Enpass Support & Troubleshooting

I keep running into an issue when I have a second monitor attached to my laptop and open Enpass full screen from the system tray. Enpass opens on the laptop screen but the top portion of the menu is hidden of the top of the screen and i cannot move the window or access the search or add buttons. As a workaround I can either disconnect the second monitor and restart Enpass or using keyboard shortcuts to allow me to move Enpass window to the second monitor. Hello, I've bought a Premium License and I would like to know how I can change my Master Password of all my devices at once. I use a MacBook Pro, iMac, iPad and iPhone; and I don't like that If I change Master Password from my MacBook Pro, anyone with my old password can still access my Vault in my other devices. I hope my point is clear. Is it possible by hosting the Vault in the Cloud? so that if changing Master Password in one device, automatically affects all my devices in order to get in. I've used the following folder for syncing through Enpass 5.x, and until recently in Enpass 6.x (for Mac). URL/remote.php/webdav/Documents/Encrypted%20passwords/ In the past few days, it auto-updated to 6.0.5, I'm not sure when. And now it refuses to use that folder. If I just use URL/remote.php/webdav that will work, but I don't want this spamming up my root folder. Can this be fixed so that I can use a specific subfolder again? I use Nextcloud for things *other* than Enpass, after all, and this is just very messy. It's actually something that will make me stop using Enpass if it isn't fixed. Hi Team, I've noticed an issue opening attachments. I am using enpass on 4 devices (2x windows, linux and android) using google drive for sync. I have recently noticed an issue with enpass and opening attachments. Only one of my windows clients is able to open all attachements. Other clients such as the linux client is only able to open some of them erroring with "attachment not found. To download the attachment please synchronize your vault with the same cloud account used to restore the data." OR "Attachment is on the way! Please wait while we are download your attachments." Today while trying to sync via WebDAV both a Mac Desktop and an iPhone with enPass I receive two different errors (908401 and 908423). I have deleted server data, tried an alternate connection, tried different devices and none of it seems to work. Any thoughts on what could be happening? This is a new problem as I think it was syncing fine yesterday.

Hey! I'm using Seafile's WebDAV extension to sync my Enpass Vaults. Since some weeks I got the error code 908502. Is something wrong with the WebDAV sync method or seafile?

MacOS 10.15.7 Catalina (Enpass desktop) I have finally determined templates that I'd like to use in each of my 8 chosen categories. While I know I can modify existing Templates, how do I apply to existing records? I've got over 100 entries!!!

I have set more than one vault. They are hosted on different cloud services. I would like to have them all synchronised but in the settings I can see only "Always Save Items to Vault:" and I can select only one. Am I missing something?

Hi, i am using Enpass a long time now and its working great. Since probably the last updates the WebDAV sync to my Owncloud/Nextcloud is broken. On all my devices (Windows/Mac/iOS) webdav-syncing fails with error 907018 What is this about? how can i solve that? Regards, Florian

Hello, I am interested in granting permissions for team members inside of a vault to specific passwords, but not all passwords in a vault. For example, say I have 50 passwords stored in my team vault and i want to grant access to my design team so they can only access 10 passwords related to design accounts we have and restrict them from using the other 40 passwords in the vault as they are not design related. Is this possible? Or if you grant someone access to a vault, they get access to all passwords?

Hello together! I have changed from "Keepass" to "Enpass". Enpass works very well for websites. But with software passwords there seem to be problems. I use "Starmoney". When starting the software I have to enter a password (only one password). With Keepass this was no problem, but with Enpass it doesn't work. Is it also possible in Enpass - and if so, how? Thanks!

Sinds een paar weken kan ik de bijlagen op mijn telefoon niet meer open, Ik krijg de melding; Bijlage onderweg! Even geduld terwijl we de bijlagen downloaden. Er gebeurt alleen niets en bijlage komt niet. Heb een paar bijlagen opgeslagen en opnieuw toegevoegd,. Dat werkte. Hi there, I have the following problem with Enpass on all plattforms: Sometimes the synchronisation of a vault halts. I don't know why or when that happens, since I'm not being notified. I only realize this, when I cannot find an entry or cannot log into an account, because the changes were made on a different device. I then have to open settings -> vaults -> choose vault -> syncronize: to get the information, that I need to reenter the password for the syncing of this vault. I got a problem about restore my backup. I try to restore my backup file from desktop client(mac os), here is the steps: 1. Hi all, Since moving to the new major version, both my Macbook and iPhone complain about me "purposely deleting" data and refuse to sync. I'm concerned I'll lose data on one or the other. Both present the option to upload fresh, and in both cases they upload "successfully". Next sync on either device results in the same issue again, with the additional message of "No data found on WebDAV". The WebDAV connection is correct (and had to be re-added, which was extremely annoying). On my ownCloud instance, the folder "Enpass" is there as usual. Hi, I have a backup file in Onedrive and I cannot connect to it from Windows 10. Today the app was updated and since then I cannot proceed. Selecting Onedrive brings me to the browser to login in onedrive. After successful login, it redirects me to the app and it closes automatically. I go to start menu and upon starting the App I get to square one and I restart the process... I can use it ok from Android. I'm using Edge Chromium as browser Thanks. António

Hi, I am not sure what happened right now, but when I wanted to use Enpass today, there seemed to be a freshly installed (auto-installed?) version, and it requested me to tell it the location for the Backupdata. However, in the location where I believe to have stored the backup data, all back-up-data since I first installed Enpass on this new computer seem to be gone. I cannot find them. I find the Enpass backup-folder where I very probably put it (in Documents / Enpass). While I cannot exclude not to have set any option for regular backups, I very very much doubt that. Hi all, i am wondering if its possible to change the default vault in the MAC app? When i start Enpass under my Wife's Account, she always must type in the master password from my vault (thats the default vault) Thanks for your help, Peter

1.: I heavily use WLAN sync between MacOS and iOS and i wish between MacOS and Windows. Does this have Wlan Sync? Because for WebDAV i would only use local server and my NAS is to loud to let it up all day. 2.: I have really no joke over 1000 Logins saved in 1Password, migrating them by hand is mad work, is there any importer option for 1Password?

If I copy an Enpass generated password to my clipboard it does not persist in the Windows clipboard history (Win + V). I understand the concern about not copying into the cloud clipboard but that should be my choice whether or not to persist into my clipboard history. It's quite a hassle if I want to use that generated password beyond the next thing copied into the clipboard. It forced me to have to open up Notepad and immediately paste into there so I don't loose it.
