I have been using Enpass for years and it has been telling me I had a free Pro update. I never needed that since all as working but now the system has taking my IOS Enpass to only showing 10 items. What do I do? I have one ;Apple account and use it for three computers that are all different i.e. one for entertainment, one for Media production and one for financial. Each of these devices have different Enpass vaults. Each vault is backed up to Google with separate Google Apps emails. The financial IOS could no longer access the financial vault. Yes it was displaying that I could upgrade to Pro for free but I didn't want to co-mingle the three vaults so I di…

I recently switched from android to ios. I purchased enpass pro on android in 2018. how could I upgrade my enpass ios to pro? I thought if I purchased pro before I could use it on any platform

So I think there may have been a trial version install some months ago, but never used, but now that I am committing to the switch to use Enpass, I downloaded and installed from the App Store and its asking for a Master password that I dont have. Is there a file I can delete that will "reset" enpass to prompt me to set up a new file and account etc. etc. there was nothing in any of the trial versions installed, it was to test and review the interface and abilities of Enpass, Bitwarden and others so there is no threat of PW or data loss.

I had the full version of Enpass which I purchased from the Apple store 08/22/2014. I am now limited to viewing just 25 items. It appears that there is now a subscription plan but I have to believe you would not force existing paid users to a subscription plan. I need assistance as I need to access my full list, how do I do this ? Thank you, - Mark

I have now installed enpass, assigned a password, ready to import from roboform. You have a lifetime option for 39.99 (I think), anyway, I clicked on that and it apparently wants me to download and install - which I have already done. Anyway - how do I now buy this?

On Thursday my access became limited. I was told I needed to pay a premium subscription to access above the 24 items limit. I did that because I needed some passwords urgently. It now requires me again to upgrade (!), and the price has gone higher !! And I still can't see my passwords. This is certainly a bug and needs fixing. Please help urgently

I have had fully paid version of the app for iOS and the Mac for some time, long before you introduced subscriptions. The apps have been bugging me for weeks about registering, always at the most inconvenient time when I need a password now. Today the iOS app suddenly stopped showing most of my passwords, so preventing me from logging into services I needed to access. I went to the Mac app, that had not been crippled, and supplied an email address that it was bugging for, and confirmed it with the code supplied. I then went back to the iOS app to try and get that working again. I entered the same email address, confirmed it with the new code, and - still most of…

I am changing email accounts and setting up Enpass at the same time. I purchased Enpass premium on iPhone. Then I updated my Apple Id to also reflect my new email and now I can't register the Enpass Premium with my online Enpass account so that I can use it on other devices (Linux/Windows). How do I resolve this? Thanks

May I ask whether the one-time payment is only for a certain version (such as 6) or all future versions (cross-version) do not need to pay for it?

I am using Enpass across my desktop and my Android phone (I have a paid subsciption). I have just noticed that the 2 versions are registered to different e-mails but sync to the same cloud account. Not quite sure how this is possible but my question is- If I change the e-mail on my desktop version to the email registered on the "paid version" (phone) will my data still sync properly across both devices?? Hi Enpass Team, Enpass on my Mac is reporting an error code 1800 whilst trying to restore a purchase via my Apple ID (invoice date: 02 Sep 2016). My Apple ID is the same as my Enpass forum email address. Any ideas on how to resolve this? Is there anything to be done on your end? thanks ls

Hello, I started using Enpass and try it for future Password manager for our small team. 1. there is no option how to upgrade to Pro (Android app is able to) Im on Fedora with Enpass version 6.3.3 (601) my colleague also cannot find where to upgrade to pro Windows 10, desktop client also 6.3.3 This is strange... you dont want our money? I bought Enpass for my android device a few Years ago (when it was only 10€). Now I got a new iOS device and there is only one none subscription option for 40$ (which now is for Android and iOS). According tho this article Enpass Blog I should have access to the pro features on my iOS device, but unfortunately I don't have. Currently I only have the free version on my iOS device, but pro features on my android phone and my laptop. How to get the pro version on my iOS device?

account info of Enpass in MacOS displays "Enpass Lite" while it displays "Enpass Pro(All Access(Lifetime))" in my Android device, why? should I pay for the macos version again although I've paid the Android version?? I logged in both devices using the exact same account

At https://www.enpass.io/pricing/ it says it has 50% off to upgrade to Premium - Ontime Purchase. But as I already have a 6 months subscription I can't seem to upgrade to 'One-time Purchase' :-/ I see I can only "upgrade" to a 12 months subscription for a lower price. Please help I don't want to miss out on this great offer.

A few years ago I was one of the early adopters using a paid Enpass app on my IOS Phone. I also shared this version with my familiy members. Now Enpass has moved to a subscription model. After lots of problems I finally have the Enpass system working again. But unfortunately my family members are currently limited to 25 passwords on their device. I am trying to recover their account but unfortunately without success. How can I get my working situation for my familiy back without having to pay again?

Good day! I purchased (lifetime) the iOS app using my Apple ID which is registered as a Apple ID family account today. The link to the Mac App on my Mac using my email address works smooth. I expected that the iOS version can be used to the same vault on another family member Apple ID iPhone. Long story short: I purchased the iOS app on one family device and expected that the iOS app is also included in the lifetime license as it is a family sharing app. However, when I loaded the app on my wife's iPhone, the app did not seem to be also unlimited? How to change that?

I already subscribed using iOS and was able to use the same vault with my laptop. However, I recently got an Android phone and for some reason, I can't do anything with the "already registered" option. I can enter my e-mail address but I just encounter a pop-up saying I'm not connected to the Internet. I'm pretty sure I'm connected to the Internet all the times I tried. To be honest, I'm a bit fed up with the issues and slow response to fix it so if it turns out I need TWO SEPARATE SUBSCRIPTIONS, I'd probably just move to another service. Hello, after successfull registration of several devices with my T-Online.de email I am now not receiving a otp email for new registration of an android device. Because my Gmail Email ist different from my T-Online Email I can not sign in with Google Account. I checked all SPAM folders and disabled SPAM detection in email settings. I think there is a general issue with T-Online.de emails because if i use a different domain I receive the email but can not register because my Google account is already linked to my T-Online Email. What should I do? This is really disappointing because I paid for enpass on Android, iOS and Windows in the past year.
