Enpass Support & Troubleshooting

Hi, Since yesterday my Enpass data can't synchronize with my Dropbox account (on Linux Desktop and on my both android devices) (see my attachment). It is odd because I've never changed my masterpassword. Or is it another one? I read this page but it didn't help me at all. Why is it asking for a password after couple of year of use ? Why is it not possible to choose F1 for the system-wide hotkey? For other apps I can choose F1 as hotkey. Why not with Enpass?

I am using a paid version for enpass across multiple platforms, the master file is kept on dropbox which is accessed via enpass on osx, windows, android and ios. Since the last update this is happening: for the second time, enpass wont sync with the dropbox master file - on all platforms. Only after deleting the masterfile on dropbox and then resyncing a new file is created as a masterfile on dropbox which I can then access again on all platforms. While not a complete disaster, unless I pay attention to whether or not enpass is syncing up, new information might get lost if enpass stays out of sync. What is the reason for this? Hi, Im new to Enpass and have got started yet. Before I dream up a master password, may I ask, how long (and complex) should it be? Is a short simple master password OK? Or should it have numbers, capitals, and punctuation symbols?

Hello, after i upgrade Firefox to the new Version (57) the Enpass Extension isnt working anymore, i can not us the Shortcut to fill the Forms. If i click on the Enpass Icon in Firefox, it shows me there is no connection and i have to enable the Option. But i dont change anythink on the Settings in Enpass, only upgrade the Firefox. I have disabled the Browser Support in Enpass, then Close Browser and Enpass, open Enpass enable it, close Enpass and open it again, the open Browser but nothing helped. The add-on for Firefox is not working on my system, it redirects me to the Enpass Connection Error help. How can I debug this, is there any way to detect what is wrong? As far as I know, it's all brand-new: Windows 10 Home Single Language Build 16299 Firefox 57.0 64-bit with Add-On Enpass Password Manager 5.5.0.2 Enpass Password Manager 5.6.2 It works fine with Chrome and Edge... Guys now we try Firefox 57 Beta after many months, because mozilla start something doing with speed etc. So we want test if we can/want migrate from Chrome to Firefox - when will be final version fírefox57 out. But now when we install Firefox 57 Beta and want install Enpass browser extension .. so we see only error message with text that enpadd extension not be compatible. Will be Enpass extension ready when will be out public release F57?

Hi! i’m not sure if it’s related but one day my enpass mac account lost connection with iCloud (for syncing). Then I noticed duplicates turning up in my iOS version of enpass. So I reconnected the OS X version. Then synced. Now i’v got the same duplicates there too. (The recorda I didn’t change in the meantime have the same date stamps) How do I get rid of them? Any ideas? Is there an expected form for date fields? I can only seem to enter it as a text string in the desktop and android apps, and I worry about parsing. Say my date of birth is January 5th 2000. Can Enpass take a date formatted 1/5/00 (or 05-01-2000, or any other form. I'm good to conform to any standard), and use that to fill 3 separate day, month, and year fields(or less if less is asked for)?

I have Enpass bought on IOS 11 and installed on MacOS 10.12.6. Both are synced by GoogleDrive. This is working perfect. On my company Windows 7 PC I recently installed Enpass and sync with the same GoogleDrive. Passwords are synced perfectly, BUT the OTP's are totally different. When I have the three devices next to each other the iPhone and Macbook are showing the same OTP but Windows a total different one. It's not that's one infront or one behind its totally random. Anyone have the same issue? And maybe a solution?

Whgen I attach an Attachment on my iphone and synchronize I cannot see the attachment on the PC even when I am synchronizing manually. Only when I restart the PC application this attachments shows up. I haven't checked if its working the other way round.

I'm wondering. I can't find the Enpass APP in the German App Store. Did you remove it and if so: why?

How may I copy an item? I'll bet it's easy. I just haven't found it. I have an item with several custom fields. I'd like to create a second item, with the same fields, but different information. It'd be a whole lot easier if I could just copy the first item, change he information in the copy, and go on my merry way. (As opposed to creating a new item, adding custom fields, re-arranging them in a special way, adding a custom icon, and so on…). Did I miss something in the documentation?

Hi there, I'm using Enpass for a long time now but seem to have a problem. I Always use Dropbox to store the passwords. I just found out that my Windows Enpass use a different pw database as the one my Android devices use. They all need to look into 1 database but that it not the fact. Maybay I'm wrong but when i can't see the foldername it's using from my Android Enpass Dropbox. When I disconnect and reconnect it creates in Dropbox within the apps folder a new folder called Enpass with one file in it called sync_default.walletx. Enpass sync using OneDrive has stopped working since I enabled 2-factor authentication on my Microsoft account. I use Enpass (Desktop) on two Windows 10 PCs in addition to Enpass for iOS. I have tried reinstalling the desktop app, erasing all data, manually deleting Enpass registry key etc. but no luck. Any ideas please? Many thanks.

I just encountered this: I entered a 12 character password with uppercase, lowercase, digits and a dash. On iOS Enpass says this password is strong, on OS-X it is considered weak. It this an inconsistency or are there parameters I can set for strong or weak passwords? This is an example of a password which is considered strong on iOS and weak on OS-X: Glen5-Creak4

Importing data from 1Password was easy, but all data was imported into the "all items" section of Enpass. Must I manually move everything into their respective categories? I was hoping it was more automatic than that.
