a visual guide on how to add a passkey in the iOS version of the app, I recommend checking out this blog, as it includes a helpful video that can assist you in this scenario.
  5. Is it possible to add a Last Used field that automatically gets updated every time I use an entry for autofill? I recently came across a forum that I lost access to due to inactivity and when I tried to recover the account, I was asked when I last used the account. I was lucky that I sort of remembered the approximate month and year so I got my account activated again, but it would be nice if Enpass just kept track of that information. Thanks!
  6. Username and password autofill is great, but it breaks on sites (such as for certain security appliances) where the password and OTP have to be entered into the same field. Obviously the work around for this is to not use autofill, but it's only an issue in this particular case. Some options for an improvement might be: A per-entry whitelist that works like a boolean of "copy both password and otp for this site" consisting of the password and otp concatenated together in the clipboard, with option of Password+OTP or OTP+Password, for some schemes where the OTP is required before or after the password proper, A right-click option under "Copy OTP" that allows for "Copy Password+OTP" and/or "Copy OTP+Password", for some schemes where the OTP is required before or after the password proper, or Both of these. I hadn't seen such an option in the desktop client for this, so either I missed it, or it's not there. Either way, great application!
  7. I use vivaldi browser on mobile and autofilling doesn't work on some websites. I tested autofilling in chrome and it was working fine for those websites but not on vivaldi. Please fix this cause I love using vivaldi. I'm on Android 11, One UI 4 and using Enpass 6.8.1.658 and Vivaldi version 5.2.2620.56
  8. Hello, since my Phone updated Enpass to version 6.9.0 the app crashes after Login with FaceID or after putting in the password. It says validating and then crashes. in Safari the Autofill function is still working, but the app itself is not usable. Restarting phone does also not solve the problem… regards
  9. 1Password suggests app passwords when opened via a system-wide shortcut for a long time. Now, version 8 can even fill login forms inside apps. This, or at least relevant records suggestions when some app is active, would be nice to have.
  10. Hi @stkjj Thank you for sharing the details with me. I would like to share that at the moment, credit card autofill isnt supported from iOS keychain. Also, it seems that you are opening the login Items and not the credit card Items. #SI- 3473
  11. hey, I recently switched to an iPhone and autofill doesn’t work very well. Enpass always tries to autofill using email even when the website is asking for a username. I can reproduce this error 100% of the time with absolutely every single website that wants a username instead of an email for login. For example: https://bethesda.net/en/dashboard?cogs_modal=login&redirect_to=transaction-history%2Fproduct-codes&redirect_to_site=accountsSite It works on my android phone, it works on my mac (macOS), and I’m pretty sure it works on my PC (Windows). It only fails on iPhone. I have an iPhone 15 pro max, with iOS 17 I also tested on another iPhone (pro 12, iOS 16) with a different enpass account. Same issue. This makes Enpass very hard to use on iPhone. Thanks
  12. Since the Enpass browser extension updated to version 6.7.5 the Autofill function in Edge doesn't work anymore. How can I make it work again?
  13. 6.8.0.648 on both phone (Android 12) and tablet (Android 11) will autofill username just fine, but not password. App - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.heinemann
  14. The autofill on android simply does not fill username fields. It only fills password fields. Not to mention you can't autofill extra fields on mobile. It wouldn't make sense to save a webform on desktop for extra fields then not use them on mobile. For me the mobile version is just unusable. I like the desktop one alot...the popup on desktop is nice and intuitive but since I use my mobile more...it would be nice if the mobile worked far much better than the desktop.

    iOS 17 Autofill/2FA

Hi @Abhishek Dewan, thanks for considering a). Regarding issue b) please see attached screenshots. What I was trying to do (and I figured out that it happens no matter if I do it on the mobile webpage or their app) was to add a new credit card to my booking.com account: tapping on the CreditCard field opens the menu with AutoFill chosing Password from there will just present the entries that can be found in my Apple Keychain the Apple Keychain entries On the desktop the task is done as expected: chosing Enpass from the right-click menu instantly presents the possible credit card entries (No. 5). I already de- and re-installed the app with no success. Thanks for any advice best regards Stefan

