Enpass currently works well with the standard TOTP implementation of a numeric, 30 second interval TOTP code which makes it possible to use most services that offer this sort of authentication. Due to it supporting custom digits, it not only works with the standard 6-digit, but also with some different ones like Blizzard's 8-digit authenticator (which I use just fine with Enpass). What Enpass still lacks in this regard is support for custom time interval and also Steam's 5-digit alphanumeric standard. I, for instance, have to use another authenticator for services like 'Twitch' and 'Mercado Livre' which use 7-digit 10-second TOTP codes (which I believe is Authy's own standard) and Steam (I believe Bitwarden is the only one that currently offers working TOTP for all of these). I know there's currently a thread which is a little over 4 months old about Steam's TOTP, but I couldn't find anything regarding custom time intervals in the feature request so I figured I should post it and hope it gets done sometime in the future

The lastest steam totp request was submitted two years ago, but the reply template is just Perfunctory which we will see anywhere in the forum or auto-reply emails. That's not just , and I have emailed to their address and asked for the feature , but nothing happened. And today I submit it again.

Guys good feature for future will be if we can add 2FA into Enpass for Microsoft Accounts. Now is this last one my account where I must using Microsoft Autenticator, because this is my last one 2FA which Enpass not support. Ps, two years back I used for 2FA only Microsoft Autenticator with cloud save. But as Enpass released this feature directly into Enpass so I start migrate and now I miss this last one. So I hold Enpass team fingers for some solution (Microsoft Account with 2FA + Enpass).

Hi, Enpass in Audit showing that website drupal.org support 2FA. But it is wrong. I have over 7 years account on website drupal.org and when you are normal standart user, so you cannot create 2FA login for this website. On oficial drupal.org website is it wrote too. First, is it here wrote that all info about 2FA is outdate. And second, normal standart account what is not verificate via drupal cannot secure account with 2FA. Only people what own verificate account and create some posts etc can secure account with 2FA. So for example I, what use website drupal.org only for forum discusions and downloading new version CMS, cannot secure drupal.org account with 2FA because I an not creator some plugin etc (so I cannot have verificated account which support 2fa), but Enpass still showing me that I miss one avaible 2FA. :-/ On drupal website exists only plugins for 2FA for download as additional plugin for websites builded on CMS Drupal. Someone in Enpass team can try it, create test account on drupal.org, and you will see that website drupal.org cannot secure via 2FA. Please fix it in next Enpass version. https://www.drupal.org/drupalorg/docs/user-accounts/setting-up-two-factor-authentication Last updated on 7 October 2019 This documentation is out of date.

Request a feature to make it easier to fill/populate the web page's TOTP request. Should be similar to populating the username and password. For example: Right click the web field, select Enpass from context menu, paste TOTP. Thank you.

I updated to the latest version of Enpass this morning and it appears there is an issue with TOTP generation. All my accounts that have a secret stored are now reporting "Invalid TOTP Secret". I tried disabling 2fa for one of those accounts and setting it up again with the same result. I have backup codes I can use for a very brief period, but this is a pretty significant issue. Additional info after further testing: It looks like it may not like it when there are spaces in the secret. When I tried setting it up again using the QR code and Enpass 6.2 on Android it generates codes as expected.

Hi, I've successfully set up a TOTP field, also a password field. The site uses an username and PIN(PASSWORD)+TOTP field. Is it possible to combine password and totp as a value to enter?

I use Authy on my phone to generate TOTP codes. I turned on 2FA in my Nextcloud account. As expected, Enpass (on my Mac) is no longer able to sync. I checked Nextcloud support. They said to use "app passwords". Allegedly you go into the preferences for the application that you want to sync, and there is a place to enter an app password. https://help.nextcloud.com/t/two-factor-authentication-totp/52347 I couldn't find this in Enpass. How do I sync my database with a copy stored on a Nextcloud server that has TOTP 2FA enabled?

Appreciate that Enpass is first and foremost a password keeper and that there are lots of options for keyboards but can you consider adding the following options for Enpass Keyboard? Disable haptic feedback Allow autofill of TOTP after username/password without re-authenticating within a certain time period. Dark Theme Height Adjustment Number Row Long press for symbols. Many Thanks,

Using the Enpass Android app on my LG G7 running Android 8.0 Oreo, Enpass defaults to using the wide-angle camera, and cannot read QR codes as a result. The app should detect if there are multiple cameras and either choose the correct one (if possible) or allow switching cameras.

