Hello, Using the same enpass acount, and the same OneDrive Vault account, and using the most up to date versions of Enpass installed on two devices: 1) Android; 2) windows 7 desktop; It is not syncing properly. I've been using Enpass for many years and haven't had any issues. Currently my desktop has 145 logins; I click 'sync' and all appears to be working. no error messages. Currently my android has 143 logins; I click 'sync' and the missing 2 should "appear". But they don't. The desktop does not appear to be "pushing" to the cloud the two missing logins. Any he
  2. I'm using Enpass on Windows, Android, and Mac. They are all set up to sync with OneDrive, and this has worked for years. After upgrading my Mac to Big Sur, I am now constantly getting this error whenever Enpass attempts to sync my vault: Sync Error: "No data found on OneDrive" This is obviously false. The vault is there and all other Enpass apps can access it. If I click "Resolve Now," that will temporarily fix the issue by uploading the Mac's local copy of the vault to OneDrive.   3. Hello World, I'm using Enpass 6.6.0 (770) on my Windows 10 device. There is a sync from Windows to my Dropbox account which works fine so far. On my iPhone 7 (iOS 14.4) I'm using the Enpass App 6.6.2 (530). In the iOS app I get the error message that I have to input the correct Dropbox password. I have tried to disconned both devices from the Dropbox-Sync, delete/renamed the old vault file on my Dropbox folder and reconnected both devices to the sync process. Still only the Windows version is able to sync. Do you have any idea how I can solve this? Thanks, sega
  4. Hello, Can someone please provide a step by step guide on how to sync 1 vault between two devices by using a folder sync application? I'm using resilio for this. I can create a new vault on one device and setup a sync via folder. I can see my .enpassdbsync file property shared between my devices. However, when I try to set up the second device, there is no option to immediately setup a synced vault. This means that I have to create a second vault and then I can only setup a sync for that vault too.. I want to only have 1 vault, not 2. If I try to restore the s
  5. Hi all, I'm using an M1 Mac with macOS Big Sur 11.1 (20C69) and Enpass 6.5.2 (726). When I try to import a vault from Google Drive, Enpass restore dialog asks for a keyfile. But, there is no key file for this vault. I can't import the vault without a keyfile. It works on various other devices without a key file being "required". Does anyone know the problem?   6. modified and existing entry (driver's license) on my android and attached as photos (not attachments) of the front and back of my physical license. these do not sync to my desktop either auto or manually. duplicated the entry which ignored the photos but did sync (obviously without the photos. textual changes get synced but photos do not android -> windows 10
  7. Suddenly yesterday afternoon, Enpass refused to sync with Dropbox. Enpass says the Dropbox password is wrong, but it's not. I logged into Dropbox.com using the same password, no problem at all. So in Enpass, I disconnected from the Dropbox account, then went through Set Up Sync" again, and that went just fine, but when I get back to Enpass, it still says "Sync error. Password of data on Dropbox is required." I click "Resolve now," it asks be for the password, I enter the exact same password as I entered on Dropbox.com, and...it just cycles me back to the same error. So...what now?
  8. Hello I would like to sync vaults using pCloud. But, when 2FA is enabled on pCloud, it is not possible to use the WebDAV protocol for synchronisation. It would be great to have proper pCloud integration in Enpass for a more secure and convenient way to synchronise vaults. I'm aware this feature has already been requested here and here. Since the first request was in 2017, I would just like to register more support for this. Many thanks
  9. I upgraded last week to macOS Big Sur 11.1 and see now for a couple of days that on each day I need to reauthenticate to iCloud. Afterwards the sync works fine but it's pretty annoying. Could imagine that new AppleID login screen, which I can confirm with TouchID, causes some trouble? Using Enpass via AppStore, so version 6.5.2. My Mac is an MBP 13 from 2017 with Safari as primary browser. Thanks for the help.