    iOS 17 Autofill/2FA

Good morning @Abhishek Dewan, thanks for the links. For a) i understand that I have to open Enpass manually to create a 2FA entry? My hope was that having Enpass on the list of "Setup Verification codes" App-list would help to automize this. E.g. granting Enpass an access to screenshot 2FA QR-codes to speed up the process of creating the entries shown in the provided link. The part b) Autofill seems to be misunderstood. As I mentioned: existing credentials are filled in seemlessly. But other than this, there's no access to identities or credit cards in Enpass which would be handy to fill out forms or setup new accounts on the web. All suggestions there in Autofill are provided by Apple's Keychain not by Enpass. This is a clear lack. best regards Stefan
  17. Hi @stkjj Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Let me assist you with the points you have mentioned - a) Two-factor authentication (2FA) enhances the security of your accounts by introducing an extra layer of protection. This typically involves receiving a one-time confirmation code on your phone or via email. However, for even greater security, you can opt for a more robust 2FA method that utilizes an authenticator app to generate single-use codes known as time-based one-time passwords (TOTP). Enpass offers this advanced authenticator capability as an integral feature. To discover how to generate TOTP codes within Enpass, please consult this link. b) On iOS devices running iOS 12 and newer, Enpass seamlessly integrates with the AutoFill Passwords feature. Once you've granted Enpass the necessary permissions within your device's Settings, you'll notice that Password options appear either above the keyboard or in place of it whenever login fields are identified within an app or website. To explore more about autofill with Enpass in the iOS version of the app, kindly check this link. If in case you are facing any issues while adding TOTP for any webpage or autofilling, do share the app name/URL of the webpage on which you are facing the concern and I will gladly get this checked for you!
  18. Hi all, the inline autofill feature never worked in my firefox. The normal popup of the extention works. I have the FF version 98.0.2 and I just downloaded the latest browser extention but it does not appear in the input/password fields. On my second laptop it works flawlessly. When I tried to compare the settings, I noticed that the autofill settings are missing. Do you have any suggestions for me? Thanks!
  19. New user here. Loving what I'm seeing. But I am not seeing the Safari Extension autofilling in any circumstance. If I click the extension itself the info appears and if I then choose the one I want it then fills the relevant fields just fine. But if I, for example, click on a login name field nothing pops up. In the extensions settings I have all the autofill options checked. macOS v12.3.1 / Safari v15.4 / Enpass v6.7.4 Surely I'me doing something wrong?
  20. Hi @Abhishek Dewan Thank you for following up and I'm sorry for taking time. Of course, my username and email address were registered in each correct Field type. I faced the problem on iOS and I understand Enpass iOS app can not save credentials entered on a webpage. So, I tried via Enpass Win app. On Win 11, I deleted the item and synced with iOS. I confirmed the item was removed also from the vault on iOS. Then, again on Win 11, I entered the username and password on the webpage in Chrome, saved them via Enpass Chrome Extension, added my email address to the newly registered item (of course in 'Email' field), and synced the vault with iOS again. I tried autofill on iOS but unfortunately, reproduced the same result. In this try, I found the problem did not occur with Enpass Win app: it correctly entered my username to the username field on the webpage even when the item also had my email address. In the above try, 1. I used Safari on iOS 16.6.1. 2. The website was Twitch (https://www.twitch.tv). But I had the same problem on other web sites where they required my username but not email address, and both of them were included in one item in my Enpass vault. I hope the above will help you fix the problem. Thank you.
  21. Hi @all While addressing this bug, we have determined that the autofill failure is linked to a protocol change in this scenario. To resolve this issue, could you kindly save an alternative URL with the 'HTTP' protocol in your Item for locally served websites and then share your observations with us?
  22. Hi @KarlKaos Enpass can automatically detect login forms and fillable fields, and suggests the corresponding Items stored in Enpass to fill those fields. If in case the URL of the webpages are same, the app may provide multiple suggestions to autofill. In this situation, do give the suggestion shared by @AnakinCaesar a try. If the problem remains, kindly share the version of the Enpass app, OS, Enpass Extension and browser you are using and I'll get this investigated for you.
  23. Hi, I love enpass, but sometimes I'm slightly annoyed with the autofill. There are some credentials that has three or fields to fill in when logging in (excluding OTP), this usually doesn't work so well as it fills in the username field for all other fields. It would be nice to specify an element ID on a webpage to be filled in with a specific element within Enpass. Additionally, I use a lot of SSO, however, the login may vary from just a username to an email. I'd like to contain all of it within one item, however it will always fill in either the username or the email. Again, allowing me to specify and override the default autofill with element ID's for specific websites would resolve this issue as well. Thank you for Enpass, it truly is amazing to use 99% of the time!
  24. Hi Guys, on many Apps and on chrome mobile browser the password autofill ist not working correctly. It will autofill only username or email address in all fields incl. password field. Switch off and on the autofill function in enpass app omegle xender solves the issue only for the next login attempt. After that its broken again. Im using Android 10 (Oxygen OS 10.0.0.4) on my OnePlus 7 Pro. Any chance to get this issie fixed?
  25. I've used several different authenticator apps like google, microsoft, authy, duo etc but I've always been annoyed that I need a separate application for it because I constantly need to open the application separately and search for the account. When I noticed the one time code feature I was very happy. Everything in one app, horray. However, I seem to be in the same situation as before since the one time code doesn't autofill, in fact it doesn't even show up as an option to copy when I use the autofill function. So I need to open the main enpass window and search for the account either way. This actually makes the feature even more useless since I have so many passwords in enpass, It takes me longer to find the 2fa code there than in authenticator where I have somewhere around 20 accounts. Is this something that will change in the future?
