Please follow the below steps to troubleshoot this issue and let us know if this doesn't work- Take a backup of your Enpass database on Windows 10 device via File > Backup All Vaults. Disconnect Sync from Dropbox on all 3 devices. Login into Dropbox account on Windows 10 desktop browser. Navigate to Apps Folder -> Enpass folder -> Vault.enpassdbsync -> Delete all files. Now open Enpass on Windows 10 device and enable Sync from Dropbox. Wait till the sync is configured successfully. Enable Dropbox sync on all other devices.

  15. Hey @Mike P. Apologies for the trouble. As you have synced the Enpass data with iCloud and also you are able to access Enpass data on your iMac, then follow the below steps on the macOS Laptop- Please uninstall the existing Enpass and re-install the Enpass app again from our website using this link (click on download given in the bottom) and restore the Enpass data from the iCloud. If the Enpass app still does not unlock the application with the correct master password then please update the same to us so that we can investigate further. Thanks!

Also, please share the following details so that we can investigate where the problem could be. Can you please let me know on which app or websites are you facing this problem? Is the auto-fill feature working fine on another browser?

  20. Hey @ELECTRICPURPLE Thanks for using Enpass and writing to us. To sync your vault of Enpass database with one-drive cloud so that you and your wife both can access and edit the database saved in Enpass. To do so, please follow the steps mentioned below- Open Enpass on your device and go to Enpass settings --> Click on 'Vaults' --> Select the vault which you wish to share with your wife---> Select ‘Set up Sync’ and choose a one-drive cloud account to your database. Enter your one-drive cloud account details, follow the instructions, and wait till the sync is done. Open Enpass on your wife’s device--> Click on ‘Settings’ → Click on ‘Vaults’ --> Click on “+“ to create a new vault/ Select the vault you wish to sync ---> Select ‘Set up Sync’ and choose the same cloud account from which you had enabled sync on your device. Once the sync is done, the database from your device will be restored(visible) on your wife’s device. Also, you can refer to this FAQ. Yes. To resolve this issue, kindly logout from the one-drive cloud account from your default browser and try to set-up sync again. If the problem persists, please make another browser a default browser to set-up sync with one-drive cloud and check. Let me know if you have any query. Hope this helps!

  22. Hey @CleosMom You can download website version of Enpass on your macOS using this link (website version is given at the bottom of the page under the name 'Download from website). The option to change database location is only available for app downloaded from Enpass website as stated above. If you have downloaded Enpass from app store, it won’t be possible to change the database location. To change the database location in website version, please follow these steps: Open Enpass → Under Settings, go to Advanced → Click on Change Location to change the data location.
