Hello dear community, I use Enpass Version 5.6.9 on my Ubuntu Linux machine and bought the Enpass App Version 6.0.6 for my Android Device - whenever i create a new entry on my desktop machine the records on the android device stay the same - it seems they were never again updated after the day of first installation. I already disconnected the Sync to Dropbox on both Devices and then re-connected them again, but that didn't help. Please give me some advice how to solve this nasty problem. EDIT: Solved it by updating Enpass on Linux Machine to 6.0.6 - passwords immediately auto synced. Nice. kind regards, Lupo

Dear Developer, Enpass is very good app but i miss some features like device administrator. For protecting app from uninstalling via other unauthorized persons.. or accidentally uninstalling... Also add fevicon as soon as possible. And add full UI change log in new updates description in google play so we can check on which area you modify UI.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. When I try and sync the Android Enpass app to Onedrive the error 'Incorrect master password' appears despite it being the same password I use on the windows desktop version. I managed to sync the desktop version to onedrive successfully.

How do I get Enpass to prompt to save new logins on Android? On Chrome desktop, whenever I login I get a prompt to save a new login or update existing. Is there a way to do this on mobile? The whole experience seems broken on mobile. I can only autofill existing entries and if I want to add a new one, I have to manually do it via the app. There should be an automatic process where it captures the URL and email/pass combo The system notification to autofill only asks to search the vault. There needs to be a way to Add a new item through there. Also the password is generator needs to be accessible from there too. The new UI on mobile only looks nice but the core functionality is just broken. I think too much time was spent on the new theme and support for multiple vault. But the basic functionality is just not there for me. I was using v5 before and decided to upgrade to pro. And then this v6 update happened (which made me lose fingerprint/settings by the way) and now I'm really regretting making the purchase

Hi, I recently moved from Android to iOS. I had Pro on Android but I cannot find a way to bring that over to iOS. I use macOS as well. I remember using enpass premium on macOS when I had purchased it on Android. No separate payment was needed for macOS once it was purchased on Android. Do I need to pay $11.99 for each iOS and macOS to keep using enpass? Do I need to pay once via iTunes to get it on both iOS and macOS or can I bring over my premium account from Android to Apple platforms? Thanks.

Hello, I added a longer note (instructions how to register an applications) to a password entry. After syncing my vault with Android I am only able to see a part of the note in Android. There are also no scroll bars that allow me to scroll down the note. Best regards OLLI

Hello, In Enpass for Windows I added test-entry that contains only test-data (so no real data): the password 123456 (to test the "Check for Pwned passwords" feature a custom Group called "Sicherheitsfragen" a custom sensitive field called "Frage 1" of "Text" type with the value "Frage: Antwort" in the notes I entered some text to test if Enpass can display formatted text: This is **bold** text This is <b>bold</b> text This is bold text When I sync this entry to Android, then I see an empty entry that just contains the password history. See attached images. If you want to I can also send a screen shot of the entry in Enpass. It contains only dummy data so I have no problem sending it. Best regards OLLI

Hello, Could be useful to us let us modify or manually add Android apps association to cards. When I see any card with an Android apps association I can't edit it. Beside it I suggest to use a better and human pattern to link an app to a card. Actually apps ar linked with a long and not understandable. So you can use a more simple pattern just like Bitwarden does; something like this: androidapp://com.amazon.mShop.android.shopping I hope you can consider this feature request. Best regards.

Hello, I'm experiencing issues with some apps where the data inserted in to the app fields is wrong. The card that holds all the data is a Bank account item, (category), with information of the web page, debit card and at the end I added a new section with my bank account manager. When I choose the item it fill the user and password fields with the bank account manager data, that are a name and phone number, but not with the real username and password that are defined as user and password fields at Enpass. The fields for my bank account manager are set as just text and a phone number. I suppose that it is a bug, so I hope it can be fixed. Finally sorry for my english. Best regards.

Hello, some of my entries in Enpass have attachments. Enpass on Android can not open PDF files internally, so please add an internal viewer for PDF documents. Many attachments are in PDF format. Best regards OLLI

Cant sync with my webdav. I tried to delete the data on the server and sync again. I get always the message: Data not found. But the data is on the server. This happens on Linux and Android. P.S.: Please provide a flatpak for Enpass

Using Enpass' keyboard for autofill is too cumbersome. It would be good if the keyboard layout can be enhanced to include numbers and symbols (secondary). Better if the device's default keyboard layout can be used to autofill instead of using a separate keyboard layout. Attached my preferred keyboard layout below.

