Hi @dridde, Update It seems that your entry has one password field in the saved web-form. Please click on the "Show Webform" on the info page and check if there is any password field having a weak password. Thanks.

Autofill Problems with certain pages

On which device (along with OS version) are you using Enpass? Which Enpass and Enpass extension version are you using? Which browser are you using? Also, let us know, which part of Autofill is not working. Whether username/password fields are not getting filled or It is not getting auto submitted after filing the login fields? Hi @my2ct, Welcome to the forums! I suggest that you reset the Windows Store cache as per the below mentioned steps and check: Press Windows key and R key together to open the Run Window. Typewsreset.exe and press Enter key for the command to execute. You can also run Windows store app troubleshooter and check if it helps: In the search box, type troubleshooting. Click on view all and select Windows store app. Click next and follow the instruction. If the problem still persists, please try to make a new User Account and try installing Enpass in the new user account and let us know if that works.

Hi @vampyren, Thanks for writing back in. We recommend all the supported cloud to sync data. As you want to check the sync file, then you must use OneDrive. If you face any issue, let us know. By the way, I found some strange behavior like when I copy a password it dont copy it to clipboard. Happened several times. Also once it copied something else into the clipboard after 3 tries it copied the right data. Very strange. Its hard to reproduce, it happens random! Please let us know what steps you are performing so we can investigate at our end. Also, let us know in which device you are facing this issue and which Enpass version you are using. Thanks for your co-operation.

Hi @vampyren, Thanks for writing back in. The Enpass API for iCloud/Google Drive uses the Cloud kit, which saves the data internally. It's hidden, and only the Enpass app can access its data collected in Cloud. If you want to check the Enpass encrypted file, which is saved in your Cloud, then you must sync with any other cloud-like OneDrive, Dropbox, or Box. I hope this can also be changed (maybe an option in the program so users can choose, maybe by hiding you add more security but again its should be users choice). Hope you understand my point? No. Even if you’ve bought the Enpass Pro on one platform (Android, for example), the complimentary subscription would give you access to Enpass Pro on all platforms (Android, iOS, etc). Hi @Dominique65, Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. For quick troubleshooting, disconnect the sync from all the devices and reconnect it again. Now do some sample change like mark any item to favorite, add a new item in any one device. Now check does the changes are reflected in other devices?

OTP out of Sync
