Enpass Support & Troubleshooting

I'm new to Android & Enpass. I have Enpass Pro on my Pixel Android phone. I loaded Enpass on my Windowns 10 PC. 1) Do I need to put the Pro version on my pc? All of my entries 100+ are there on my PC and my Phone. 2) Should Enpass automatically input login information on the PC and phone? It's not. Thanks in advance for any help!

Hello, I'm a casual user of enpass (free version), only for important passwords (mail, bank, etc.). Here is my question : can i access my passwords (generated by enpass) from a foreign computer (for example : from a cybercoffe abroad)? WIthout installing enpass on it i mean... Hi, Enpass supports Keyfiles already for some while already. As my tresor is a bit older, I was wondering if there is a way to add keyfile to existing tresor.

Until recently I could press ctrl-alt-# and select a login. My browser then opened a webpage and entered the passwort etc. Not this is over. I can select the login but nothin happens. What can I do? (I tried Vivaldi and Firefox with the same result.)

I've installed Enpass, through the hellish Microsoft Store as a download is not available. When running for the first time, I'm given an option on sych online via DropBox. After so sketchy Firefox integration, it fails with a "Something went wrong. Error -1" It seems the Enpass developers have taken cues from Microsoft for giving insightful error messages. So it won't work, it wont sync. Help please. Windows 10 - brand new install. Same with Firefox

Hello from MonteAlegre.eu We like to share password vaults with teams of different departments. For example my main vault is in my ggdrive the shared ones i can save and synchronise in other shared team drive accounts, but how can another who is logged in with his or her Main Vault in another account add the Team Vault without logout his main account Thank you!!

My webdav password has changed (due to the password expiry policy) so enpass sync is failing as it is trying to use the old password. so far as to be expected although the error message from Enpass is some obscure error number and could be more helpful (other apps would ask you to re-enter the password in such circumstances). However, I am struggling to work out how to tell Enpass the new password withou having to cancel sync and then reenter all the webdab settings from scratch (which with multiple vaults and devices would be an unacceptably cumbersome process) Matthew p.s. Hi Enpass Team, Thank you for developing Enpass. I am on the process of switching from a long-time 1Password user to Enpass and have to admit I like it so much more than the others I have tried out. After trying out a while, I would suggest to improve a bit regarding Enpass's UI. Instead of waiting for the user to click 'Unlock', Enpass can automatically unlock if the entered PIN/master password is correct, otherwise, issue a vibration or sound to inform the user to retry. I have installed Enpass Desktop in Ubuntu and using it together with browser extensions and it was totally successful. Unfortunately, when I connected my laptop to an external monitor Dell 2K and set to its native resolution. The browser extensions are no longer working properly as seen in the attached pictures. They work normally again when I disconnected the external monitor. Thus, I suspect that there are some issues dealing with 2K/HiDPI resolution.

I have recently tried to use Enpass with Opera, owing to my interest in the built-in VPN. The available Enpass extension is loaded, but will not work with the current version of Enpass. Whenever I try to use it it complains that the extension is out of date. Are there plans to update it? Thank you.

Hey Enpass Team, i want to move over to another Password Manager. My choice is Safe in Cloud. Problem is i have a big database with a lot of custom fields, attachments and TOTP Codes. if i export a CSV File, half of these info are lost and i cannpt import them in Safe in Cloud. Is there a way to let Enpass behind me, without much hassle? Thank you for answering.

I have version 6 on one PC and version 5 portable on another PC. I want to export the data (or create a backup) from Version 6 and import it into version 5. But there is no format that makes this possible. Version 5 only accepts .wallet or .db files Version 6 does not export or backup in those formats. What can I do?

Hey guys, I'm using Ansible to deploy some services, and inside the config some variables are encrypted using Ansible Vault. Usually I need to copy-paste the password from Enpass to the terminal when Ansible asks for the password, but it also supports passing a path to an executable file that should print the password to stdout so that it can access for example the system keyring. I have Enpass on my desktop and Ipad and both were working fine. Somehow I now I have to input my master password 5 times on the ipad before it unlocks Enpass, I only input it once on the desktop version. I have no idea why or even less how to correct it. I know the Enpass team is working hard on a good Favicons solution, but in the mean time, can we please get a full set of alpha-numeric icons under "Miscellaneous"? I'm truly stumped as to why there are icons only for the letters G, H, I, P, Q, R, X, and Z, but no other letters or numbers. And why is G the only one that's lower case?

Hey Enpass Team, in my opinion you really Fuc*** up the newest version of Enpass 6. Im currently in the state of mind, that im sick on reporting bugs and defects. (Great btw that you cut support for portable version with Enpass6 and not telling anybody) I just want a working password manager. Basically i want Enpass 5. I found already the source links for Enpass5 Deskop programs. Problem is my iOS devices. What is it good for? Ok, I have at least one website, where I know that I have to change my password within 3 month, otherwise my account will become inactive and I'll have to go through a difficult restore process. So I have a reminder on my phone. But how do I benefit from that password expiry feature in Enpass? Will I get notifications (push on mobile devices?) that my password will expire in the next few days?
