Please confirm if you have completed the following steps to use Enpass for passkey management: Set Enpass as the Preferred Service: Go to your device Settings. Search for "Password, passkeys, and data services." Select Enpass as the preferred service. Enable Android Credential Management for Passkeys: Open the Chrome browser. Type “chrome://flags” in the address bar. Enable “Temporarily unexpire M124 flags.” Search for “Android Credential Management for Passkeys.” Select "Enabled for Google Password Manager and 3rd party passkeys." If you have already enabled both settings and are still facing the issue, please provide a list of websites where the passkey is functioning correctly with Enpass and those where the problem persists. Looking forward to your confirmation and additional details!

Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue: If Enpass is not yet set up, open the Enpass app and click on "Personal." Click on "Skip Activation" and create a local vault by selecting the "On This Device" option. Go to Settings -> Upgrade Options -> View All Plans. (The plans may not load initially.) If the plans are not loaded, go back and click on "View All Plans" again. An error should appear on the View Plans page. (Please share the error code with us.) After the error has appeared, go back and register the app. Please share the error code you encounter, so we can further investigate the issue. Note: If you are downloading Enpass from unknown and unofficial sources, we will not be able to assist you.

We have forwarded your request to the concerned team as a feature suggestion, and we will update you once we have more information. In the meantime, please try the following troubleshooting steps as a workaround: Disable the VPN on all devices. Go to Firewall settings -> Firewall and network protection -> Allow an app through firewall. Click on Change settings. Find Enpass Password Manager in the list and check the box next to it. Ensure both Public and Private checkboxes are selected, then click OK. Create a Wi-Fi server on your desktop and search for it from another device using Enpass.

Two different Master PW for different (shared) Vaults?
Amandeep Kumar replied to Hombianer's topic in Desktop
Thank you for being a long-time Enpass user—it's great to hear that you're happy with the service! To achieve the setup you're looking for, here's how you can restructure your vaults: Create Separate User Accounts on macOS: Since you and your family share the same OS account, it would be best to create separate macOS user accounts for you and your family members. This will ensure that your vaults are kept separate and secure. Set Up Family Vault with a New Master Password: On your family member's macOS account, open Enpass and go to the Family Vault. Change the Master Password for the Family Vault to something that only your family members know. This way, your family will be able to access the Family Vault using their own Master Password, while you can still access it using your Master Password. Access Both Vaults: On your macOS account, you can continue to access both your Work and Family Vaults with your current Master Password. This setup will allow your family to have their own access to the Family Vault while keeping your Work Vault separate. If you need any further assistance with the process, feel free to reach out. -
Browser extension not working on Mac OS 15 Sequoia
Amandeep Kumar replied to Egregius's topic in Mac
We’re pleased to inform you that the issue has been resolved, and we have released an updated version of the Enpass app. Please download the latest version of Enpass (https://www.enpass.io/downloads/) and check if it resolves the issue. -
Enpass uses a secure communication protocol between the browser extension and the desktop application to ensure that any access request is legitimate and user-initiated. It is highly unusual for an app like Telegram to request access through Enpass, as such requests are typically reserved for browser extensions. Some applications might attempt to communicate with other applications, but rest assured, without explicit authorization from you via Enpass, no other application will gain access to your data. To assist you further, could you please provide more details about the specific circumstances when this dialog appeared? Additionally, you can enable logging in Enpass to capture detailed information about these requests, which might help us understand what triggered the prompt. Please let us know if you have any other questions or need further assistance. #SI-3950

I'll quickly ask the Technical Team to look into this and share their findings with you. I'll keep you updated on any developments. Enpass thanks you for your support and patience regarding this issue. #SI-3946

You're correct that the URL matching logic in Enpass currently distinguishes between different subdomains, such as example.com and www.example.com. This can sometimes lead to the creation of a new entry instead of adding the passkey to an existing one. Your feedback about treating subdomains as part of the same domain for passkey assignment is valuable, and I'll pass it along to our development team for consideration. SI-3947
