Hello, I just have changed from windows 7 to Linux. In windows 7 there was a possibility to show a menu bar at the top. I did not find this possibility in the Linux version. Did I miss it? Thank you.

Hi, Using 6.4.0 (631) on Ubuntu 19.10 I have recently been updating many passwords in the 'Password Audit Weak' list. Some of them are now gone from that list, others remain despite Enpass labelling them as good or excellent. The vault is sync'd with Android and, as far as I can see, the same 'good' passwords are appearing in that weak list. Anyone know what's going on? Sim

  4. If I have a three fields form with for example username, password, passcode (this is consisted of a pin and time based token together) and store this login in Enpass, it gets stored, but if I go to edit the entry, there is no passcode field. However, if I click on buttom "Show Webform" it appears there and it also gets filled to the original form. So the only problem is that it can be edited, deleted, whatewer.

Greetings On Linux Mint I have a primary vault. Through another source I have created a second vault. After some testing, I now want the secondary vault to become my new primary. I have backed up the old Primary for safe keeping just in case. 1) What is the recommended process to copy the secondary vault to the Primary? 2) As the Primary on Linux is synched to iCloud, what happens when the new Primary gets synched for the first time to the old Primary in iCloud? Or how do I delete the old Primary vault in iCloud?

  7. After upgrading Enpass to version 6.0 on my desktop (Xfce, Debian Sid) today, I was greeted with a wizard to restore my wallet. I went and selected Dropbox and after logging in and giving Enpass permissions I was greeted with a site prompting me to launch `xdg-open` which in turn gave me the following error message: (Freely translated from German) How should I set up sync from Dropbox with Enpass 6?

Hi everyone, Recently I got a Pinebook which is a cheap laptop with ARM SoC, I found out that Enpass' official repository does not have ARM support. I also checked the InRelease file, seems there's no ARM support at all. There are also not a lot discussion about this. So is there any plan for supporting Linux on ARM? I believe there will be more and more ARM laptops coming out these days, so it would be awesome if Enpass supports them. And another questions is, with the reality that there are more and more non-x86 machines appear on the market (e.g. RISC-V, POWER), how can I/we use Enpass on those machines? Sincerely, Kay.

  9. I'm using Enpass 6.1.0.407 which is the latest version that works properly for me. Both 6.1.1.451 and 6.2.0.537 tend to lock up or take a very long amount of time (minutes) when searching and displaying an entry. The UI just locks up and it takes quite some time to come back. All issues are gone once I switched back to 6.1.0.407 I'm running Ubuntu Budgie 19.04 on X11. Please advise

I'm sure it has to do with some internal QT stuff, bc. elementaryOS pantheon, the default desktop environment is using GTK+ as default toolkit and I had to change some QT rendering options which disabled scaling for highDPI, namely: export QT_AUTO_SCREEN_SCALE_FACTOR=1 export QT_SCREEN_SCALE_FACTORS=0.5 When I try to launch the app either from the browser or natively, all I get is a crash reporter window. Here's the output of: journalctl -xe febr 17 13:44:23 peteyycz-UX410UAR io.elementary.cerbere.desktop[2575]: QApplication: invalid style override passed, ignoring it. febr 17 13:44:23 peteyycz-UX410UAR io.elementary.cerbere.desktop[2575]: QQmlC…

  11. Ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS 5120x1440 cinnamon/bionic,now 4.2.4-1~bionic0 amd64 enpass/stable,now 6.3.3.601 amd64 The program does start up to a resolution of 3840x1080. Setting the native resolution to 5120x1440 just puts a CPU to 100% for about 2-3 minutes until the process gets killed by something. No window, no logs, no output. Sometimes a huge white window appears (see attachment) that is unrecognizable and if I look at the task plane, a window titled "Enpass Crash Reporter" with an input field seems to be active somwhere out of bounds. Edit: Just tried to enter something and a HUGE cursor appeared in front of the screen. The white window seems to be the in…

I am using ubuntu 18.04.3 I am trying to import an .htm file created by roboform I went to files/import and choose html file windows (I used a windows 10 machine). I went to my documents folder where greglist.htm resided. I tried to import the file (greglist.htm) from my documents folder but it only listed the 2 .txt files in that folder and not the .htm folder. So I tried to exit (2 windows) and thought I had. Then I thought I would try again. It came up with the export screen again, this time it choose JSON and its stuck. I can shut it down but, everytime I bring it back up its stuck on the import screen and will not move. I figured out how to get back …

I have followed the instructions in Share to share a login from my mobile app to my desktop iteration of Enpass, which is on Linux. I used a private cloud to share the login (using PSK), and got an `.enpasscard.txt` file on the other side. It is unclear to me how to follow instruction in Adding a shared item to now import the password on my desktop. What am I missing?

I'm running Enpass 6.0.3 on Antergos (Arch) and want to use iCloud Sync. Everything is up to date. When I enable iCloud sync, the Webbrowser opens and I have to enter my icloud credentials. After that, I get a white site with only the Apple logo on the top left, but the webbrowser never sends the authorization tokens or whatever it is back to the enpass app. Tried Opera and Chromium already, doesn't make a difference. What is required to get this working? Found nothing about it in the documentary. Thanks

I am running with ubuntu 18.04 I am also running with a vpn I notice that it seems that anytime I want to do something I must turn it off. Does this mean that anytime you are filling in passwords, etc. I must turn off my vpn?

  21. I am running with ubuntu 18.04.3 I just installed enpass, brought it up, and created a password. Then I cleverly lost that password. So, I then removed enpass and reinstalled enpass. When I installed it I didn't purge so it still thinks its the previous installation. This means I can't login and my secret password remains a secret. Before I make another run at this I thought I would try and get some advice on how to do it right. I have now reinstalled again and failed again. Then I removed enpass again then did a --purge then did a search for 'enpass' and deleted EVERY instance of enpass. then I reinstalled and still have the same problem. Thoug…

  22. Inspired by the below discussion, I decided to pack up Enpass 6 into a AppImage for those who don't want to have to do all the work to get it on an unsupported distro like Gentoo, Void, etc. Just download it, mark it executable, and run it. I have yet to FULLY test it, but so far it works for me. I expect that auto-start on boot/log-in won't work yet, though. If there's enough interest in this, and Sinew isn't against it ( or better yet, hires me to maintain it officially ), I'll do more thorough testing and get auto-start working. DISCLAIMER and DISCLOSURE: This is an UNOFFICIAL package of Enpass 6 that I made for my self, and am releasing in hopes that oth…

Enpass V. 5.6.9 worked flawlessly. 6.1.1.451 from repository just showed up once, opened correctly and never opened again. Systemtray-Icon is visible but does not restore the window. Starting from terminal resulted in termination of process without error message. A process called enpass showed up. Killing it and restarting doesn't change anything. I checked libcurl3 is installed. Thank god 5.6.9. still works.
