Hi guys! I have two questions. How I can add my personal imges in any Enpass records? And how can I change the category of a record after importing data?

Hi there! After update Enpass to 6.0 the Firefox extension doesn´t work anymore - it seems that the aviable extension on the Enpass Homepage isn´t compatible to the new Version 6 - please help! Regards! Mike

EDIT 5 Nov 2018 (10 months later): the problem is still here in v5.6.8. The Windows client does not fetch updated entries edited in the Android or MacOSX clients (but Linux, Android, MacOSX update just fine). I have the Android app v5.6.4 and the Windows v5.6.5. I created a sync with my own webdav server. It works fine, except one tricky part: if I edit an item in Windows that exists in both Android, it syncs and i can see the new edits in Android. Hello, I installed Enpass on Ubuntu 18.04 LTE xfce4. In Setup-process it´s not possible to input password because the keyboard layout is not german (Enter != Enter, and special-characters interchanged). But system-wide german keyboard-layout is enabled. In all other apps keyboard-layout works (Enter = Enter, and special-characters works).

When trying to use Enpass Autofill on iOS 12 I am getting an error of ENPASS EXTENSION FAILED TO RECEIVE INFORMATION FROM THE APP. and passwords are not able to be autofilled. This happens frequently, but not all the time. There are some apps where autofill has worked, but most do not. I've deleted the app and re-installed to see if that would make a difference.

Hello, I am using WebDAV to syncronize my database between different devices (Windows 10, Android) and it is working perfectly. But I need to change my password on a regular basis. Is it possible to change the password for WebDAV sync or do I need to delete and recreate the sync? Thanks in advance for any help. Best regards Jörg

Bought the AP from the microsoft store but can't download the AP. The error is a Code: 0x80070005

When I try to import a shared entry from clipboard I get an error (‘shared element is invalid…’). This error appears every time while starting enpass. How can I stop it and why failed the import ?

How can I recover the password can you help me. he used enPass always with touch ID yesterday I did update IOS 11 and now enpass wants the masterpassword. Thank you

Been using Enpass for some time now without any problem. However, I’m now experiencing a problem when I come to launch a listed Url. When I click onto ‘Launch Url’ in the Items menu it opens the correct sign-in web page but when I click the Enpass icon at the top right of the address bar I get a brief error message (which disappears before I can read it) and opens a new blank browser tab. Is there a fix for this?

Im having difficulty with each window in Enpass. It does not fit my screen. Starting with the 'Welcome' page the bottom links could not be seen and the window couldn't be dragged up. So, I tried various screen resolutions and moved Windows taskbar from the right hand side. That helped but only a temporary solution. Im using Windows 10, and a recommended screen resolution of 1920 x 1080. I think this problem requires a bug fix.

I am using the latest Windows 10 Pro Insider Preview (Build 17672.re_prerelease.180511-1445) and Enpass (Bridged Version) will no longer launch. There is no error - actually it just doesn't do anything. You click the icon and nothing happens. I am using the latest version of Enpass as released on the Windows store. How may I create a *printed* (text) version of my database? We just got a safe deposit box. In the event that one or both of us gets run over by a semi, it would be a nice to have a *printed* copy of all our online account information available, in our safe deposit box, for those who deal with the remnants. That way, they wouldn't have to figure out our devices, the enpass app (and how to use it) and passwords all around. Is there a way to make a simple text printed version? Or do I need to do that by hand?

Got a very annoying bug. At least once per day the extension does not open when hitting the icon. The only resolution is to open Enpass desktop, enter password, goto preferences and then browser. Having got there remove a tick from "Enable browser extensions" put the tick back and close the preferences.

Is there a maximum allowable size for the main Enpass database? I realize that attachments can only be 200kb, but for the *.walletx file, is there a maximum size?

I am able to log into Enpass local database on my PC, but I can't do it on the Enpass app in my Android phone. When I try to sync using my PC, I am asked to provide password of Enpass data on Google drive. I made a mistake, and changed the master password on my phone and I must have made a mistake writing the new master password down on paper and now can light ibto my Enpass databàe. I tried changing the Master Password on my PC local Enpass database and it worked but I still can not sync the phone database with Google drive. I was using enpass portable in linux so I could run multiple instances but now that the new version 5.6 is out and chrome extension has been updated I can no longer use the enpass extension . Error : I dont see the portable version of 5.6 in the website! Any idea how to fix this?

Changing the Data Location isn't working the way I want. I want the walletx.db to be stored in the location "e:\Software\Enpass\Data". But the Settings menu keeps appending the "Enpass" folder to the end of the location I want. I also had a similar problem with the Backup location, but was able to change this via enpass.conf file. I have the desktop app open. When I click the web extension button on Firefox, it quickly redirects me to the configuration error page, asking me to enable the web extensions on the settings from my desktop app. However, I do have it properly configured (see image attached). Hi I have a new copy of Enpass 5.6.5 and using Firefox Quantun 58.0.1 (64) on Win10 pro. I have it open and in "new Item" ..its taking me a few minutes to get the info and before I am ready, it simply closes the New Item. So I though maybe there's a time limit.... I then did the same process but this time, when I didn't have the info ready, I clicked Save. It seemed to Save but there was NO item saved. I did a search,expanded columns..no item. So I thought maybe some fields cannot be empty. I tried it again but this time I just typed random letters into the fields I had not finished..then I saved it and...guess what ..no item again... …

Guys from Enpass team please can you give me one answer on my question, on notebook Surface Book 2 15inch, is better install traditional version 5.6.5 or windows desktop bridge version 5.6.6? What is different? On desktop pc i have installed traditional version, on tablet I have uwp but I not know what is best on this hybrid tablet/o/notebook What have "bridge version" as pros or cons? I need only know, what give bridge version more, than traditional version and what haven't bridge version, than traditional version.