Autofilling in Android does not work (Android 7, Xiaomi Redmi Note 4). Chrome browser is used by default. System settings: Accessibility - Services - Enpass autofilling option is enabled. Autofilling option in Enpass settings is enabled as well. What's wrong?

After upgrading my One Plus 5 to the latest Android Pie build, I've encountered an issue when enabling the accessibility option for enpass. When enabled, the multi tasking windows gets extremely laggy and slow. As soon as I disabled the accessibility option, it works normal. Is this some kind of unintended bug?

Hi, I'm currently testing the Enpass 6 beta out on Linux and Android. Linux works fine so far but Syncing via WebDAV on Android fails with the error message "Something went wrong while syncing via WebDAV. Error code: 908503". I tried a lot of things but nothing worked: Creating a fresh vault and syncing it to a new folder It creates the correct folder structure on the cloud but no "vault.enpassdbsync" Creating a fresh vault and syncing it to an existing vault Restore works but subsequent syncs fail here Cleaning all data on device and reinstalling Same error Detaching from sync and reattaching Reattaching works but then the same error comes on sync I use NextCloud for WebDav with "https://<url hidden intentionally>/remote.php/webdav/" as URL and neither checking "Bypass SSL certification" or not checking it makes a difference. Hope this helps

Dropbox Sync is not working since beginning of december for android. Reinstalling and forcing sync does not work either. I suspect this is a bug?

Dear Beta Subscribers! We are getting closer and closer to the release date, and we’re happy to announce the finest beta with the improvements and bug fixes reported by you guys in the previous Beta. While we add some finishing touches, get your hands on this beta and share your valuable feedback. IMPORTANT NOTES FROM DEVELOPER Must save a BACKUP: Your data will be upgraded to support the new architecture of v6. Once the database is upgraded to v6, it can't be downgraded or restored into previous Enpass versions. So it is highly recommended to take a backup of your data manually from any Enpass version you are using. You can take a backup via Enpass Settings> Backup and Restore. Sync incompatibility: Sync in Enpass v6 works entirely in new, efficient way and syncs to the different location (generally in destined App folders on cloud service providers) than the previous versions released so far. It will neither synchronize with and nor restore data of any previous versions (Enpass 5 and previous Enpass 6 beta). So if you want to start testing of this beta as a clean install on some other device on which you are not having Enpass 5 (i.e., not over your existing Enpass 5 app), the only way is to restore data from the backup file. Settings restoration: All your Enpass 5 settings will get reset, and you have to Re-configure them individually. What's New Multiple vaults: This is one of the most demanded features in Enpass that lets you have separate vaults for better segregation of your data. You can create multiple vaults for personal and work data and share with your family or team members by syncing through a common cloud account. However, each of your vaults requires a different cloud account to sync with. To create a new vault, go to app Enpass Settings > Vaults and follow the instructions to create your new vault. Favicons: Enpass 6 can automatically download and set the icon associated with the particular website or URL saved in an item. You can enable it from the Enpass Settings > General > Enable Use Favicon. Custom icons: We've also introduced a much-requested feature; Custom icons, which allows you to set any image as an icon for any item in Enpass. Secure sharing: This version brings secured sharing where you can share an item encrypted with a Pre-Shared Key (PSK). You can create PSK from the Advanced Settings of Enpass after which an additional option to Encrypt with PSK will appear while sharing the item. You need to share the PSK with the intended recipient which he needs to enter while importing the item. Keyfile support: Enpass 6 on desktops lets you create and use a Keyfile along with the master password to log into Enpass. If you have added a Keyfile on desktop, you would be prompted to provide keyfile on your device which you can scan from the desktop or load from the Files app in your Android device. Trash: Trash is here. From now onwards, every item you delete will go in the Trash first from where you can recover or permanently delete it. Archive: You can archive the items which are no longer in use, but you don't want to delete them as well. The archived item won't appear in any search results. Multi-line fields: Added a new field-type as multi-line field which allows you to save information in more than one line. You can make any field a multi-line field by changing its field type from the item edit page. Identity: We've introduced a new default category Identity to let you fill those long, tedious identity forms with a single click. Added localization support for Afrikaans, Malay, Croatian, Hungarian, Indonesian, Romanian, Slovak and Swedish. Improvements Cloud synchronization: The new Enpass 6 now syncs the Enpass data into the designated App folder on the cloud, unlike it used to do in the root folder for Google Drive, and OneDrive. Along with this, the app now requires minimal permissions and will give relief to our folks who raised concerns regarding the list of permissions the Enpass was asking while configuring the sync, especially in case of OneDrive. Also, as Enpass 6 is based on a new architecture, it will not sync and restore data from previous Enpass 5 and Enpass 6 beta versions. Improved Password generator and strength estimation: We have improved the password generator with the new user interface, option for excluding the symbols and the better strength estimation using zxcvbn. So there might be chances that the password shown as strong in Enpass v5 will be displayed as Weak in Enpass 6. Tags: The erstwhile Folder feature is now known as Tags. All your existing Folders and sub-folders will be replaced by the Tags and sub-tags respectively. Separate section for items with TOTP or Attachments: Many of you folks requested that items with TOTP or attachments should be grouped and displayed together, and here you'll see the separate sections for both TOTP and Attachments in the Sidebar. Eight digits TOTP support: Previously the app was restricted to generate only six digits TOTPs making it difficult for some folks who were using eight-digit TOTPs. Now this limitation has been removed, and you can freely add TOTP to quickly login into accounts. While using Fingerprint, many of our users reported of forgetting of the master password making it tough to access their database. Now Enpass give you the option to provide master password after day, week or month. A lot of other minor improvements. Get It Now We are continually working to boost the quality of Enpass before the official release and devoting a lot of time in improvements and bug fixes. And we are eagerly waiting for your feedback on our forums. With Love to our Android users!!❤️❤️

