  3. Hi @Shelly, Welcome to the forums! We would like to inform you that if you want to can change the data location, it is currently available in the Website version of Enpass. To download Enpass website version have a look at this link. Note: Before uninstalling the app make sure you already have the backup of Enpass data.
  4. Hi @adrinux, I would like to share that some devices don't have "write permission" in some directories so Enpass is not able to create file/folder at that location that's why the button "Done" is disabled at that location. Thanks for your co-operation.
  5. Hi @Coops, Thanks for writing back in. We would like to inform you that if you are sharing your Enpass database with anyone, then only he will be able to access all the vaults. But if you are only sharing any specific vault(secondary vault), then the user requires to unlock it using that vault password only. Why can't I dynamically switch between different data files which require different passwords to access? Currently, there is no such feature in Enpass, which requires a different password for the vaults. However, we have noted down your valuable suggestion and forwarded it to the concerned team for further consideration. Thanks for your feedback!

  7. Hi @Podrageanu, Sorry for the trouble you are going through. Please have a look at our user manual to enable the extension in the Safari browser. Once the extension is installed, you will be able to use keyboard shortcut using the shortcut, which you have set in Enpass browser setting. If you have any further queries, let us know.

Currently, you can print or export the data from Enpass Desktop version only by following the below steps- To Print -->Open Enpass --> Click on 'File' Menu --> Tap on 'Print' --> Select the item or vault --> Print. To Export --> Open Enpass --> Click on 'File' Menu --> Tap on 'Export' --> Select the item or vault --> Export. Thanks!
