Autofilling and Desktop Browser Extensions

Hi all Sometimes I want to Login Websites which needs the Loginname first after hit Enter oder click Next Button I come to the Site where I can enter the Passwort. On this sites The Autofill fails, it is entering the correct Loginname but not the Password. On Keepass you can configure the Login in a way like fill the Loginname,enter, Fill Password ,enter. Is there a way to do this Enpass? Best regards

Enpass is opening the website on a new tab instead of auto filling the username and password when the site address does not match what was saved in Enpass. I already have match site exactly turned off. This happened on Western Union website while I was adding a bank account to the site through their "paywithmybank.com" login to add my Chase account to the western union site. I understand that this "bug" is probably a feature you guys are trying to use to avoid phishing attacks. However please give me the option at least to allow autofill into 3rd party sites. Edit: i forgot to tell you I am using Google Chrome Version 77.0.3865.90 (Official Build) (64-bit).

The Browser shortcut doesn't work for Account Alias Login Pages on AWS Console. I have to click off of the input then the shortcut works. I am using Chrome 76.0.3809.100 and Enpass 6.1.3 (420) on Mac 10.14.6 I can't paste the link to it as it has a token it in. So you can get to that login page by going to: https://console.aws.amazon.com/ Then adding a random account ID like "happy" then click next. There you will see a login with 3 fields. Account ID, IAM User, and Password. Whenever on that page with one of the fields having focus the Shortcut doesn't do anything. For now I am just clicking off of the inputs, but it is annoying. Dear support, Since some time (about a week or so), the autosave feature stopped to work for no obvious reason (at least for me). Namely, for instance, when I put in my login and password at Steam (https://store.steampowered.com/) the application does not propose to save it in Enpass (though it is not present there). I tried to reinstall the extension, didn't help. Here are the software I am using: MacOS 10.14.6 (18G87), Firefox 68.0.2 64bit, Adguard 2.1.2.595, Enpass 6.1.3 (420). Before this happened, everything was pretty smoothly. Looking forward to your suggestions.

Why is the auto-filling on Chrome on the extension's bar? Wouldn't it be better placed at the login's and password's fields better? The extension is great, but you should also add the auto-filling in the fields Is it possible to do that? I think most password managers use that way and most people seem to enjoy more the experience like that, including myself. Thank you for the app, love it.

Press cmd+t to get a new tab, then press cmd+/ for Enpass helper. Nothing happens. When on (almost) any other page, the same shortcut works fine.

If I want to fill passwords in Safari for some pages a new Window/Tab is opened and then the password filled. It makes no difference if I use the keyboard shortcut or the enpass button. It seems mostly SPA Sites are effected. In chrome the same Sites are filled correctly. In Enpass 5 everything works in Safari well. It's a annoying behavior.

Hi, A few days ago Firefox started "blocking" the Enpass assistant. If I click on the extension icon in order to bring up the assistant, I just see a quick flash of the notification that says that the assistant is ready, but that's just a split-second, and then it vanishes. The assistant never pops up. It's almost as if Firefox is blocking it. Eventually I removed authorization for Firefox from within the Enpass desktop app, to see if that would make a difference. Now, when I try to bring up the assistant, it opens a new tab that shows the authorization code which I would need to enter in the desktop app, but that tab is then also closed a split-second later. Hi, I'm using Enpass 6.1.2, Firefox extension 6.0.2 with Firefox 68.0.1, all on MacOS 10.14.5 When I open the extension I cannot use the search box: when clicking into it there is no cursor and any typing seems to be ignored. This happens regardless of whether the extension has already found a match due to the URL or not. Cheers

When I move Enpass into the Chrome menu and then open it, selecting any item selects the corresponding item in the menu beneath it. It makes it difficult to use.

If the Firefox extension on my Windows 10 64 Bit Computer is enabled. I always must add a space after a domain in the adressbar, otherwise I am not able to send the request for the domain. So I need to enter "example.com " instead of "example.com". This only happens on my windows Computer.

Hi Enpass Team, A little bit of an odd problem for you, one I am guessing is probably only going to be of an issue to my client and no one else. The client uses an app on Android for the service WriteUpp, which is a practice management service. Enpass happily autofills the username and password but the app also requires the client's dedicated URL which is in the form of: https://my-practice-name.writeupp.com. While the URL is included in the Enpass record it does not autofill, I have included a screenshot of the app log in page. Hi there, since upgrading to v6, Autofill is working but very slowly. It takes a least around 15-20 seconds before the dialog pops ups System information: macOS 10.14.2, Enpass 6.0.2 (292), Safari browser, synchronization is done via iCloud Any clues why this is happening? Appreciate the help!

After Firefox has updated to 68.0.1 I can't use the Enpass extension anymore, it gives an error 403 even after removing and re-installing the extension from your site.

The extensions pop up window's UI look like it's extremely zoomed in, so that only a small part of it is visible and it becomes completely unusable (see screenshot here - https://ibb.co/NYHfcky). Only restarting the computer helped, but the problem recurred a short while after. Tried on Chrome and Safari and both demonstrate the same behavior. Has anyone aware of such a problem? Any applicable known solution? Thanks!

Hey guys, I just moved from 1password to Enpass since I was looking for a cross-platform (iOS, OSX, Windows) solution and I didn't wanted to pay for a subscription. Everything works nice and the import from my 1Password datas was very fast. Now I just tried to update the Safari Browser Shortcut to <cmd>+<enter> as I was using it in 1Password. This is unfortunately not working: "Not able to capture the shortcut". I even tried to update the file saved under: ~/Library/Group Containers/7ADB8CC6TF.in.sinew.Enpass-Safari-Group/Library/Preferences No success. Could you please help me on that point? I used Enpass extension on Firefox already a long time. The extension suddenly diasappeared from Firefox (ande Chrome). On installing it again the enpass "assistant cannot find the enpass app". As far as I can see on Chrome it happens there also, but Firefox is my priority. Firefox vs: 68.0. Enpass vs: 5.6.10. I know the newest Enpass vs is 6.0.4, but I am not prepared to update it, because a few monthes ago I had serious troubles with that version (I could not reach my passwords anymore and had to restore the older version of Enpass, it has taken me a lot of time to restore my passwords). I use Kaspersky anti-virus software and Windows Defender Firewall. Please help

Hello world, I'm running Enpass 6.1.1 on mac OS X High Sierra 10.13.0 and Firefox 68.0 The Enpass extension is unable to find an entry corresponding to the current website, but when I do a manual search it appears. It's a frustrating and time-consuming issue. Is there an obvious setting I should be using to avoid it? Here's 2 screenshots of my experience.

Hi, When I come to a site in Chrome that has a Login/password saved, there is no visual indicator on the extension icon that a password is saved. It doesn't light up. Most extensions I use will up when active/usable. Help! This web page had a password saved, but icon is gray and there is no indicator that there is a Login saved for the page.