  11. I have set more than one vault. They are hosted on different cloud services. I would like to have them all synchronised but in the settings I can see only "Always Save Items to Vault:" and I can select only one. Am I missing something?
  12. I recently upgraded to a newer iphone, and copied the content from the old one to the new. At first, I was pretty pleased/surprised to see that all my passwords were migrated as well, with the cloud sync & all. Sadly, it completely blew up my OneDrive sync. It feels like the new iphone has a different enpass DB, with the same content, and that it could not sync anymore with the cloud. On other device I was told that the Enpass database has been removed from OneDrive and was offered to repload it. When doing so, I was greeted with the same error on my new iphone (and so on).
  13. Hi There, This is my first time asking here a question. I''ll try to describe the issue i'm facing. I have bought a new laptop recently and i installed the enpass App on it. After logging in successfully now i want to sync it with my cloud data and here is the issue. It asks for a password so that the Enpass application can synchronize the data between the cloud and the new installed application.   14. Trying to setup Enpass to sync with Google Drive using my new Android phone (Samsung S2 FE). Once I select Google Drive in the 'Sync With' drop down box, I get a prompt that Enpass wants to access my Google account. I press Allow, and the prompt screen returns. I am stuck in a loop. Please advise what the problem is?

Got a problem:- Used free version on Win 10 Paid for lifetime license Installed Empass app on Android Updated Win 10 version on PC Synched Enpass on PC with GoogleDrive Checked that file is in GoogleDrive Synched Enpass on Android with GoogleDrive No Enpass data visible/accessible in Android Any thoughts?   17. Hi, I am trying to setup a 'family vault' to share creds whithin my family. I created a new secondary vault. When I try to enable Sync with google drive, the google authentication pops up in my browser where I enable Anpass Access (for another google-Account than my primary vault-sync-account). I get: Authorization Finished! but hitting the 'redirect' - button doesn' t do anything. The loading-ring in Enpass (current version on Win1909) keeps turning but nothing happens. Reboot doesn' t help.
  18. Sometimes when I scroll through my saved data, the Enpass windows are flickering and suddenly I have to start scrolling from the top again. Even when I am editing an item and Enpass is synchronizing in the background, I sometimes have to press the edit button again and start editing the item again.
  19. Hey all! There is presently an issue with the OneDrive sync, as reported by users in the forum here. We're aware of the problem and are already thinking of a fix to it. Meanwhile, we request you to follow the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the same forum post by our team members. If the issue persists, even after following the troubleshooting steps, we'll recommend reinstalling the app as a temporary fix to the problem. Thanks.
  20. I got a problem about restore my backup. I try to restore my backup file from desktop client(mac os), here is the steps: 1. Settings -> Auto Backups -> choose the last auto backup file from Previous Backups, try to restore. 2. click [Continue]. input the password and restore successfully. util this step. everything is fine. 3. then Enpass tell me, I need activate, (that's confusing, before i restored, I have activated Enpass to pro already) 4. so, I have to activated Enpass again. and try to sync data to my iCould, when i click sync, all the items is gone. seems E

    Sync problem

    Hello, I have been using Enpass for a few years and it has served me well. My needs are simple - my devices are a desktop and a laptop - both win 10. My vault is on OneDrive. I use my desktop 80% of the time but when away from my city home, I use my laptop. Until today, I thought that there was one vault (database) which was accessed by both devices. Then I discovered a password on Enpass on the laptop which was a previous version. Further exploration confirmed it. My desktop vault info says I have 103 passwords but my laptop shows only 93. Hi, I have another account I used in my old iPod touch, it doesn't have a lot but when I want to sync it with another Android device and it asked me for the master password, it shows that it's not correct. I keeps trying but no use. So, I deleted the main folder in Google Drive so I can start fresh. It didn't work and it keeps asking the main password. Need your help, until now I couldn't new device setup as Enpass is the first app I install to make it easy to complete setup and installing other apps.
  23. Enpass 6.3.3 (596); Windows 10 (18362). I'd been using sync for a long time, but today Enpass said it needed to "reauthorize" my OneDrive sync. So I click the button, and the little spinner spins forever, with nothing happening. So I clicked the "disconnect" button, and tried to "Set up Sync" all over again.   24. I got a note that Enpass now supports OneDrive for Business. Many thanks for this! I have a question. On my Windows 10 laptop, i got the Enpass app installed. 1) i have a personal vault (primary) located on OneDrive Personal 2) i have a second vault located on OneDrive for Business.   25. I am starting to love Enpass. But I am also minimizing my dependencies on cloud services like Google Drive, Dropbox etc. I have switched to SyncThing which is now used to sync my Whatsapp msg backup folder, the Whatsapp media folder, my phone camera folder and my phone pictures folder. The most important one is Enpass. I believe this would simply work if Enpass would store the encrypted database in a folder that has the same name/structure across OS's (Debian, Android, Windows). Can this be easily implemented?
