Hi @bestpika, That is a strange behavior. Could you share the website on which you face this problem? Additionally, you seem to be using an old version of Enpass. If you're on the Windows platform, update Enpass and verify the problem resolves.

enpass on Ubuntu 16.04 doesn't paste into terminal/terminator
Hi @PJS, Thanks for the patience. We want to inform you that Linux has a selection buffer and a clipboard buffer. The 'Mouse wheel click' or 'Middle mouse click' pastes the last highlighted text instead of what someone copied. You can test this by highlighting some text, and without doing CTRL+C, paste directly with Mouse wheel click. This is the correct behavior, as some people might rely on selections and copied things simultaneously.

Hi @Sirio Thanks for writing in. Please follow the below steps to take backup of Enpass data and restore: Open Enpass --> Menu --> File --> Backup all vaults. Now transfer the backup file manually into a device where you want to restore data. Open Enpass --> Settings ---> Vaults > Create a new Vault by clicking on “+“ ---> Click on ‘Local storage’ under Backup file --> Select the location of the file(which you saved locally) --> Select the vault which you wish to restore and click on Continue --> Enter master password (same you used previously)-> Tap on 'Continue'. If you have any further queries, please feel free to contact us.

Hi @Jim Brooks, Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Please let us know are you able to access all your data on any device? If Yes, follow the below steps to restore the sync: Take a manual backup of the data on all the devices. Disconnect the sync on all devices. Remove the Enpass folders from OneDrive account. Login to the site https://account.live.com/consent/Manage with the same Microsoft account and delete all the permissions for Enpass. Re-set up the sync with OneDrive on all the devices and check. If the issue persists, please let us know.

Missing entries after import from 1Password (major bug identified)
Hi @PasswordUser, Thanks for the detailed feedback and for pointing out flaws with the existing import functionality. I'd like to know which type of items did not import into Enpass successfully- were these credit card details, webforms login info, etc.? If you could highlight specific applications or sites with such logins, we'll try importing them at our end. I can't provide you with an exact timeframe when the issue will fix; however, we'll release an updated Beta version of Enpass soon. You might try the import on the latest update.

Syncing multiple vaults not possible?
Hi @Mactronic, Welcome to the forums! You can currently use store/sync Enpass data using multiple(different) accounts on the same cloud. However, syncing data using the same cloud account with multiple vaults is still in our road map and maybe available in the future update of Enpass. Thanks for your co-operation!

Hi @penarcher, Thanks for getting back! The sync probably seems laggy because it involves quite a few operations. Essentially, every time Enpass communicates with the cloud sync servers, it has to decrypt the file present on the server, compare time-frames, fetch the changes from the cloud file and modify the local vault file etc. Additionally, Enpass saves an auto back-up file whenever it modifies the local vault database on syncing with cloud - just in case something goes wrong! We'll still work to make sync seamless and fast with regular version updates.

Autofill Problems with certain pages
Hi @Scoty, Thanks for sharing the details. First, make sure you have correctly installed the extension. Disable and re-enable the autofill option in Enpass Portable settings and try auto-filling again. Also, do you have any other instance of Enpass installation along with Enpass Portable - like Enpass from Microsoft Store etc.? You could also check our user manual for help on auto-fill.

What is the "Password of data?"
Hi @Captain_Eric, The password required is the Enpass master password. It is essentially the password with which Enpass encrypts file before a sync is set up on OneDrive account. If you're seeing the error - Password of data on OneDrive is required, then try entering the master password. If you still face the same issue on entering the password, let us know.

Enpass not starting up since windows update 2004
Hi @srouleau, Thanks for sharing the findings. Although we haven't come across such a scenario, we'll keep an eye on this. You can also try changing the default browser and setup sync in the store version to check if there's specifically any issue with Firefox.

Fingerprint / biometrics issue
Hi @Enpass_account @Pete, Due to security reasons, when any action is performed in device Biometric( like new Biometrics registered or removed), we internally disable the Biometrics from Enpass. As you mentioned, This seems an OS-specific issue, and we can't do much about it. Thanks!
