I transferred my Enpass to a new phone. account verified. I have deregistered the old phone from linked Devices All logged in and passed security and sync to DropBox ..... initially only 10 items, I clicked on 'already registered' and gave my email, and you sent authentication code. So all that done ... and it then gave me '25' items. How do I recover to all my items, as on my other device, and as previously on phone - I purchased lifetime license for up to 3 devices.

Purchased an Enpass Pro Lifetime Licence many years ago (2015/16'ish) for a LG G5+ which is now (and forever) at Android 7 vintage which is now becoming very limiting as security is now regarded as weak. Have purchased a Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G which updated itself from Android 11 to 13. Is it possible/permitted to transfer the Licence from the LG to the Redmi?

The setup process is a bit different from other password managers and I am new. When I first setup, I was offered 3 options: 1. on mobile and desktop ... Activate (which is same as login) 2a. on mobile ... Continue - select cloud / wifi where want to keep data 2b. on desktop ... Crate master password .. and then I got the option to register (Entitled for a free upgrade).. which gives me essentially the basic account I am a bit confused about this registration process. Hello Enpass Support Forum, I recently bought a new phone. It is an iPhone XS with iOS. I previously had an used an old Huawei Phone with Android. Back then I purchased the One-Time-Lifetime-Licence of the Google Playstore for Android. I thought, that I could successfully migrate my Enpass data with just logging into the iOS Enpass App. Unfortunately that was not the case. Now I am wondering what I have to do to get my valuable data onto my iPhone. Do I have to buy a new license or can I somehow use the old license and my already existing account? Best Regards, Anett

I have been a happy user of Enpass for a long time and I have the annual subscription. I would like to better understand how the subscription verification works. I read that Enpass connects to the server every 24 hours to check the subscription, right? But sometimes I travel to places in the mountains and there is no internet. So if I can't connect to the Internet for 1 month or 2 months what happens? It blocks? Does the One-Time Plan subscription also connect every 24 to check the subscription?