I talked with a colleague about password managers and he suggested 1Password. On the website of 1Password I saw on the "Tour" site (https://1password.com/tour/) some features of 1Password. One feature is very interesting and increasing the security: They show which sites in your vault support TOTP but the user has not set up TOTP. Here is a screenshot from the 1Password site: Suggestion In Enpass add the entry "Missing TOTP" in the section "Password Audit". Here you should show all password entries, where TOTP is possible but not set up by the user. Here is a list of services that support TOTP: https://twofactorauth.org/ We had a Doxxing scandal in Germany where a young guy published many private information stolen from accounts of German politicians and German celebrities. This guy was able to steal the data because the accounts used very weak passwords (like 123456) and were not secured with TOTP. So this feature increases the security a lot!

I have a few Joomla installations with 2FA and they all have the same problem when 2FA is activated. When the login screen of the back-end of Joomla appears in Firefox I choose the login entry from the Enpass plugin. What I see is that the userid and password are filled in for a short while and then they are blanked out again before I can paste the totp code. It looks like Enpass is trying to login automatically, although in the settings I blanked out the automatic login. Could you please help me with this problem? The same problem occurs in Google Chrome, but in Edge I don't have any problem.

Hello, I logged in at Trello (German UI) and Enpass asked to store the new login (I accepted). Then I activated 2FA for Trello, opened the Android App of Enpass and scanned the 2FA code. When I log into Trello and double-click the entry "Trello" in the Enpass Browser Extension in Google Chrome then my username and password is filled in. I get to the next page where I have to enter the 2FA code. If I double-click the entry "Trello" then the 2FA code is not filled. The required field for TOTP at the website is: <input class="two-factor-totp" type="number" name="two-factor" autocomplete="off" id="totp" placeholder="z. B. 723110" data-enpassid="__5"> There is second field for SMS above the TOTP field but this field is hidden: <input class="two-factor-sms two-factor-sms-error hidden" type="number" name="two-factor" autocomplete="off" id="sms" placeholder="z. B. 723110" data-enpassid="__4"> Please automatically fill the 2FA code (the TOTP) at the Trello website. Thank you! Best regards OLLI

Hi, just tested the TOTP feature of enpass (used google authenticator before). Enpass totp works fine with the most of my logins, there is just one problem showing the one time password of AMAZON on my Apple Watch. Instead of showing the 6 digits, it is showing a link. On MacOS and iOS the same Amazon-Entry works fine. Other TOTP-Entries are working correctly on my apple watch. Thanks for helping! BR Jens

I use Enpass to manage passwords outside of web pages. I would like to request a "Quick Select" of passwords and OTPs from the menu-bar icon search, maybe via a right-click or a small icon in the result list.

This is more of a "bug report". I had a rather exhaustive list of credentials that I exported then narrowed down and wanted to import into a clean DB using a generic CSV from Excel 2016. I could not for the life of me get it to import without blank lines inbetween every row. Finally used a utility to save it with Unix line feed and it FINALLY stopped thinking there were blank lines. Also, the import utility does not have an option for TOTP, even if I select an "Other Field" and name it TOTP I have to go change it for each one. Not a big deal since only a fraction of sites support it but just worth noting. Thanks!

Enpass generate not valid TOTP Hi, I'm getting authentication error when I try to use TOTP generated with Enpass seams that the codes that it generate are not valid. I've tried with Github and with Gmail and I have the same error the codes are not valid. This is strange since I used it since last month.

After using the app the first week... I'm testing/using the (full) android app for about a week now and I have some suggestions: 1. The 3-dots symbol at the right of an entry should be a lot larger. It's nearly invisible. It should have the same size like the same symbol in the toolbar if I open an item. 2. Folders should be shown directly within the left menu, just like in the Windows app. 3. If I use the PIN I don't have to hit the Enter key after entering the PIN. I think this is not very secure and it differs from the way it works on the PC. There I have to hit Enter. 4. TOTP: I think there should be a special group for items with TOTP, just like the favorites group. 5. TOTP: Maybe in this group all items should show a 3rd (bigger) line with the key and the count down circle on the right. And maybe a tap on an item (in this group) should copy the code directly into the clipboard instead of opening the item. 6. TOTP: The circle should rotate in the same direction like the windows app... (or the other way around) 7. For Android 7+: It would be nice if the app would support the new app shortcuts, e.g. for directly opening the favorites/TOTP, the search or the password generator.

I have a website with TOTP, but the TOTP username is different from that site's username. I hope there could be a option of customizing TOTP username.

I miss the possibility to add more than one TOTP field for an entry. I use e.g. Enpass for my Synology Diskstation and like to have TOTPs for both user and admin accounts TOTP in one place there (I do not need autofil for admin account) Enpass is capable of this as my entries imported from 1passwort feature multiple TOTP fields, but for new entries it is not possible. I do not like the current workaround of creating an entry in 1password and import it, but there is currently no other way to do that.
