When I shutdown or restart my Mac mini 2018 running macOS Monterey, for half a second a window appears, saying that Enpass interrupted my Mac from shutdown/restart. Then the window disappears by itself, and my Mac shuts down/restarts. How can I solve this issue?

Are there any differences between the App Store and non-App Store versions of Enpass besides the in-app purchasing? I also notice the non-App Store version is a different version number than the App Store.

My system is EI captian 10.11, Enpass is 6.0.3. I from China I want to sync with dropbox, after allow the droxbox give the authorization, redirected to enpass, would not finish the sync and enpass crashed. why??

When I try to install the Enpass extension directly from the Enpass website (or from the downloaded extension) I get the message that it is a corrupted file and cannot be installed. I am using the latest Mac version of Firefox 50.1.0. Does anyone know why this might be happening? Thanks.

Hi, I've been spending hours at this stage trying to make my enpass firefox extension/add on auto fill my passwords whenever I want to login to a website and haven't gone anywhere. I've searched online for any help without any success. It's really incredibly frustrating. You would assume something as important as this would be trivial to set up. I added the firefox extension of course. I was going to attached a screenshot of my main enpass app settings but it seems like I can't even attach a file to this post. I would really appreciate any help on this since it really makes the use of enpass completely pointless at this stage

Hello, Can we use Enpass Portable as a backup if the Enpass Desktop have any issue to open ? I mean working with both if necessary ? What do we need to do ? Do we need to sync Enpass Desktop and Portable databases ? Thanks for your opinions.

It would be nice to specify what is considered "special characters" I have an account that I have to change the password ridiculously often. This password has to be at least 16 characters, and contain upper, lower, numbers and specials. (Not bad so far) Except that it does not permit any of the following for a special character :: '"[]{}()@#$%&/\; It requires two of the following:: :!-_,.?^*|+= As you can imagine cycling through random generation until I get lucky can be a PITA. Hi, I don't use the Enpass Assistant at all as it does not fit to my personal way how I use Enpass (based on this I also highly require direct Touch ID support in the desktop app!). This is how I use Enpass: I don't open webpages via Enpass. I usually (well in my case 100%) am already on the website on in the app where I require to logon My passwords are mostly NOT 100% stored in Enpass. What I mean is: I don't store the full password in Enpass but only the part of it so I have to add something to the password. Hey, I downloaded the lastest version of Enpass on my newly set up Macbook Air M1. I'm not able to connect Sync. I testet Dropbox and WebDav and both is not working. Tested Enpass from App Store and Downloaded from Website. Anyone with the same problem? Or solutions here? Error Message: "Etwas ist schief gelaufen.Fehler 35." Thank you all!

Hi, after reloading Enpass I have to sync my passwords with my Dropbox vault. But now I get the prompt to insered the password of the data. What is meant? my valut passort or my dropbox password? On both I get a error wrong password. Whats going wrong there? Cheers

Sometimes, especially when using an external monitor attached to my laptop, the Chrome extension (used in Vivaldi in my case) displays its contents at the wrong scale. The Safari extension does the same thing. This is both the locked and unlocked screen. It doesn't respond to clicks in the expected way, but I can still use it if I stick to the keyboard. Just checked and the menu bar app does the same thing too. However the desktop app looks fine. Mac OS Mojave, latest Vivaldi, Safari, Enpass.

Using Firefox 98.0.1 on Mac OS 10.14.6 and I am trying to authenticate the browser, but, when I try I am not able to type the passcode into the "authenticate browser" window. Ok, well, it looks like I figured it out. Looks like I had to quit Enpass, and then click on the Enpass icon in the browser which prompted a relaunch of the app. That then gave me the authentication window and this time I was able to type in the code. Very strange.

Dear Enpass Support, if I try to export a vault, the JSON-File has 0 (Zero) Bytes after "succesful export". If I ty to import this file, enpass says "nothin got import". I am using 6.8.4 (1166) Mac-Verision and 6.8.4 (1167) Website-Verions on MacOS 10.14.6

Logged into Enpass today to get a password and, while scrolling down the entries, came across an icon that caught my eye. It was bright red and I didn't recognize it. When I selected it, it turned out to be an entry for Taobao. It had the website URL and that is all. Below the entry was the info that is was created yesterday and the last time it was modified was yesterday. I did not create this entry. Any ideas how this could happen? All other items in Enpass are either ones I've created or a couple that were Enpass samples and I haven't deleted, for one reason or another. Hi, Many times when I'm using enpass, and i try to look for a password from extension, it displays the same square as always but the content is zoomed and I can't press the correct option because it doesn't match the show zone with the clicable zone. Anyone found same problem? Thank's in advantage!

When attempting to delete an entry using only the keyboard, the desktop mac app does not put the cursor on the popup confirmation window. The window pops up, and TAB, ENTER, or the arrow keys do not function. The only key that appears to work from here is ESC, which does close the window. Because ESC works, but nothing else I can conclude that the window has focus and is accepting keyboard keys, however this is not the case for any _other_ key.

I purchased the Pro Version back in Dec of 2018 and for some reason when I click restore purchase from my macbook it says I have not purchased the pro version yet. How can I get this resolved?

Is there a way to keep the Enpass menubar icon interface locked open and on top while entering info in another app? When I click on it and search for a password it disappears every time I click into another app to enter info. When I click on the Enpass Menubar Icon again I have to search each time for the info before I am able to copy the next piece I need. Thank you for any help.

I am running into this error. What can I do?

I'm new to Enpass and am just trying it out. I would like to switch from 1Password. 2 Items: 1) I installed Enpass on my Mac (latest Mojave) and Windows 10 (latest update). I'm syncing via Dropbox. When putting a new password in the Mac it will sync to the windows but not vise versa. 2) also when I create a new password (like making the account for this forum), 1Password asked me to store the password but Enpass does not.

Just today I see that my primary vault is not syncing to other devices via Wi-Fi. The error message in the desktop app (which is the sync server) and on devices is "Password of data on Wi-Fi Sync Server is required". I don't know what this means. I don't have a separate password for the Primary vault, just the main password. What is it asking for exactly? I have rebooted and relaunched everything and there is no change. Thanks!

Hi! Just installed an update 6.3.1 (576) and now login via fingerprint is no longer working. In the settings I see my account with the info Enpass pro - full access - lifetime. In the last setting menu option Extended I restored also my purchases (Einkäufe wiederherstellen). But in menu item security (Sicherheit) I only have the option for a PIN and no fingerprint. Already removed the application and reinstalled it via AppStore.