Dear Developer, Enpass IO is very good app, but some best features still missing like in recent beta i shown that you change logo, every app have unique logo for apps. like see Deshlane logo is super over all internal UI not much more attractive as compare to other apps. because every apps design make more difference with other competitors. i am not says negative about apps but if you change your overall design like give controls on bottom instead of upper than more convent for one hand and more clear. you have to implement lite white design like all google apps and you have to change your app logo.. design of every app more important. also some major feature missing .. i already send mail but still no reply by developer team, in every business customer after sales service so reply to every member is more important, i am just sending some suggestions.. thank you for this beautiful app, very convenient superb work.. recently in started to add my clients login details in this app.. so i hope you understand your position in current market.. truly indian app.. superb work.... thanks in advance. EDIT 5 Nov 2018 (10 months later): the problem is still here in v5.6.8. The Windows client does not fetch updated entries edited in the Android or MacOSX clients (but Linux, Android, MacOSX update just fine). I have the Android app v5.6.4 and the Windows v5.6.5. I created a sync with my own webdav server. It works fine, except one tricky part: if I edit an item in Windows that exists in both Android, it syncs and i can see the new edits in Android. Great. if I create a new item in Windows, it syncs and I can see it in Android. Great. if I edit an item in Android that exists in both Android, it syncs and i can see the new edits in Windows. Great. if I create a new item in Android, it syncs (confirmed by the last sync times in each app) but I cannot see it Windows! Not great! It seems that somehow the Android app does not send the new data over via Webdav on all updates to the database. Looks like a bug.

Android 9 on Pixel. Two major issues made me regret purchasing Enpass since the issues are not new yet are not being resolved: 1. 9 out of 10 times in browsers, Enpass does not appear when I need to login on a website. When I test the same site with Lastpass, also using the Accessibility Service, it works. 2. When Enpass appears below a login field, it covers my keyboard and also the next field (password) making it impossible for me to logon. If Enpass does not have the credentials this means in such cases I am blocked from logging it completely and have to disable Enpass to continue. Fix: the notification should always appear above such fields (1 out of 2 times it does). Development team of Enpass, please confirm you are aware of these issues. When can we expect this to be solved?

Hello Enpassians! Today, we are announcing the second beta release of Enpass 6 for Android which brings: What's New Secure Sharing: An option to securely share an item using a Pre-shared Key (PSK). For that you first need to define a PSK in the Advanced settings of Enpass. More cloud options to sync with: Along with the Dropbox, now you can configure sync with Google Drive, OneDrive, and iCloud. Improvements Improved the Enpass autofilling where the app didn't autofill the login details in apps and websites in Chrome browser. Fixes Fixed an issue where Enpass 6 wasn't available to download on some Android Tablets. Other fixes. Cheers!

Hi Enpass team! That we know already Enpass 6 is new app and it mean more news fields like Autofill Info. Some people change own devices every years, that mean years after years adds extra Autofill Info field. I every time when Enpass create new field I hide this long and ugly field with sensitive field like in my image. I thinkt ask if it possible to overide old field with new and make it sensitive like default. And I have one feature request , Open app and Autofill when I click on Autofill Info field. Edited: I see it work with new Autofill Info script onTap it launch the application but not Autofill it. Old Autofill field from the Enpass 5 not work.
