Could you not check for the last used / accessed file and determine from this? Otherwise I suggest, you keep the vault.enpassdbsync, as this is on my site the frequent used file. Which files else do you have?

Please provide more information, including Enpass version, macOS version, used browser and link to non-functioning loginform, otherwise helping will be quite difficult for the Enpass team.

This is the normal startup for Enpass installed through Windows Store. Some users have made the same remarks as you, but to my knowledge there is no solution for it.

I can totally understand your frustration but have no clue on how Enpass verifies/signs a browser. Hopefully they’ll add it soon and keep it supported.

Why should I say something along the lines of if I'm no way affiliated with Enpass. All I'm doing is pointing into the right direction. Also I said the users solved their issue of not syncing, the underlying issue of course is not fixed by it. Maybe you should read about the changes between Mainfest v2 and v3 and what it means for every chromium based browser. Then you should read, how many browsers are based off of chromium. Maybe then you will understand, that developers sometimes need time to adjust to those dramatic extension changes.

Nobody ever said, its a solution. Get your head straight. You want it to work in the short term, use this fix, if you're not satisfied wait for the chromium fix. Whatever floats your boat. It was just a suggestion to get you up and running again, but even that seems too much energy spend for someone like you.

Can you provide a example line of the formatted .csv file? Sounds like the file is not correctly configured. Also please check coding (eg. UTF-8, ANSI, etc). Try not to open a .csv file with Excel, rather with Notepad or even better Notepad++. If you could share the export options from Norton it would help aswell.

I can not confirm this. What are your PC specs (Windows Version, TPM Module, etc.). Have you checked the requirements for having Windows Hello enabled from PC start on?

Afterwards if you click Connect you can choose a new location to sync to from your PC, therefore changing it's default Cloud Sync. Hope this helps.

Update 6.11.10 just dropped, according to the changelog this issue should be fixed. Maybe check it out

Ok, if you're on beta that's the issue. But I do believe there was an update today/yesterday and it seems to fix this issue for other users. So maybe try updating Enpass and it should work again.

This indicates, that your license is correctly loaded. If you are now facing issues in autofilling, it might be related to the iOS version, are you using a beta version? Otherwise it should be working fine.

Hold up - are you an longtime user of Enpass that had purchased the Pro Version before? Or are you facing the problem, that you are just having the Trail version right now? If you are an longtime user, the prompt to upgrade towards Premium is just an annoying and blatant ad from Enpass itself to get you to upgrade your licence. Nothing has to be done from your side.

Hi Klaus, If you want to move between cloud solutions you could easily create a new vault at the new location and then just move all your entries into the new location, without the need to export all. I'd recommend you rather copying the data than exporting/importing it.
