Unable to sync with Dropbox
Hi @Nick Waller, Thanks for writing in. Please let us know are you able to access all your data? If yes please take the back of Enpass data and follow these steps and revert to us: Turn off the sync from all device. Open Dropbox in any browser --> App --> Open Enpass Folder --> Select vault.enpassdbsync file --> Rename it as oldvault.enpassdbsync. Open Enpass on your Mac and enable sync with the Dropbox. Hope this helps!

No Autofill
Hi @stavrich, Thanks for writing back in. Autofilling in web browsers on the desktops requires Enpass browser extensions, that are the plugins installed in the web-browsers to let them communicate directly with the main Enpass app. To auto-fill, you'll have to launch Enpass from the extension and select the desired login.

Browser extension not working on Ubuntu 18.04 (neither chrome nor firefox)
Hi @Helmut Irle, Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Sometimes rebooting the device might help with this issue, we suggest you to please try rebooting your device if you haven't tried it yet. If the problem persists please uninstall the browser and install it again. Please revert to us with the answer to the following queries and we will get it sorted out for you: On which device (along with OS version) are you using Enpass? Which Enpass and Enpass extension version are you using? Which browser version are you using? Are you facing the same problem with other browsers too? Fingerprint / biometrics issue
Hi @Enpass_account, Thanks for writing in. In Enpass biometrics gets disable due to five unsuccessful attempts or there are some changes made in the device setting. Please follow these troubleshooting steps and share your findings. Remove all fingerprints from the device settings. Add one fingerprint and now enable in Enpass. If the problem persists, please do let me know are you using custom ROM.
