Hi guys, Sorry to hear about your trouble. This issue has been fixed and the update will be available to you through the beta channel. You can turn on the beta update from Enpass settings. Log into Enpass --> Settings --> Advanced --> Enable Beta updates. Cheers!

Database items duplicated!
Hi @0rAX0 , Normally this problem happens when data is imported from other password manager on two different devices. We are unable to reproduce this issue in our lab in any other scenario. Sorry to say, but there is no way to automatically delete duplicate items, so you have to manually delete the duplicate items. Thanks for your understanding!

TouchID in the share sheet
Hi @mkloeffer Sorry to hear about your trouble. For quick troubleshooting please disable Touch ID from Enpass settings and Enable it again. If your problem still persists, please let me know are you able to unlock Enpass app using Touch ID and currently which Enpass version are you using so that we can investigate where the problem could be.

Database size
Hi @zer0r00t Thanks for writing in. Yes, currently the size of Enpass database is compressed only if you delete a large no of the attachments in Enpass database. Sorry to say no but I have noted down your suggestion.

Import data from eWallet Go
Hi @fisben, Welcome to Enpass family! I will definitely help you in importing your database from eWallet Go to Enpass. First, you need to export your data from eWallet Go by following these steps: Log into eWallet Go --> Go to file --> Click on Save As Text File. Now you can import the same Text File into Enpass by following the steps mentioned here in the user manual. Hope this helps!

Enpass Connection Error
Hi all, Sorry to hear about the trouble and I apologize for the inconvenience. This is because Google has recently changed its signing certificate for the Chrome browser, due to which Enpass fails to verify the code signature and throws Enpass connection error. We are working on it and a fix will be rolled out very soon. Till then I request you to please bear with us.

Hi @Billys107E Sorry to hear about your trouble. It seems that any third party software is blocking Enpass to access the internet connection so please share some more info so that we can investigate where the problem could be. Are you using Proxy? Have you enabled any cloud sync and is it working fine? For quick troubleshooting please try this steps: Quit Enpass (If running, even from System tray). Download the latest Enpass version from this link. And Install it, after installing you will have the latest version of Enpass. Hope this helps!

APP crashes after last update

We have found that after last release with implementation of Secure Enclave, this issue in showing up in iOS 8, crashing Enpass. The fix will be available to you in the next update. Meanwhile, if possible, please update the iOS in your device. Thanks for your co-operation!

Password is strong on iOS and weak on OS-X
Hi @Justin Thanks for writing in. The difference in the strength indication is due to different password strength checkers in UWP APP and mobile version (iOS, Android) of Enpass. We are in process of upgrading them all to zxcbvn password strength analysis which is done for iOS and desktop platforms and in any of future update the same would be reflected in UWP and Android. PIN Code not working
Hi @jakejohn Thanks for writing back and sharing the details. Please try these steps and let me know if your problem still persists. Go to User Document Folder --> Open Enpass Folder --> Select walletx.db file --> Right-click on it and select Properties --> And check the Read-only option is enabled? if yes, please disable it and then try to set PIN in Enpass. Also, please update the latest version(5.5.3) of Enpass. Hope this helps!
