  1. Hi @EricK Thanks for writing in. Enpass 6 for iOS will be available within this week. At the moment I can't assure you exact ETA, but hopefully, it will available end of October. I assure you the beta version of Enpass 6 for iOS platform will be available by the end of this week and I hope you and your family like the new UI and Features. Thanks for your patience.

  7. Hi @thebob6, Thanks for writing back. I would like to share that we have introduced the Archive feature in the latest beta version of Enpass 6. And it seems that you're running the older one (Enpass 5). If you're willing to try our latest beta version then you can download it from our website. Also, please have a look our forum post to know how to import Enpass 5 data into Enpass 6. Cheers!
  8. Hi @adria, Thanks for writing back and sharing the details. We've tested this issue in our lab and sync with OneDrive works fine. I would suggest you please try resetting the Timezone on both devices. Also, please let me know are you using normal OneDrive account or Business? Meanwhile, I would suggest please try restoring Enpass data on the Android device using WiFi backup and restore. For this please follow these steps: Open Enpass on Windows PC and manually take the backup via File --> Backup and save it. Now open Enpass on the Android device and restore your data via WiFi. For Testing Purpose: Please try syncing your data with some other cloud services are let me know are you getting the same error code? Thanks for your co-operation.

  10. Hi @nanshun, Sorry for the trouble you are going through. Please share some more info so that we can look into it. On which device (along with OS and build version) are you using Enpass? Which Enpass version are you using? Which cloud services are you using to sync? Are you facing this problem is the specific scenario like when you wake the system from the sleep or any other? Please explain a bit more. For Testing Purpose: Please turn off the internet connection and now perform the same steps which cause Enpass to crash and share your findings.   14. Hi @adria Sorry for the trouble you're going through. The reason behind getting the error code 118 is that Enpass is "Not able to download data from the selected cloud". So please make sure the internet connection is stable on your device and date and time setting set to automatic. If the problem persists, please share the Device and versions of Android and Enpass you use. Also, log in to your OneDrive account and look for the Enpass folder there (should be one Enpass folder there). Now inside that folder, check for the sync_default.walletx for the number of copies it has (should be one). Thanks for your co-operation.

Open Enpass on iMac and manually take the backup via File --> Backup and save it. Now open Enpass on iPhone and restore your data via WiFi. Thanks for your co-operation.
  18. Hi @Ahmet Ipkin Sorry for the trouble you're going through. I would like to share that Native messaging host for Enpass is an additional component which is required to connect the Enpass app with the Firefox WebExtension through native messaging. But as I can see in the attached logs Native messaging host is not running that's the reason it displays the Connection error. I would suggest you; please try re-enabling the browser extension option from Enpass Browser settings. If the problem persists, share the version of Enpass app and extension you are using so that we can look into it.

I would like to share that you can change the field type as Multiline, which will work as a Note field and I hope it'll be fulfilled your requirements. Already fixed in development tree. I would like to share that in next update we're going to introduce Folder sync support, which will allow you to sync multiple vaults with the same cloud account by giving a specific folder path to each vault.
